It was really an amazing experience the food the front desk staff was really good it was an amazing experience for me and my family my child enjoy the play area for kids. He also loved the robot that brings you your delivery to the door of your room. The food at the morning breakfast was really amazing so many varieties the stuff also give you some options to satisfy your needs. It was really an amazing experience. My recent experience at this hotel was beyond my expectations!From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff, who are willing to help with luggage and patiently introduce the facilities.The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom supplies are of high quality, and the welcome handwritten card is prepared in detail, which is very heartwarming!The location is excellent, surrounded by delicious food and business districts, making it very convenient for travel.The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western cuisine, and the taste is superb!The overall service is considerate and meticulous, with an exceptional cost-performance ratio. I will definitely choose this place next time and highly recommend it!

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during the National Day holiday! The soundproofing was really good. In the morning, I thought the delivery guy was a bit noisy, but it turned out to be a wedding next door, so it really blocks out sound well. Right behind the hotel is a large shopping mall with a Yonghui supermarket, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. They even provide kids' slippers, toothbrushes, and the hairdryer is a Philips! It was very easy to get here from Overseas Chinese Town, and the price was excellent for the National Day period. As for downsides, 1. there's no charging pile. I had to go to the Atour next door to charge, but it wasn't a far walk. 2. This one is a real bug: if two people are doing any two of these activities simultaneously – using the toilet, showering, washing up, or taking a bath – you'll definitely be seeing each other naked.

This has always been my go-to hotel whenever I visit Wuhan. **Cleanliness:** The cleaning is meticulous. **Service:** They're always responsive to requests and provide thoughtful follow-up. **Location:** It's close to Huayuan Road, making transportation very convenient. **Facilities:** It would be even better if they could upgrade some facilities (like the showerhead and smart TV). It's worth mentioning that the bed is incredibly comfortable! I always get excellent sleep whenever I come to Wuhan. The experience at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Enshi Station far exceeded my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located just east of the train station, a 5-minute walk even with luggage. The surrounding amenities are also superb; within a few minutes' walk, you'll find a snack street and authentic local restaurants, offering specialty foods like Zhang Guan He Zha and Tujia Diaozha Bing. In the evenings, there's a lively BBQ night market. Getting to city attractions or the Enshi Grand Canyon by taxi is also very convenient. The room experience was comfortable and thoughtful. The space was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, allowing me to relax instantly after a long day of sightseeing. My sleep quality was undisturbed. Service details were heartwarming. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and attentive throughout. The hotel offers complimentary laundry and ironing services, and with advance booking, you can even enjoy pick-up and drop-off services to/from the station, which is incredibly practical for travelers on the go. The facilities are comprehensive. The buffet breakfast at the Hua Yu themed restaurant offers a rich variety, including Chinese pastries, Western bread, freshly made noodles, and fresh fruits – everything you need to start your day energetically. There's also a heated swimming pool and a gym open from 9 AM to 10 PM. This is truly the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Enshi! 👍🏻👍🏻

Pros: Housekeeper Xizi was very attentive, and the staff on the 27th floor were very enthusiastic and thoughtful. Cons: 1. I booked two Executive Grand View King Rooms and informed the housekeeper beforehand to try and arrange them together. The housekeeper was very efficient and arranged it quickly, but they weren't on the Executive Floor. The two adjacent rooms were positioned one directly opposite the hallway and the other directly opposite the stairs, leading to frequent and loud slamming door noises from outside. (Where does 'Executive' come into play? Is it just the lounge access? Selling the room should be the priority, right?) See Picture 1. 2. Regarding the welcome fruit, see Picture 2. This is the most meager welcome I've ever seen. Are fruits that expensive this season? 3. Do products of this quality live up to the word 'luxury'? See Pictures 3, 4, and 5. 4. If the mini-bar isn't displayed openly, isn't this a bit of a trick? (Even though I didn't drink anything). See Pictures 6, 7, and 8. 5. From the moment I entered the hotel lobby, I barely saw any greetings or smiles. How come I didn't experience the warmth mentioned in so many reviews? 6. There were frequent thumping noises outside the window. I initially thought it was the wind, but there wasn't any wind at all. I don't know what caused it. Question: With this quality, this service, and this environment, how did it get such high ratings? Is this really the top luxury in Wuhan?

This is the only Shangri-La hotel in Wuhan! Twenty years ago, it was a symbol of status and prominence in the city! The overall style is grand and opulent, a stark contrast to today's tech-driven hotels. You won't find smart toilets, voice-controlled curtains, TVs, or air conditioning here! It embodies a classic, mature aesthetic. Even adjusting the hot and cold water in the bathroom might take some time for younger guests to figure out! Overall, some equipment upgrades would definitely help it keep up with modern trends.

The Westin Yichang is right by the river, within walking distance to Binjiang Park and its walking path – perfect for a stroll. Breakfast is currently served on the 51st floor in the Executive Lounge. Although the space isn't huge, there's a good variety of options. My usual favorites like bread and fried eggs are there, plus wontons. The service staff are all excellent; they proactively ask what you'd like to drink for breakfast and clear dirty plates promptly. The lounge, being on the top floor, offers views of the river and mountains. It's a shame it was foggy today, but I'm sure it's beautiful on a clear day. The room decor is very elegant, and the bedding is both comfortable and clean. A Dyson hairdryer is a nice touch. While it's not in the absolute city center of Yichang, it's very quiet. It's a great choice for a weekend trip to Yichang. The pool is stunning, and the water is clean, also offering river and mountain views – easily the most beautiful pool in Yichang! Next time I'm in Yichang, I'll definitely choose The Westin again.

I stayed many times at this hotel as I frequently travel to Wuhan and it saddens me to say this hotel service is only worsen every time I stay there. It is the ONLY 5 stars hotel in China where no one assist you with your luggage when you arrive or go. No one greet you, you receive nothing from the management, no fruits at your room, really nothing is welcoming you to stay there even tough I always take the largest room. Breakfast (especially the famous Wuhan hot noodles) was not good in the first two days, don't know what happened that it changed after. no consistency no service really nothing special in the room. Starting next time I will stay at one of the Marriot hotels in the city.

The hotel is fantastic, with all the facilities very spacious and with 6-star service. I commend the employee Cora Cheng for her attentive service and cordiality.
