Great hotel. Clean and close to the Mayo St. Mary’s campus. Very friendly staff. The breakfast is a normal hotel breakfast…eggs, sausage, waffles, breads, fruit, cereal. There is coffee and hot chocolate 24 hrs a day.

First time staying there. Location was good for us. Easy route to visit family from the hotel. We did a 3 night stay. Didn’t deal with much service, but the desk attendants were very nice. Room was adequate and quiet.

Great place for anyone using the Mayo Clinics...nice, big rooms, comfortable beds, microwave & small fridge for extended stay needs. Very good breakfast. Only negative was the super LOW toilet.

Nice location right in Rochester. I was only driving through, but there's a bunch of shops and restaurants near by to pick up food. The facilities were clean.
