Urumqi Hotels with Wifi

My last two days in Urumqi were a much better experience than my first. My room was upgraded to a larger one, and the cleaning lady was exceptionally good. She proactively brought a foot bath and filled it with water for me both nights. The room was also cleaned thoroughly and meticulously. Definitely worth a high rating!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from CC. The room was clean and tidy, the service was superb, and it offered fantastic value for money. Five-star recommendation! The environment was quiet and comfortable, and the hygiene was spot on. The front desk service was warm and attentive. A perfect stay experience, I'll definitely be back next time!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. However, I would like to share our experience with the complimentary photo session so that future guests know what to expect. If you book through Trip.com, please check carefully what is included. We were informed by the photo studio that our complimentary photo session did not include the traditional costume, while if th guests who booked through some other travel agencies were able to use the costume free of charge. We found this difference quite surprising. Another disappointing experience was the complimentary photos. The hotel receptionist told us that we would receive 3 free photos per person, so as two guests we expected 6 photos. However, when we arrived at the photo studio, we were told that the offer was actually 3 photos per room. The inconsistent information between the hotel and the photo studio caused unnecessary confusion and disappointment. I hope the hotel and the photo studio can provide consistent information in the future, so guests know exactly what is included before they arrive.

During our 2 week travel we choose this hotel because of its location (which is great) - the hotel is literally just a few steps from the metro station, which was a lifesaver during our 2-week stay. Considering the quality of the service, the comfort of the rooms, and the prime location, I felt this hotel offered excellent value. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Check-in for the hotel is on the third floor. The room was great – clean, hygienic, and the service was excellent. Very satisfied! The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and very polite. They handled check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly, patiently answering all my questions with a kind and attentive attitude. Any requests were promptly addressed, demonstrating great professionalism and making me feel very well taken care of. The hotel's attached parking lot is very convenient, with plenty of spacious spots, making parking easy and hassle-free. Security management is well-organized, and entry/exit is smooth, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. I felt very secure leaving my vehicle there. The room itself was fully equipped and well-maintained, with brand-new hardware. The air conditioning, bathroom facilities, lighting, and internet all worked perfectly without any issues, ensuring maximum comfort during my stay. The room had good natural light and ventilation, a practical layout, soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing, allowing for a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch; every corner was spotless, and the toiletries were of good quality, making for a clean and reassuring stay. The surrounding area offers convenient access for getting around, and the overall service was attentive and meticulous. From the environment and service to the hardware facilities, everything reflected quality. It offers great value for money.

The entire place was impeccably clean, and housekeeping tidied our room daily. The bedding was soft, clean, and odor-free. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was plenty of hot water available 24/7, making for a really great shower experience. Definitely worth a stay.

As a frequent business traveler, this Holiday Inn Express in Urumqi is one of the most reliable I've stayed at. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The 24-hour hot water and laundry room are incredibly practical, perfect for business travelers. Breakfast was fresh and filling. The front desk staff were efficient, making check-out a breeze. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it's a stress-free and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The room environment is pretty good, though there was a hair on the bed. The walls looked a bit dirty, possibly due to age, which was a bit off-putting. Other than that, everything else was good. The water temperature was great, the room was very warm, and the soundproofing was excellent; you could barely hear any noise once the door was closed.
