The quality of the hotel (for the price I paid) was exceptional. Breakfast was very good and I wouldn't recommend skipping or missing. The hotel is a thirty-minute walk from the main Khiva city, which I didn't mind at all, but bear in mind that there are no restaurants in the area (they're all in the main city). Staff were very helpful. I booked a trip to the Aral sea and the hotel staff organised it with the driver so I could be dropped off at Nukus airport.

Nice little hotel, inside the old town of Itchan Kala, perfect for visiting Khiva and close to all the main attractions, the staff is friendly and helpful. Not too easy to reach with a taxi as some of them cannot enter the old town. Beautiful view from the terrace which is unfortunately not used properly. Average breakfast.

My room next to the front desk didn't use a card key, so it took some effort to open and close the door. Every time I struggled with it, a staff member from the front desk would come and help me open and close the key. In the evening, I had the rooftop terrace all to myself with a juice in hand. It's also conveniently close to the main attractions of Ichon-Qala, so I could easily pop back to the hotel for a quick break. Whenever I had a small problem, the staff were immediately there to help. I'm truly grateful for all their assistance. I highly recommend this place!

Location: Good location, although outside the ancient city, it takes 3 minutes to walk to the ancient city. From the north gate, you can go up to the wall (additional fee is required). The most tourists are the East Gate and the West Gate, so it is necessary to think about walking a little more even if you enter Ichan Kara. It is a relatively good hotel in this city and is recommended to stay in. It is not far from the ancient city by taxi, and the taxi fare is also cheap. The Italian restaurant on the first floor of the hotel tastes good and affordable.
