Undoubtedly, this is the best hotel. It was a shame that there was construction going on, but from certain angles, I could still take photos without any issues, so I was personally very satisfied. I was traveling alone this time, but I really enjoyed the pool, kayaking, and SUP without worrying about others watching. I'm so glad I went! 🥰

I enjoyed staying at this hotel despite the issues. They offered FREE collection from the airport. My flight was on time & I cleared Customs & Immigration promptly. I waited over an hour at the airport & NOBODY came to collect me! They claim a driver was waiting, but the airport was EMPTY and there was nobody else there! The hotel was in a good location 15 mins drive from the airport. There wasn't much else closeby although there was a supermarket behind the hotel and the restaurant on the Ground Floor of the hotel was quite nice and very affordable. Most of the attractions were NOT within walking distance. They were a short taxi or Dart (like Uber) ride away. The rooms were quite comfortable and somewhat clean. The beds were VERY short. I am 188cm tall (6'2”) and I had to ask for a different room with longer beds. They were not your usual Queen size beds. The new room had paint spilt all over the floor. I also wiped down the fridge with an anti-bacterial tissue and the photos will show the mould that came off on the tissue. Apart from that, the room seemed quite clean. Breakfast was VERY average - not much to choose from but it was barely adequate. The staff at this hotel were very obliging in everything they did. I made good use of the pool - that was very pleasant. At least this hotel had a pool! Many other hotels in the area did not have a pool! The staff gave me 6pm checkout for FREE and provided transport to the airport to make up for the issues I had. So I am quite satisfied. My thanks to all the staff for a lovely stay. The hotel is located quite far from the city center, but it does provide a free shuttle service to and from the airport. It is also not very close to the sea; however, this is not a major issue since swimming is prohibited at the nearby beaches anyway. Additionally, there are no cafes or shops within walking distance of the hotel, which makes the location even less convenient. The prices at the hotel’s cafe are overpriced. The hotel’s design feels somewhat outdated, but nothing critical. What was truly disappointing, however, was the service. The hotel presents itself as a 4-star property, yet it is surprisingly strict about a very basic necessity — drinking water. Guests are provided with only one bottle of water per person per day. There is coffee and tea available in the room, but to boil the kettle you need additional drinking water, which the staff refused to provide. They insisted that water had already been supplied during housekeeping and that no more was allowed. We had to keep asking for it as if they were personally paying for it themselves. That was extremely unpleasant. The tap water is yellow, and there were also issues with the hot water. Only one person works at the reception desk, which is clearly insufficient for a hotel with this many rooms, resulting in long waiting times. The reception staff are not knowledgeable about nearby attractions and do not assist with arranging tours, suggesting that guests find everything out on their own. Unfortunately, the overall service was extremely disappointing.

The room is very new and the location is excellent. Shopping malls, night markets, mosques, and supermarkets are all within walking distance. However, crossing the road in Brunei can be a bit tricky. Walking to the night market takes you through an area with stray dogs, so be a little careful. The hotel's top floor has a fitness area and a swimming pool, and you can see the mosque very clearly from the platform.

It was pretty convenient from the city center. Staff members were friendly too, special thanks to Hilmi, Nazifa and Raymeen.

I stayed here for 5 nights. The living room and bedroom were separate, and it even had a kitchen, which was almost too spacious for one person. The shower pressure was a bit weak, but the water was plenty hot. Breakfast was delicious, though it was pretty much the same every day, so a little more variety would have been nice. Most importantly, the location was fantastic. There's a large shopping mall right next door with a Daiso and Marugame Seimen inside, and you can easily grab a meal at the food court. Plus, it was super convenient to walk to the night market, just across a small bridge, in under 10 minutes.

My stay at Rizqun International Hotel was truly a pleasant and memorable experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, especially with the shopping mall nearby, making it easy to find food, shop, and enjoy other activities. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to assist whenever needed. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the overall comfort during my stay. The facilities were good, and everything was easily accessible. The service provided made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my visit. It is a great choice for families, couples, or anyone visiting Brunei for business or leisure. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and was very satisfied with my stay. I would definitely consider staying at Rizqun International Hotel again and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and conveniently located hotel in Brunei. This was my first time using this hotel for business. While there aren't many commercial facilities nearby, the rooms are clean, the environment is pleasant, and the proximity to the airport and shuttle service are convenient. The hotel cafe is also relaxing.

The hotel service was great. People at the reception and the drivers that collected me back and forth to the airport were really very helpful. It is also around 3 minutes away from the airport which is great as you don’t need to worry about traffic. Hotel transfers to and from the airport were also free. The room is very comfortable and seems clean. However, I noticed that there was a plastic bottle which was half empty which might have been left by the previous occupier. So I was worried what else was not changed or done. However, the rest of my experience was great. Will definitely come back next time.

We enjoyed our one-night stay with my friends. We stayed there for our hiking trip. They granted us a late check-out until 1:00 PM. Breakfast was alright. I wish they had soup options like corn or mushroom, and more fruit selections—there was only watermelon (not sweet) However, the main courses were delicious. Wi-Fi on Level 5 was not stable. The swimming pool was closed for some reason. We called the reception 3x, but no one picked up. Other than that, we were happy with our stay and would recommend it.
