Family Hotels in Beijing

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The courtyard house is beautifully renovated and very modern internally. The breakfast is delicious and different varieties daily. I am impressed with the clean spacious room. The very helpful reception staff that is always smiling and ready to help. The sturdy umbrella provided when it's raining outside. The complementary photo sessions. The proximity to major attractions sites and walking distance to food and convenience store. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Beijing.

The hotel is conveniently located a 5-6 minute walk from Sanyuanqiao subway station, away from the noise of main roads. The signage, dining, and decor meet international guest standards. The rooms are compact but fully functional. Alcohol wipes are provided to sanitize the toilet seat. The shower stall is space-efficient, with a dry-wet curtain that separates the areas while also ensuring privacy. Lighting controls are user-friendly, though the actual room temperature was slightly higher than what the AC display showed. The minibar offered a good selection of soft drinks, but I couldn't find the usual instant coffee and tea bags, perhaps encouraging guests to visit the unique lobby bar on the first floor. The scent in both the room and public areas was pleasant, and soft background music played during breakfast. This hotel offers excellent value for money and was perfect for my solo business trip. While there are billiards and game machines in the lobby, I didn't have time to enjoy them. If the price remains affordable, this will be my top choice for business trips to Beijing. It's incredibly convenient for both the Airport Express and subway, and the surrounding area is upscale and peaceful.

The hotel's front desk is on the 8th floor, while the ground floor seems to be used for exhibitions or wedding banquets. The ground floor itself is quite beautiful, featuring a small Gucci flower house that kids really enjoy. The room is spacious and wide, perfect for families with children, as it doesn't feel cramped. It's also relatively new and very clean, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. From the doorman to the cleaning staff, everyone's service mindset is excellent, and they respond promptly to any requests. Although there's no robot delivery service, the front desk will deliver items, and there are also **lockers. Overall, the layout is well-arranged and aesthetically pleasing, making for a very comfortable experience. From the room, you can see Universal's Harry Potter castle, and directly opposite, you can view most of Universal's facilities. The hotel's 3rd floor connects to Wangfujing Street in Wanli, so dinner options are readily available, and you can also do some shopping. Outside the mall, there's also Tingyun Town, which is worth exploring and has a beautiful exterior. The location is practically superb. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to Universal. If they maintain this level of quality, I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

The location and cleanliness are wonderful. Right next to the ”Champs Elysees” of Beijing. May I kindly suggest to add a fee to continue proposing the collecting and cleaning which is displayed on the hotel website? It is confusing for guests to see a service proposed and not performed. See hotel website and joint pic of sign to hang on door in Chinese , didn't take a pic of the basket. Also if the receptionist asks you to bring down your dirty laundry basket (placed in the room) to the lobby, it can be perceived as gross by clients as you do not bring dirty clothes in a hotel lobby. Such things are not done and not to be suggested by the receptionist. Finally, most guests on holiday are happy to pay and have laundry done. It is a service we had in other hotels in China free or paid. 2 machines and 2 driers for so many rooms is not enough. Visiting all day(Beijing is huge) and staying up to 1.30 am doing laundry in a queue is tough during holidays. This needs to be corrected or crossed out on the hotel website so clients know beforehand. Overall positive though.

