First of all, THANK YOU for the stellar room hookup. We truly had a great time. My man said he has no complaints. They provided every necessity, perfectly. The one negative blarb I have is a 'me' problem, and it's that I needed more of that incredible conditioner for my thick-ass hair. 🤍
We had an excellent stay at Best Western. It started with a very friendly and quite helpful reception by Cameron... many thanks to him for his professional and friendly check-in as well as following up several questions we had. Room was perfect, all amenities were provided and working well. The large indoor pool and hot tub were clean and quite enjoyable after our long drive. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. And checkout was easy. Great place to stay 👍
Comfortable Stay at a Reasonable Price
I stayed at Motel 8 Rock Springs and found it to be a good option for a short stopover. The room was clean and had basic amenities like a microwave, mini-fridge, and TV. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and gas stations.
While it’s a budget motel, it met my expectations for the price. If you’re looking for a simple, no-frills place to stay, this is a solid choice.

The room is great! Clean and tidy, it is a chain of Holliday! It’s very comfortable to live in. The lobby manager’s fat brother is very humorous. The stay is very relaxing. The flowers at the entrance of the hotel are very beautiful. Buffalo is a small town in front of the east entrance of Yellowstone Park. It takes about 4 hours to drive. It is a little farther away from Yellowstone than Cody. But still very convenient!
Affordable price, the room is quite big, although old, still clean, the only bad thing is that the coffee machine is in the bathroom.
Also, the front desk staff are very polite.
The Alamo Inn is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Alamo Inn is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Buffalo. Seeing Buffalo's sights from this hotel is easy with Johnson County Fairgrounds, Crazy Woman Fine Art Gallery and Cowboy Carousel Center all close by. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. This Buffalo hotel provides parking on site.
Room very clean, bed perfect, crisp clean sheets, great pillows. But was also traveling on business as well as family visit. Getting on the internet for phone and personal computer took help from the fellow on duty. Expert with a computer, but no sunshine...had a desk chair that was broken, collapsed all the way down. Asked for another...nope. Asked for any other kind of normal chair...nope...that is not hospitality. Another staff person was quite nice. BUT...No business computer/printer! A must for me. (Be sure and ask when you make reservations).

Very Good
GGuest UserIn the park, you can save a lot of time visiting Grand Teton Park. It is the closest accommodation to the south gate of Yellowstone Park and is also close to Yellowstone. The scenery of the lobby on the second floor of the hotel is unbeatable. The cabins are equipped with basic facilities and good hygiene. There is no air conditioning, but the weather in September basically does not require cooling, so it has no impact. The hotel has a variety of dining options from Western food to fast food takeout. It is worth recommending.
GGuest UserLocated on the shores of Yellowstone Lake within Yellowstone National Park, the hotel offers lake views right outside its doors. The reception and guest rooms are not located together. Breakfast is not provided, making dining inconvenient.
GGuest UserA Remarkable and Pleasant Stay
I had the pleasure of staying at Hampton Inn Laramie and I would like to commend the hotel and its staff for delivering an outstanding level of service and hospitality.
The room was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully appointed with all the essentials for a comfortable and restful stay.
The breakfast service was particularly noteworthy, offering a generous variety of high-quality options.
I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to fellow travelers and look forward to returning in the future.
GGuest UserProbably goog value for money. No pool ir workout. One Mexican restaurant in walking distance. Has paid laundry. Front sesk had an extra pill9w for ne. Nio extra luggage rack. Room small but could have ysed more furniture to put luggage on. I don't kike to do that on my bed
Breajfast good for no meat continental with no commercial kitchen-- waffle naker, boiled eggs, yogurt, etc. Milk and eggs for orotein.
Nit enough dining area. Had to sit on sofa once. Could fit more tables or put up sign asking talkative guests to clear tables when done eating.
GGuest UserWe have stayed at The Cody previously so it was a no brainer for us to book here again on our return trip. The staff are always warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated, with a good sitting area and a well supplied kitchen. It is just out of town which suits us just fine, but within walking distance of the Rodeo, Ghost Town and Cody Gun Experience, Gas stations and car wash. Having stayed at other hotels in Cody in the past, this is now our Number one place to stay as it ticks all the boxes for us
CChenHaiyanUnique experience in a Tipi tent. The restroom was just as other reviews. Only one working faucet. We arrived at 10 pm. They offered us towels, brackets, linens and bedding. But we bought our own sleeping bags. It was raining heavily that night but the inside was almost dry. We didn’t take showers. Just slept for one night and left next day at 8am. We cleaned up the linens and bought it back in office. But it was not necessary 😅I think it worthy the money. If they fixed the showers 🚿 and faucets it would be much pleasant to stay.
GGuest UserStayed in the lodges. Very clean but very very basic. No AC but think that is only needed but a few days out of the year. Water pressure and temperature I give 120%. No TV, no WiFi, sparse cell service at best. Food is a step above fast food. Pillows are lumpy. Bed is so so. Wildlife is outside. Bring bug spray. Only spent $468 for one night. 😆 Would think there would be more extras at that price. How about at least included breakfast?
GGuest UserThis was a very nice hotel with a good gym and pool. We were happy with the facilities and amenities. Everything was ok except the male employee who stood at the counter talking to a female employee. As we walked with our minor son to the elevators he issued several “bullsh###”. Kind of expect that from people now, but the employees?! Not safe to take the kiddos out in public some places.
LLuvn Gramma LifeAffordable room with Comfortable bed, pillows, temperature, cute western decor pictures. Breakfast includes hot and cold (2 kinds of each) cereal, bagels, apples, Activia yogurt (3 flavors), hard boiled eggs, coffee and orange juice. If I stay again I would pay for larger bed…we had double bed. Toiletry items included bar soap and Matrix shampoo. It was great for quick overnight stay.
