All in all I had a very pleasant stay at Tycoon Place Garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to everything you need but from the room/balcony it was nice and quiet. The room was clean and had everything I needed. If I had one complaint it would be that the bed was too hard but that being said I was usually too drunk to notice lol. I would definitely recommend. Hope to see you again soon.

This is a small farm with a very good environment. The decoration and design are completely in the style of a European farm. It is very quiet. It also raises sheep, horses, donkeys, etc., listening to the sounds of animals at night, as if you are in a fairy tale world. The price is also very cheap. In short, if you have enough travel time, you can stay here for a day. The only downside is that this place is relatively far from Nong Nooch Beach and downtown Pattaya. It is about 20 kilometers away from the airport, 10 kilometers away from East Pattaya Garden, and more than 20 kilometers away from downtown Pattaya. It is relatively large and convenient for parking, so it is relatively suitable for self-driving. If you don’t drive by yourself, it’s okay. There are two restaurants at the entrance of the farm. The prices are quite cheap. It’s not a problem to stay for one or two days. Note: Try the corn ice cream sold at the restaurant at the door! (I didn’t take photos of the farm alone, so let’s take a look.)

A very good place to stay! The staff is very nice. Clean rooms. I choosed to stay in the two bed room with kitchen. Two king size bed and a big balcony with beach view. Easy to get bahtbus to central Pattaya. Just 20 baht or 10 baht inside Jomtien. Highly recommended!

เราไปเช็คอินตอน 23:20 น. มีพนง.ต้อนรับเป็นฝรั่งผช.เพียงคนเดียวบรรยากาศในเกรสเฮ้าท์มืดๆเงียบๆ แต่ชอบค่ะ คุณลุงเจ้าของที่รอต้อนรับเราน่ารักมากกกกก ถึงมากที่สุด พูดคุยสื่อสารเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ คอยแนะนำ พรีเซนต์สถานที่ได้เป็นอย่างดี พาเดินชมรอบๆ ที่พักเป็นลักษณะของตึก อาคารพานิชย์ 2 ห้องใหญ่ๆ 3 ชั้น ชั้นแรกเป็นคาเฟ่ ร้านอาหารและรีเซฟชั่น ชั้น 2 แบ่งเป็นห้องพักประเภท Family 2 ห้อง หมายเลข 8,9 ซึ่งเราได้พักเลข 8 จองไป ผู้ใหญ่ 3 เด็ก 1 น้องหมา 1 ตัว ห้องที่ได้ เป็นห้องใหญ่เลย เตียงใหญ่คิงไซส์ 2 เตียง เตียงเดี่ยว 2 ชั้น 1 เตียง พักได้ถึง 6 คนเลย ใหญ่มากๆ และใช่ค่ะ ที่นี่สัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าได้ แถมเจ้าของ pet friendly มากกก คุณลุงพาชมชั้น 3 ต่อเป็นบาร์และสระว่ายน้ำ มีโถงเอนกประสงค์ ที่สามารถใช้งานได้ตลอดทั้งคืน เปิดไฟได้ตลอด ช่วงหลังเที่ยงคืนไปแล้วประตูด้านหน้าจะปิด คุณลุงแนะนำว่าให้ใช้บันไดด้านข้างแทน ขึ้นไปจะเจอสระว่ายน้ำเลยค่ะ ด้านหน้า-ด้านข้างมีที่จอดรถยนต์และมอเตอร์ไซค์ สะดวกในการเดินทาง ด้านหน้ามีร้านสะดวกซื้อ ร้านอาหารและมอเตอร์ไซค์รับจ้าง,มีรถสองแถวผ่าน ใกล้สถานที่สำคัญหลายแห่ง แนะนำให้มาพักค่ะ คุ้มราคา ส่วนตัวประทับใจมาก และยืนยันเลยว่าถ้ามาพัทยาครั้งถัดๆไปจะมาพักที่นี่แน่นอน ❤️

Потрясающий вид из окна! Кровать удобная, балкон просторный. Персонал вежливый. Из минусов - завтрак включил только 2 яйца +1 сосиска + кофе, не было фруктов. Чистота - на улице мусор особенно внизу у воды. Нет бассейна. Для одной ночи это было хорошо мы довольны!
