This stay didn’t quite live up to my past experiences. The full board package was misleading — it didn’t include everything as expected. Despite arriving at the proper check-in time and completing online check-in, I was kept waiting for 45 minutes, which was frustrating. The food, which used to be a highlight in previous visits, wasn’t up to the same standard this time. That said, the staff were friendly and tried their best. Overall, a letdown from what used to be a reliably good place.

A very beautiful view opens from the balcony. Two rooms. One is a living room, the other is a bedroom. The design of the rooms is average, a little overwhelming. There is no built-in noise from the window - this is very good. There will be an ascent to the hotel, you will need to constantly go up and down. It is located in the very center of the city. Within walking distance: attractions, coffee shops, restaurants, the sea. The price is 100% consistent with the quality and all the amenities that the hotel offers. In my case, it was even a little cheaper.

On the day we were supposed to check out, we had an early morning flight to catch. We asked the staff at the restaurant to let us grab a snack but he said we should go and drink coffee-that we can’t take anything until 6:30am. I find that very disrespectful and rude, we have visited a lot of hotels and there are instances where we have to leave early and we’re allowed to get breakfast since our check out time is 11am.

We stayed at the hotel for six nights at the end of June. We loved everything. The pools were warm, the food was good, the entry into the sea was sandy and gently sloping, and the children's entertainment varied daily. The room was quiet. One drawback: we relied on the white umbrellas on the beach and by the pools and got sunburned. Russian is the second official language at the hotel, so basically everything is dubbed in Russian, so my husband, who doesn't speak English, had no trouble understanding everything.

I'm writing this after just checking out of the hotel. Room 1418 in the main building. Room: large, in a ”count's” style. In reality, it's tired, very dusty, and most importantly, there's a terrible sewage smell in the bathroom. Objectively, the rooms require a thorough cleaning and renovation. Hotel: large grounds, uniquely designed, with plenty of photo opportunities. Bars, restaurants, swimming pools, including one with sea water. We were amazed, taking photos, and exploring. Lots of flowers, vegetation, and all sorts of nice touches. It's clear they've been put together with love. Beach: the hotel has its own, small pebbles. The sea is dirty and littered with trash. We didn't swim, but swapped our time for the sea water pool. Food: quite mediocre, yes, you won't go hungry, but nothing special. The cocktails in the bars are quite good, both in terms of variety and taste. There are flies and mosquitoes. Many hotels successfully eliminate them, and you don't even think about them during your vacation. Public transportation, cafes, and shops are very close by—convenient. Bottom line: we spent three days there—an interesting experience, memorable, beautiful photos. Would we like to return? Only if for two or three days. We wish the hotel prosperity and good guests! We highly recommend spending money on a deep cleaning, replacing handles, shower heads, etc.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Antalya for our honeymoon and had a lovely experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We really appreciated the thoughtful honeymoon decorations — it added a special touch to our stay. The complimentary Starbucks drinks were a pleasant surprise and definitely appreciated! One small hiccup was the air conditioning — due to the cold weather, it was turned off by default and we had to call reception to enable it. Thankfully, the staff responded promptly and resolved it quickly. Overall, a great stay with warm hospitality. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed last weekend and were very pleased. Although the building is a bit old, it has undergone a very successful renovation process. Both the general areas of the hotel and the rooms were extremely clean, and cleanliness is more important to us anyway. The quality of the food and beverages was high. The meals, appetizers and desserts served were fresh and meticulously prepared; therefore, every meal was enjoyable. The main dishes we chose from the open buffet were meticulously prepared and presented on plates by the kitchen staff, and we felt special as if we were at a la carte. We would also like to thank the pita chef, the pita and pastries were very delicious. We were also amazed by the helpfulness, friendliness and professional skills of the staff. They helped us with any needs or questions we had, and we never encountered any negative responses. The music playing around the pool was very good. We loved the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s rock classics. We are very happy with our time at Xanadu and definitely plan to come again. We recommend it.

Hotel was lovely clean and helpful. We were unlucky with the weather we couldn’t leave the hotel because of the weather. I feel there could have been more inside entertainment during the day as there was not much to do beside swim. Maybe this could be improved in future when weather is bad. Overall we enjoyed the break food and drink.

This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

The hotel is located in the cozy and quiet Kasha neighborhood. The grounds are small, but the views are just like those in beautiful Pinterest photos. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything you need is there: a restaurant, a lounge area, a pool, and more. We loved the food at the hotel; the portions are large, and the food is delicious and fast. Only the main restaurant is open; the bar and Asian restaurant have been closed since last year, and they haven't removed the menus or signs. When we checked in, we waited about 40 minutes for our room, even though we arrived after 4:00 PM, which is also check-in time. It was clear the room had been cleaned just before we arrived. The renovations were very tired and shabby. We were shocked by the synthetic bedding, which was covered in pilling. The rooms are practically never cleaned. We only noticed the beds being made. There were often not enough towels, the balcony windows were dirty, we only received drinking water once upon check-in, and our eyecups weren't washed; they'll stay that way for the rest of our stay. We ordered two glasses of Prosecco to our room, but they only responded an hour later and brought us just glasses. The staff's English is poor. The only girl in the restaurant who spoke Russian was able to help us with a basic order for an omelet for breakfast. The hotel doesn't have its own beach. It's located on the grounds of another hotel and can be reached by foot (about 20 minutes) or by a convenient shuttle (5 minutes), which runs every hour. Be prepared to climb 300 steps up and down to get to the beach after the shuttle. The water is deep and the stairs lead directly into the water, and the water is incredibly clear! The beach itself has beautiful and comfortable beds, but it's still dirty... there are dirty glasses, napkins and bottles scattered about, and the beautiful mattresses on the sun loungers are completely uncleaned. For a Radisson, this is a very poor hotel and service.

VVeronika GlumovaFrom the very first moment, Concorde Deluxe Resort Antalya impressed us with a smooth and pleasant check-in process, making us feel welcome right away. The variety of food and drinks is incredible – there’s something delicious for every taste, and everything is prepared to perfection. The atmosphere, combined with stunning views, made it so hard for us to leave the hotel. It’s the kind of place where you just want to stay and enjoy every moment.