This hotel is really good. First of all, it’s new. Right when you walk in you can tell they put real effort into not looking like a cookie-cutter modern hotel. The design feels distinctly Chinese and you can see they cared about it. The area around the hotel is excellent. Trees along the street, lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. The location is super convenient and nice. When you walk in, the smell is so nice. It smells like jasmine. It doesn’t smell like a bathroom. It’s quite cozy. It’s not a grand, big, five-star luxurious hotel. But honestly the service is better than the five-star hotels I stayed at on this Beijing trip (Hilton, Hyatt, and others). This one is rated four-star on Trip.com and I think it has better service than all of them. The staff are nicer. They’re attentive. They take initiative. They feel warm. Even the manager speaks good English. You can really see they care and pay attention to detail (we had a great experience with Molly's help). They want everybody to have a good experience. They gave us a discount on the room too. There’s a lot of good quality fruit and cake. They especially provide traditional Chinese cake and a variety of treats. On the first night they gave traditional Chinese sweets and traditional drinks, plus fresh fruit like watermelon. The watermelon was very juicy and sweet, not bland. You also have the option of a very nice cake or popcorn. I chose the cake, but the popcorn is probably just as delicious. On the second day they gave us traditional sweets again, like the first night. They call it afternoon tea. The sweets were completely different from the first night. I really appreciate how they gave us a variety of traditional Chinese sweets. It just goes to show how much effort they put into the details and into giving guests a good experience. We wanted to extend our stay but the original room wasn’t available. They made sure to give us multiple options. When we chose a room, the front desk staff personally took us to tour it. We talked about pricing and she even gave us a discount, about $30 less than the price on Trip.com. That was really nice. Overall, really good experience. We’re still here on our second day and super happy. If you come here, this is a great hotel to stay at.

This location was ideal for my short layover. Conveniently located adjacent to Beijing Capital International Airport, it offers virtually every amenity you could imagine. The value is also excellent considering what you save by taking advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle service. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality. I ordered room service, and the food arrived hot, delicious, reasonably priced, and surprisingly high quality. Breakfast was another highlight—I highly recommend adding it to your stay, whether you dine in the restaurant or enjoy it from the comfort of your room. I especially want to recognize Deane at the guest services desk. Exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and Deane reminded me what genuine hospitality looks like. When I needed a little extra time before checking out, he patiently listened to my request, helped me work through my admittedly imperfect Chinese, and went above and beyond by arranging a special accommodation that allowed me to remain in my room beyond the standard checkout time. At no point did I feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Instead, I felt genuinely welcomed as a guest. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help transformed what could have been a stressful travel day into a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Employees like Deane are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and he deserves recognition for the positive impression he leaves on guests. This personalized level of customer care is exactly why I would recommend this hotel to anyone flying into or out of Beijing, and why I will absolutely stay here again. I’ve attached a few photos I took during my visit. A special note for families with children: you would be hard-pressed to find a better airport hotel. Between the family rooms, swimming pool, breakfast buffet, and evening dining options—including pizza, burgers, and other Western favorites—there is plenty to keep children happy while creating memorable family experiences. 10/10. The breakfast selection is quite substantial. The live station's scrambled eggs are tender and fresh, and the baguette toasted in the toaster is wonderfully fragrant. There's a good variety of whole grains, and even freshly prepared knife-cut noodles. With such a wide range of hot food options, having breakfast here as a guest is truly enjoyable.

Arrived hotel very late in the night, reception lady was very helpful and patient catering to all enquirers. As I do not have a local mobile number, they were helpful to help with food ordering from their APP. Breakfast selection and ambience was quiet, clean , simple . Apartments location is also at a quiet peaceful place and best part near to city third ring road of Beijing

The Club Med resort is quite expansive, divided into a main building (housing the front desk, guest rooms, restaurants, gym, meeting rooms, etc.) and an annex building (primarily for recreational facilities, including archery, rock climbing, flying trapeze, bars, a water park, and a ball pit). The two buildings are conveniently connected by a skywalk. A big thank you to our butler, Suna, who provided meticulous reminders throughout our stay (dining times, themed activity schedules, etc.) and also helped coordinate issues like replenishing bottled water and arranging a late check-out. We really appreciate Suna! **Cleanliness:** The room was clean, and housekeeping service was prompt. **Dining:** The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes and was quickly refilled. **Activities:** There were numerous activities available during our stay, such as bubble parties, large-scale song and dance shows, childcare services, and a water park. The children had a fantastic time. **Outdoor:** There are basketball courts, badminton courts, and a pine cone park. Guests can also enjoy hiking or cycling on their own.

The exterior and common places might really scare you away, as this Hotel looks really run down and not nice at all. However, the rooms are clean and absolutely up to the standard, the location is great (metro, shopping centers, eateries) and the Staff is fantastic - really helpful and nice, which is not that common in Beijing. They checked us in at 8.00 in the morning! The value for money is good, I would stay there again!
