No exhaust in the washroom, need to call to complete the expected amenities such as slippers, etc. and the room that I got has no view. The pool was not warm enough so we and the other guests who swimming in there didn’t enjoy it much.

Reception not very cooperative when trying to exted stay. Informed that all rooms are boked. We extended twice on Internet! We asked for upper floor and were told that all rooms on upper floors have only one bed which of cause was not truth. The rest was OK.

This was a very good stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is just okay. There is an airport shuttle van available. It is an easy walk from the airport. There is a bus stop at the airport and one by the hotel. The bus service was good.

The room was clean and the hot water was sufficient. It was close to the airport and there was a pick-up car. The staff were very friendly. There was breakfast in the morning and unlimited coffee was great. The check-out time was a bit early at 11 o'clock in the morning. I forgot to take a picture of the room. It was no different from the official website picture.
