Atendente completamente perdida no check in. No check out tentaram nos cobrar consumo no restaurante, sendo que nem sequer entramos no restaurante. No café da manhã anotaram um café a mais, sendo que estávamos apenas 01 casal. Porta do box não fechava, estando desalinhada e ao tomar banho molhava fora do box.

It was very late at check-in, but the check-in procedure was completed soon. The location of the hotel was very good. There were self-service laundry and supermarkets nearby, and it was convenient to go there in the city center.

Simple hotel, but with good reception. Adequate service, easy booking confirmations. Perhaps there was a lack of a list of nearby places to eat or places lost in the room. Very unstable Wi-Fi network.

The geographical environment is good, three minutes from the seaside. Very suitable for running, breakfast is relatively simple.

I had stayed at an Andrade chain in Curitiba, which was a terrible experience... It was really horrible, the hotel staff were very rude, the rooms were terrible... Anyway!!! Honestly, this one from Florianópolis surprised me on an extraordinary level...!!! It was wonderful, sensational, the entire hotel staff, WONDERFUL room, food, location and value. I simply loved it, the next time I go to Floripa, I want to stay at the same hotel!!!

One of our favorite spots of all time. The hotel is run so well, so clean, all the people who serve will go the extra mile for the comfort of their guests. We feel like Kings in the Majesty hotel in Florianopolis... so much is convenient from the restaurant with exceptional food in the hotel to others all-round the block, to the huge shopping mall and all the event of Florianopolis... this is like a 5-Star New York City Hotel on steroids, bigger, better, cleaner, nicer... its amazing and the place to be... we return to the Majesty often as it is in our hearts... VIVA Majesty!!

Hotel with a very good service quality, very good installation, comfortable bed, very clean towels and towels, new and smellful. Breakfast with good options and quantity. I recommend!

The room was clean and spacious, and the twin room had less sunny sides. Because it was winter, after communicating with the front desk, they found a way to change to the sunny room. All the big bed rooms can be split into two small beds. The service is very good. Suitable for business trips, you need to go to the hotel by the sea if you travel.

The hotel is beautiful and everything perfect, service, room and breakfast. The location that is not the best for my goals in the city, more is a very personal issue. No complaints from the hotel in itself. Marvelous.
