"The room was clean and tidy, with a smart toilet in the bathroom that flushed easily. The shower had great water pressure and heated up quickly. However, the TV picture quality was poor and blurry, which affected my World Cup viewing experience. The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar. The Unity Theater is nearby, and there was a show playing at the time. It's also very close to the subway station. It's situated on a Uyghur cultural street, with many food options to choose from."

I hope the platform can improve its room descriptions to better inform guests. Upgrading the toilets to electric ones would also better match the hotel's caliber. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed very busy; they were trying their best to provide good service, but their hurried tone and sense of urgency suggested high work pressure. I hope the hotel can be kinder to its employees."

"The location is good because it is not far from the expressway, and there are both slow and fast EV charges available at the hotel, the check-in process was not as smooth as other hotels as per my experience, they did not add the Wechat in advance which led to slower communication. The amenities were not good because we booked a room for three, but they only included items for two people, even after requesting for extra drinking water, we only got two more bottles, the washroom was not completely clean because we found strands of hair and the drain was not completely unclogged, it is still value for money based on the price I paid."

"On the last day of our trip, we spontaneously booked a room at this chain hotel, and it was a really great experience. The room was super clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was nice. The best part was the mini-fridge – it was spotless and had no weird smells, so we could store the fruits we wanted to take home. No worries about them spoiling if we bought them the night before! The amenities were very comfortable, and there's a parking lot right outside. Plus, it's really close to Hongshan Market. 🌹🌹🌹"

"My last two days in Urumqi were a much better experience than my first. My room was upgraded to a larger one, and the cleaning lady was exceptionally good. She proactively brought a foot bath and filled it with water for me both nights. The room was also cleaned thoroughly and meticulously. Definitely worth a high rating!"

The ladies at the front desk provided excellent service. The cleaning staff were on top of daily tidying and proactively replenished drinking water and supplies, showing great attention to detail. The common areas were spotless, the Wi-Fi was fast and smooth, and facilities like the TV and air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, it's fantastic value for money; the service, cleanliness, and environment are all top-notch. It's suitable for both business trips and tourism. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. However, I would like to share our experience with the complimentary photo session so that future guests know what to expect. If you book through Trip.com, please check carefully what is included. We were informed by the photo studio that our complimentary photo session did not include the traditional costume, while if th guests who booked through some other travel agencies were able to use the costume free of charge. We found this difference quite surprising. Another disappointing experience was the complimentary photos. The hotel receptionist told us that we would receive 3 free photos per person, so as two guests we expected 6 photos. However, when we arrived at the photo studio, we were told that the offer was actually 3 photos per room. The inconsistent information between the hotel and the photo studio caused unnecessary confusion and disappointment. I hope the hotel and the photo studio can provide consistent information in the future, so guests know exactly what is included before they arrive.

During our 2 week travel we choose this hotel because of its location (which is great) - the hotel is literally just a few steps from the metro station, which was a lifesaver during our 2-week stay. Considering the quality of the service, the comfort of the rooms, and the prime location, I felt this hotel offered excellent value. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure :)

The housekeeping staff did an amazing job, every corner was spotless and there were no strange odors, making for a truly comfortable and reassuring stay. They not only processed my check-in quickly [strong][strong][strong] but also proactively recommended nearby attractions and local delicacies. The hotel environment is quiet, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, so relaxing on the bed was pure bliss. [flexed biceps] Downstairs, there's a wide variety of shopping and dining options, making getting around super convenient. The price is reasonable, and the service is incredibly detailed. Stayed in a dorm room then moved to a private once one became available. Both rooms were clean and comfortable, I especially liked the softness of the beds and the strength of the AC, as it was summer when we stayed. The hosts were always very helpful and their cat is adorable. The public spaces were also cozy and had amazing views of the city below. It was easy to bring our bicycles up the elevator and store them in the hostel.

The service was great! They even gave me a free room upgrade, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was delicious. Every time I stay here, the staff are so welcoming, and all the front desk personnel are lovely. I really love this hotel. There are good restaurants downstairs, and it's close to where I like to go shopping. It has a nice, relaxed pace of life.

Fantastic stay! The front desk attendant was incredibly warm and helpful, and check-in was super quick and efficient. I originally booked a boutique standard room, but they proactively upgraded me to a deluxe standard room for free, which was a huge bonus! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the location is really convenient with tons of great food options nearby. I'll definitely be back!
