Pet friendly Hotels in Tuscany, Italy

Exceeded all expectations! I thought a hotel in an old building would be run-down, but the room was beautifully renovated. It was small but had everything you needed and was very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She let us check in early as soon as a room was available, and answered all our questions throughout our stay. The breakfast room offers stunning views of Florence, with the cathedral dome and swifts that have migrated back from Africa after winter flying by the window.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall it was a great experience. One of the best things about it was the location. It was very convenient and made it easy to get around, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or finding places to eat. Everything I needed was close by, and the area felt lively and accessible, which made the trip much more enjoyable. Another thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was very clean when I arrived, and it was clear that the hotel takes good care of its facilities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the common areas were also well maintained. A clean and tidy environment always makes a big difference, and it definitely helped me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The staff were also one of the highlights. Everyone I spoke to was polite, friendly, and very helpful. They were happy to answer questions, offer assistance, and make sure guests felt welcome. Their positive attitude created a warm atmosphere and added a personal touch to the whole experience. It is always nice to stay somewhere that values good service, and the staff here really helped make the visit smooth and enjoyable. I also appreciated the local recommendations provided by the staff. They suggested nearby restaurants, cafés, and places to visit, which helped me experience more of the area beyond the usual tourist spots. Their advice was useful and showed that they genuinely wanted guests to have a good time, not just at the hotel but in the surrounding neighborhood as well. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. With its excellent location, high standards of cleanliness, and kind, helpful staff, it offers a very positive experience. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I stayed at two hotels in Florence, and this one was a standard, convenient hotel. However, the room was too small, and the breakfast was very mediocre. I'd recommend the other guesthouse more, comparatively. Both are within a five-minute walk from the train station. The pros are the excellent location, right next to a small square opposite the train station, so I never felt unsafe coming back late. It's also very close to all the attractions; just turn right out of the door and walk down the alley to find the Central Market and the Duomo. There's even a Chinese restaurant and a bubble tea shop downstairs.

1. The room was generally comfortable, not as run-down as some reviews suggested. The bathroom was probably renovated, but the room itself was the same as before; it wasn't dark or damp. Note that the air conditioner requires the windows to be closed to turn on. 2. The location isn't ideal for those wanting to explore Florence city. You have to transfer between T2 and R1. It seems like this hotel is for locals vacationing in the Prato suburbs. Also, the R1 transfer is quite late, and the long intervals can be inconvenient for women or those without a car. (Taxi fares in Italy are either exorbitant or they won't accept rides 🤪) 3. The scenery was beautiful, resembling California scenery, and great for photos. 4. I tried to use the microwave for a fee, but the restaurant staff politely but coldly refused. The staff at check-out were also cold yet polite 😊hhhh, I guess that's their local etiquette. However, the staff at check-in were very welcoming. 5. The breakfast was average, with a moderate variety and decent taste. Unfortunately, I didn't get to experience the swimming pool.

The staff was excellent, but the bathroom was poorly maintained (the toilet leaked, and the shower tray edges were dirty and poorly sealed). The room's interior soundproofing was terrible; we were woken up several times by noises from the hallway. I wouldn't stay here again.

The room was quite spacious, even though it's in Siena, it was slightly better than hotel rooms in Rome. The staff were very welcoming and introduced the sights of Siena, although I couldn't understand a lot of their explanations. Parking at the hotel was convenient; no need to go into the ZTL (Zone for the City) parking lot. The young men in the restaurant were also very friendly. We had some Tuscan wine at the restaurant, which was excellent, but they were a bit difficult to carry around. We used Siena as a base to explore several towns around Tuscany, which was very convenient.

The environment is superb and the food is good. Old room

The room was very clean and everything was perfectly set up. I was arrived the property at midnight and even midnight they sorted out my entrance code problem which was life saver. Thank you whoever was otherside the phone helping me get into property. Staff was very friendly, location is great but not very close to city centre so there is bus and metro options. Walking distance from Hotel to City centre around 15-20 min.

The location and the view is nice, but the location is very remote. Without a car you don't move from there. Parking for a bigger car is okay, if it isn't to low as the access to the car parking is on the hill. Access to swimming pool was fine, but to cold wheater to use it:-( The garden is treated well. The room Camera Superior Montevettolini big an you have a table and kitchnet what it makes it to a superior. But the bathtowels are for this kind of B&B just funny. The bathrooms is new renovated and works everything fine. Not understandable is how a B&B Bed and Breakfast, sells me this room with a Breakfast rate and doesn't want to serve breakfast. They wanted to extra charge the breakfast with some real unrealistic dish prices.... So Trip.com confermed me with breakfast, the B&B told no breakfast. The solution was found by Trip.com with a refund. But that shouldn't be like that, my luck was that I was with my car there and could move anywhere to go and eat. A good coffee, a nice cornetto a little bit of cheese and ham, butter, yoghurt, fruit and cereals is a must for a B& Breakfast! The price range after I now without breakfast is far to high, for End of September and for sure I won't recommend to go there for others. It was my first and last time at this place.

The hotel is clean and tidy as a whole, the room facilities are complete, and the stay is more comfortable, but the front desk staff is relatively cold and the communication is not smooth when checking in. There is a certain distance from the downtown area of Siena, and travel needs to plan transportation in advance.
