After comparing several hotels, we finally chose this one, and it exceeded our expectations! The value for money is outstanding. Firstly, the location is perfect – peaceful yet central. Just 100 meters to the left is the Twin Pagodas scenic area, and Elephant Trunk Hill is only about 1 km away on foot. What really stood out were the excellent hotel facilities and service quality. My child actually loved staying in the room and napping for two afternoons straight (though adjusting to the time difference after returning home also played a role). My child is very particular about hotel stays, so her satisfaction is rare; in Shanghai, she only stays at The Puli Hotel. The hotel's dining was incredibly impressive. Upon check-in, we received a complimentary local specialty, Beer Fish (valued at 98 yuan). The ingredients were fresh and it was deliciously prepared – fantastic! We ended up ordering all our subsequent meals from the hotel restaurant. I checked, and the hotel restaurant ranks number one locally on Dazhong (Dianping)! Highly recommended! This is the king of value-for-money hotels in Guilin!

We chose LS Hotel in Yangshuo as the final stop of our first trip to China after visiting Shanghai and Guangzhou, and I honestly cannot think of a better way to end the trip! We didn’t really know what to expect and booked it mainly because of the reviews, but it ended up being even better than we imagined. From the moment we landed, everything felt effortless. They sent a driver in a spacious, comfortable car to pick us up, and as soon as we arrived, the staff greeted us so warmly and took us straight to our room in Building Two. The views… I don’t even know how to describe them properly. Just walking into the lounge and seeing the scenery outside literally took our breath away. And somehow, the views from the room were even better. Every angle looked like something out of a movie. It almost didn’t feel real. The room itself was beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and just take everything in. The breakfast buffet had plenty of amazing local and western options. What really made the stay unforgettable though was the staff. Lynn and Reina were absolutely amazing. They were so kind, so responsive, and genuinely cared about making our experience perfect. Anytime we had a question, they replied within seconds and helped us with everything from activities to recommendations. They brought us the most delicious cake to our room. One of the biggest highlights was the complimentary 30 minute photography session they arranged for us with Cai Cai. I went in thinking it would just be something simple, but I was honestly blown away. The photos were insanely good, like they looked edited and professional, but they were actually raw and untouched. She even shared all of them with us, which made it even more special. The area itself is incredible too. There is so much to do, so many beautiful spots to explore, and amazing food everywhere. It was the perfect mix of relaxing and having things to do. I truly loved this place and I already can’t wait to come back.

Extremely satisfied, the kind of place I'd stay at again if I visit Liuzhou. 1. The location is excellent. You can see the hot springs from both the room and the rooftop, and it's also very convenient to get to the ground level for prime viewing spots. There are plenty of dining, drinking, and entertainment options nearby. Wuxing Street has lots of great food, like Luosifen (snail noodles), duck feet hotpot, sweet soup, fried ice, etc. There are also many comfortable hair washing places to choose from. You can rent electric scooters right outside, and I easily found a shared Wuling Hongguang (mini-van) just a short walk away. Qingyun Market is also within walking distance. 2. The service is very thoughtful. The housekeeper was very enthusiastic and their suggestions were all helpful. The doorman was especially responsible, always helping with luggage. 3. The room is very spacious, and the pillows are comfortable. There's also parking available downstairs. 4. It's about a 30-minute drive to the train station, and 15 minutes to other destinations.

Gulong Stay Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) I recently stayed near Gulong Canyon and had a wonderful experience overall. The area is surrounded by lush green mountains and rivers, so the views are absolutely stunning, especially in the early morning with mist in the valley. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had a rustic charm that fit the natural setting. The main attraction — the glass bridge and skywalk — was breathtaking (and a little scary if you’re afraid of heights). Staff were friendly and helpful, though English was limited, so having a translation app helped. Local food was fresh and tasty, especially the river fish dishes. One tip: bring comfortable walking shoes and be prepared for some steep climbs. It’s best to visit on weekdays to avoid heavy crowds. Would I come back? Definitely — especially to enjoy more hiking trails and maybe try the zipline next time.

