GGuest User

GGuest UserWe arrived at the hotel early, as our flight landed sooner than expected. Despite requesting an early check-in, we had to wait for about three hours before we could get into our room. This was a bit tiring, but the staff were quite polite and helpful, which we appreciated.
However, we experienced some downsides during our stay. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, and the room key card kept malfunctioning. We had to go to the front desk every time to get it reactivated. This became even more frustrating because the elevator also wouldn't work without the card.
The most bothersome issue was that the windows couldn't be opened. This made the room stuffy and oppressive, which really bothered me. Not being able to get fresh air was a major drawback.
Overall, our stay wasn't terrible, but due to these negative points, I can't fully recommend the hotel.

EElena AntonovnaStayed in this hotel for one night on the way from Trabzon to Ankara. The hotel is located on a busy street, but it offers free parking right across the street from the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and even upgraded our room to a more comfortable one. Our friends had a minor problem with their bathroom, but the problem was immediately addressed and they were placed in a bigger and better room with no additional charge.
There are many small shops and restaurants nearby. Big shopping centre is 10-15 min walk from the hotel. Breakfast was very simple, but not bad. In general - decent stay for one night for the price.

GGuest UserAn excellent hotel that combines luxury with efficiency. The check-in process was seamless and the staff were professional yet warm. My room was a quiet sanctuary, offering stunning city views and a very comfortable workspace. The amenities were top-notch, especially the gym and the relaxing spa. Dining at the hotel restaurant was a culinary delight, with exceptional service. The hotel’s central location made it easy to get to my business meetings and explore the city in the evenings. For a stress-free, high-quality experience, this hotel is my top choice. I look forward to my next visit.

HhanshuizibiIt is said to be the only five-star hotel in Samsun. It is located a bit far from the city. There are trams and bus stations within a ten-minute walk. It costs about 100 lire to take a taxi from the city center.
The bed was very comfortable and you could see beautiful city views, but the area was relatively small. The breakfast is quite rich, probably the best breakfast I have ever had in Türkiye.
The private beach is poor, dirty, and only one bathroom is open, which is quite smelly.

BBernaThe price is super affordable, and the front desk staff is enthusiastic. We drove past, parking is not very convenient, but there are service staff to help with parking, good quality and low price. Because we talked to the front desk a few more, we will give us one of the largest suites, maybe Miss Sister Good mood, always satisfied!

GGuest UserHotel is good for its price, overall it was clean and comfortable. Good location, all the sights in pedestrian accessibility. I bought no place for breakfast for 400 lira, ordinary breakfast in such hotels. From the downsides-strong hearing of neighbors

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the sea - this is a big plus. We stayed only one night, so the main thing for us was that the bed was clean, and there were no problems with this. Unfortunately, the hotel itself needs renovation, and we noticed mold in the bathroom. Suitable for a short stay, if the location is more important than the comfort and condition of the rooms.
