They offer a free airport pickup service, and you can also book a hotel shuttle for your departure. The restaurant on the first floor has good food, and the overall environment is very pleasant.
Excellent. My kids love the pool and the playground. My husband enjoyed the gym. The room is spacious. We picked the grand deluxe and love it. Two toilets, how convenient. I heard there are connecting rooms between deluxe and grand deluxe. We are going to pick those when we come back. The staff is friendly. When i accidentally left my stuff after checked out, they helped me look for it and i easily could get it back without any hassle.
The hotel provides complimentary airport transfer which is very convenient! Also located near to JP theme park and food court! Food is quite yummy , very affordable price even for room service. Overall, a pleasant stay. My son enjoyed swimming in the pool!
i stayed in Centrepoint Hotel for the last day of my trip as it is the city centre, where there are more restaurant available and the location is close to the airport. In addition, the breakfast comes with good variety of foods.
This stay far exceeded my expectations, perfectly embodying 'home away from home'! The hotel boasts an excellent location with the best sea views. The staff were warm and attentive; from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, the service was meticulous. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel's breakfast was also rich and delicious. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!
Great hotel, close to the mosque and night market. The only downside is that getting to both the mosque and the night market is quite inconvenient as there are no pedestrian crossings, so you have to dash across the roads.
The rooms are modern and packed with electronics.
The hotel staff were incredibly helpful; they'd call taxis for us through the Dart app via WhatsApp whenever we asked.
The room itself was large and clean. There's a really good coffee shop right next to the hotel, and a supermarket nearby as well.
Dated hotel with thin walls. Common corridor had bad smell from poor ventilation, though room was ok with basic amenities. Mine had window and plenty sunlight, but there were rooms facing inside courtyard. Do not stay here if you are light sleeper. I could hear the kids next door at midnight and their alarms in the morning. Breakfast choice was poora db not worth paying for, except for egg station which offered decent scrambled eggs. Hotel is ok if you needed somewhere close to airport for one night, with some food options in the simple mall downstairs. But would stay elsewhere in future.
We enjoyed our one-night stay with my friends. We stayed there for our hiking trip. They granted us a late check-out until 1:00 PM.
Breakfast was alright. I wish they had soup options like corn or mushroom, and more fruit selections—there was only watermelon (not sweet) However, the main courses were delicious.
Wi-Fi on Level 5 was not stable. The swimming pool was closed for some reason. We called the reception 3x, but no one picked up.
Other than that, we were happy with our stay and would recommend it.
The room was a bit damp, but overall, it was a good experience. A special shout-out to a very enthusiastic lady at the front desk who helped us with a taxi and recommended a fantastic seafood restaurant that we absolutely loved. She was full of energy and it was a pleasure interacting with her. Although I don't know her name, I'm sure you'll know who I'm talking about from my description. My travel companion and I aren't keen on damp rooms, but our interaction with her significantly improved my impression of the hotel. [Happy]
Service: The front desk staff is very friendly. When I checked out, I wanted to go to a nearby shopping mall and it was delivered for free! The internet is also very good! The breakfast is also delicious.

JjoshuaelaineThe two rooms are actually three rooms, the middle one is an open kitchen and living room. The location is not good, except for the supporting commercial area downstairs, you must have a car when you go out. The staff is very nice, the only hotel where there is nothing wrong with the front desk to the room service. There is a free airport shuttle. Later, I heard that I needed to buy medicine, and I specially arranged for someone to drive us out without any cost. There are service points of large car rental companies, and travel services can also be booked with hotels. The commercial facilities are quite complete, and there will be locals eating a work meal at noon.

GGuest UserCheck in time is strictly at 2pm.
Bed a bit hard (For me)
Gym quite run down or under renovation.
However it's quite convenient as the supermarket is just downstairs.