From my room window, I could see Vietnam, and the front desk even warned me that if I had an iPhone, it might pick up signals from the neighboring country and my time zone could change. The rooftop observation deck offers an even better view of the border scenery, encompassing both Dongxing in China and Mong Cai in Vietnam. 2) When I booked on Trip.com, I specifically requested a non-smoking room, and the hotel front desk truly delivered! The floor and room were genuinely free of any secondhand smoke. Honestly, in a fourth-tier city in (what is arguably the world's number one country for secondhand smoke), this was a rare and pleasant surprise. 3) It's quite close to the Dongxing Port, just a 5-minute walk away. If you want to experience the charm of a border town right from your room, and if you appreciate clean room facilities and fresh, natural air, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My stay at Poetry & Faraway Li River Courtyard definitely didn't disappoint; it truly deserves its spot on the 'Beautiful Scenery' hotel list. I booked a double-sided view room, and as soon as I walked in, I could see both the Li River and Fubo Hill simultaneously. The view was incredibly expansive, and the scenery truly lived up to its reputation. The room was meticulously clean, the bedding was pristine and soft, and the bathroom had no water stains or odors. You could tell there was a lot of care put into the details, making for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. The butler service was also very attentive, communicating throughout my stay and helping with travel arrangements, which saved me a lot of hassle. The hotel also has a laundry room, which is very convenient for travelers – a thoughtful detail. Breakfast was served on the 6th floor, and the Guilin rice noodles were authentic. Eating while enjoying the river view really added to the experience. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I'll definitely consider coming back here on my next visit to Guilin.

This is my second time in Nanning, and Shangri-La was my top choice again. It's located above MixC shopping mall, which makes dining and shopping incredibly convenient. There's a great festive atmosphere, especially since it's Chinese New Year; the lobby is decorated with a Spring Festival theme. We even received complimentary document bags and juice drinks upon check-in, which tasted good. Our room was on a high floor with fantastic views, and it was clean, tidy, and had comfortable bedding.

The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height, making for a truly restful sleep. The soundproofing was also excellent; I barely heard any outside noise at night, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. All the room amenities were in perfect working order, including stable air conditioning, bathroom facilities, and internet. The toiletries were high-quality and plentiful, which was a nice touch. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive – the corridors were clean, and the elevator ran smoothly. Yumi and Winnie always greeted me warmly whenever we met, which was lovely. Whenever I had a request and contacted Yumi at the front desk, she responded quickly and resolved issues promptly, always with a patient and professional attitude, never just going through the motions. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel.

In short, the hotel staff's service was outstanding, very friendly, and enthusiastic – big thumbs up to them! Secondly, the hotel's location is superb. It's right behind a bustling commercial area, which is incredibly convenient with a wide variety of shops and products – perfect for a shopping spree. The lobby is clean, bright, and has a pleasant aroma from the scented diffusers and fresh flowers. They also offer delicious fruit tea. The overall atmosphere is fantastic. The room itself was also very satisfying. It felt quite modern with a unique layout and was spacious enough. The facilities are well-maintained. The gym is clean, tidy, bright, spacious, and well-equipped. The pool water was very clean and at a comfortable temperature. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the shower space was quite roomy. A housekeeper cleans the room daily. Overall, the value for money is exceptional. If I had to choose again, I would definitely stay here. Highly recommended!

The biggest surprise was the super-sized bathtub; bath time became the most enjoyable part of my day. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and they even thoughtfully provided both soft and firm pillows to cater to different sleeping preferences – attention to detail at its finest! The restaurant is on the 9th floor, with a stunning outdoor pool just outside. Enjoying breakfast while admiring the beautiful view was pure bliss. Smart and convenient: The room was equipped with a smart 'Xiaodu' speaker, making voice control incredibly convenient. Food deliveries were brought directly to our door by an adorable robot, which was both efficient and fun. There's also a self-service laundry room near the rooms, which is a lifesaver for long-term travelers. But the service is truly the trump card: From the moment we checked in and added the butler on WeChat, we felt incredibly well taken care of. Any request we had was met with an immediate response and solution from the butler. What touched me most was an incident during breakfast today: an elderly person accidentally knocked over their tray, spilling food everywhere. The staff present didn't show any hesitation or displeasure; they rushed over immediately to comfort the startled elder, repeatedly asking if they were hurt, and swiftly and quietly cleaned up the mess. The entire process was filled with genuine concern. This kind of heartfelt kindness and professionalism is more precious than any luxurious facility. It was raining when we checked out, and the front desk staff proactively offered us disposable raincoats. This constant thoughtfulness made our whole family feel incredibly warm. Even our child was clamoring, ”I don't want to go to the next stop, I just want to keep staying here!” This wasn't just a stay; it was an experience filled with warm memories. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, heartfelt accommodation!
