GGuest UserVery recommended, the room has no smell, the decoration is simple and stylish, it is my favorite hotel style, the hotel hardware facilities are very good, the quality of the service staff is also very high, it is a very satisfying experience, the hotel is located in the city center, is one of the best local hotels.

EEkaterina PavlenkoThe hotel's location is excellent: just a stone's throw from the Kremlin, 5 minutes and you're in the center of Bauman Street. The breakfasts are excellent. They'll fry eggs and make coffee upon request. Champagne is available, but maybe because it was a holiday. The rooms are spacious. The furniture and bathroom fixtures are a bit tired, but everything is there: slippers, shower gels/shampoos, cosmetic/sewing kits, water, tea, coffee, a minibar, a kettle, and a corkscrew. Everything is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Guests are provided with extra luggage. I was just passing through with my child, but I'll definitely be back with my whole family!

GGuest UserРасположение отеля единственный плюс. Брали номер с двухспальной кроватью, матрас удачный, кровать скрипит просто ужас. Прямо за окном днем и ночью идет стройка. Ни разу никто не прибрался за три ночи и полотенца не меняли (возможно, по запросу сделали бы). Просили фен (сразу возвращали), нож, тарелку, все дали, за это спасибо. Но я ,честно, лучше бы переплатила.

GGuest UserAn incredibly cozy hotel in the heart of Kazan. Clean and comfortable apartments with everything you need, the best bed with crisp, snow-white linens, and blackout curtains solve all your insomnia problems. Just set an alarm so you don't miss breakfast =). Warm and professional service and assistance with any questions. Delicious cuisine in a cozy restaurant with panoramic windows and access to a large terrace. Everything is top-notch – 100 out of 10 =)

DDOLAANAThe hotel is centrally located on a pedestrian street. The location is very good, we liked it. The guy at the reception helped us with our suitcases, carried them up to the 2nd floor, and was always responsive and quick to answer our questions – great job! Trip.com, however, was disappointing; they didn't answer questions about payment. My card was charged 14,641.64 for 2 nights, but the voucher showed 13,770₽. I booked two rooms. We never received a response. It's a shame that Trip.com doesn't provide feedback.

TTokatyaa MWe stayed at the hotel in early April and had the best experience: the staff were responsive and friendly, the room was neat and clean, and the breakfast food was varied and delicious. We'll definitely come again!
