This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

During my stay, I especially want to thank Danna, a hotel staff member, for her thoughtful service and professional demeanor. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright. Parking was also very convenient. The hotel staff were excellent; I was on a business trip and seeing the note left by the service staff instantly made me feel warm. The night view from the window was also fantastic. It was a great stay, and I'll choose to stay here again next time I visit Wuhan.

This hotel/retreat is an incredibly special place, and I feel so grateful to have come across it in my travels, as it will hold a special place in my memory! I have a strong feeling that I will be back (possibly many times!) in the future. I cannot say enough good things about it, whether it be the beautiful architectural design of the buildings and landscaping of the property, the gorgeous cafe, the zen-like room aesthetic, the calm and nourishing atmosphere of the whole place, the incredibly kind staff, and the nourishing and delicious food (which is made with great attention and care paid to the ingredients (most of which are grown on the farm), and their healing principles according to the elements and Chinese medicine nutrition)). There are free evening healing offerings too, including sound healing, card reading, and other thing, which bring guests together to experience collectively as well, in a beautiful retreat center room. The cafe/lobby building is such a pretty and welcoming space, one could easily spend hours enjoying a conversation or reading a book, or petting one of the many adorable cats that roam the property. Even walking along the meandering path to the hotel from the main road is a beautiful experience, winding through tea fields in this magical valley at the base of steep mountains surrounding it. I have stayed at a number of hotels in China during my travels, but this place is by far my favorite of all of them, for its authentic feel and heartfelt warmth. It truly is a uniquely powerful place for healing and restoration, nestled in such a picturesque, quiet hillside of Wudang mountain!!

Extremely satisfied with my stay at the Shangri-La Hotel Wuhan during this trip. I booked a Horizon Club room, which offered all-day drinks and snacks, plus afternoon tea. Room service was also excellent, with daily housekeeping (more than once a day). The hotel's location is superb, just a few steps from the metro station. Exiting the hotel, you're right on Kaoxiong Road and Taipei Road, which are lined with small restaurants and coffee shops – perfect for a city walk. Baodao Park is also nearby, great for an early morning stroll. Turning left out of the hotel, you'll find MixC World just a short walk away, which is super convenient. All in all, it was a very satisfying stay.

This hotel is excellent in every aspect. I booked a Deluxe River View King Room and was upgraded to an Executive King Room for free. The view was absolutely stunning. The dinner selection on the executive floor wasn't vast, but the quality was high. My dad stayed at this hotel during the pandemic, so I specially brought my child here to experience it. Holly, our butler, provided fantastic service!

I came to Wuhan for Chinese New Year and stayed at the Qingshan New Century Hotel because my friend lives nearby. It seems like a new hotel, and all the facilities are excellent. The breakfast was also very rich, and the staff were all incredibly friendly. My only complaint is the open-plan bathroom, which I really didn't like, but that's a design issue. The hotel service was fantastic, and they even offered a shuttle service to Wuhan Station, which was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel is located in the China State Construction Yichang Star, the tallest building in Yichang, with guest rooms occupying floors 36-51, right next to the Yangtze River. The rooms feature panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering direct views of the majestic river. During several consecutive rainy days, the river was misty and shrouded in fog, creating an incredibly atmospheric and hazy river view from a high-altitude perspective. The hotel boasts a heated swimming pool and a 24-hour gym.滨江 Park is just downstairs, and parking is convenient for those traveling by car. It's also very easy to get to attractions like the Three Gorges Dam. If you're visiting Yichang during rainy weather, choosing this river-view hotel will reward you with unexpected beautiful scenery.

The experience of staying at this hotel far exceeded expectations. The check-in process was less than three minutes. The front desk also handed in iced lemonade and local play guides. The room was cleaned spotlessly. The floor-to-ceiling windows were facing the city landmark complex. The sunset scenery in the evening was excellent. The mattress is just soft and hard at night, the sound insulation effect is also great, the noise of the corridor is not heard at all, the buffet breakfast the next day is rich, and I will definitely choose here again next time I come to this city.

This was my second Ritz-Carlton stay, after Sanya. Before my arrival, the concierge proactively reached out via WeChat, providing detailed information about the hotel and its surroundings. Upon arrival, staff immediately helped with my luggage and even offered to deliver it to my room. During check-in, they kindly asked if I needed a late checkout and extended it until 3 PM, which was absolutely fantastic! 👍 The high-rise lobby offers breathtaking views, with the city skyline and river stretching as far as the eye can see. Although it's a newly opened hotel, there were no strange odors in the room. The decor and lighting directly opposite the entrance immediately caught my eye. The bedding was very comfortable, and the amenities were from Diptyque, ensuring quality. Welcome fruits were provided, and turndown service included a thoughtful local cultural refrigerator magnet. For in-room dining, I ordered a burger and beef noodles, both of which were delicious. The most memorable part of breakfast was the cold brew – truly refreshing on a summer day. Upon checkout, they generously let me keep the room key card as a souvenir. If I ever have the chance to bring my family to Wuhan again, I'll definitely stay here.
