First time in Jingmen and I was pleasantly surprised to find such a great hotel. The surroundings are very quiet and the environment is lovely. The room type was good, and the facilities are comprehensive, offering dining, entertainment, hot springs, and a spa – truly a multi-functional hotel. There's currently a discount on the hot spring access, and the price is reasonable. Overall, it's a very good experience.

The service was excellent! We stayed during the May Day holiday and the service was really attentive. Manager Hans even gave us a complimentary breakfast, which was incredibly rich and easily comparable to popular breakfast spots outside. The afternoon tea at the executive lounge was also exquisite, but we were simply too full to fully enjoy it. It also happened to be my birthday, and although they didn't have chocolate cake, they still brought us some small pastries. I also heard the pool is quite good. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and hopefully, I'll get to try the pool then!

The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to Metro Line 1, and there's a mall right downstairs, making dining and shopping a breeze. The room was spacious, and the front desk service was incredibly thoughtful; they even proactively upgraded us to a river view room. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Wuhan!

Oh, my check-out date for this Wuhan hotel kept changing. I originally planned to leave for Changsha on the 6th to enjoy the food, but I ended up being so exhausted from exploring Wuhan – walking over 10,000 steps every day. After some thought, I decided to cancel my Changsha trip, stay an extra night in Wuhan to get some good rest, and then head home early 😂! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's a short drive to pretty much everywhere, taking no more than 20-30 minutes to reach any destination! And I absolutely love Wuhan's food!
There's so much to eat, I couldn't try it all: cold noodles, BBQ, crispy dumplings, Leng Ji braised delights, stir-fried lotus root strips, and those矮子餡餅 (a type of pastry) from Jingzhou, just to name a few. For the BBQ specifically, you don't even need to seek out those super popular online spots; just find a BBQ joint downstairs in a residential area, and the food will be great without the long queues!
I do have one suggestion: regarding parking, every time I left the hotel, I had to report my license plate to the concierge. This is quite inconvenient. Wouldn't it be easier for both sides if they could authorize parking for the duration of the stay?

Choosing this hotel was the best decision of my entire trip! From the moment I walked in, I was surrounded by thoughtful service. The front desk staff had the sweetest smiles, and the room was spotlessly clean. The bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and they even had memory foam pillows, which was a lifesaver for someone like me who has trouble sleeping in new places. Next time I'm in this city, this will definitely be my home away from home.

The hotel lobby has a great ambiance; I'd always relax there after a day out. It's super convenient, just a two-minute walk to the subway station to the left, and Huazhong University of Science and Technology is within walking distance. Peggy was fantastic, providing top-notch service! Thumbs up to her!

This hotel stay was great! I'm planning on extending my stay for another night. Good products like this should definitely be seen by more guests. The decor is grand and stylish, and the front desk service is very welcoming. At an average price of 200-300, it offers excellent value for money in Yichang. The staff kindly upgraded my room and arranged for a room with a bathtub. The facilities are complete, and the toiletries are also very good.

The hotel lobby was absolutely stunning—grand and beautifully designed, creating a luxurious first impression. It truly set the tone for a high-end experience.
However, the dining options at both the lunch and dinner restaurants felt somewhat limited. While the food quality was good, the menus could benefit from more variety to cater to different tastes and preferences.
Overall, the stay was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was top-notch. With a few more dining options, this hotel would be perfect! Highly recommend for a luxurious getaway.
The hotel opened not long ago. It is large in scale, with a parking lot downstairs, a grand lobby, complete room facilities, comfortable and clean, a good breakfast environment and a variety of dishes. It is very suitable for tourists and vacationers!

The room was spotless and well-organized. The front desk staff thoughtfully prepared late-night desserts and patiently explained all the hotel's amenities. The hotel is very close to Wuhan Station, and if you book your stay on the day of arrival, they even offer a shuttle service to Wuhan Station the next day, which is incredibly convenient. The breakfast had a great variety of options. Overall, a fantastic experience.

JJchen1This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly.
The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

GGuest UserThis hotel/retreat is an incredibly special place, and I feel so grateful to have come across it in my travels, as it will hold a special place in my memory! I have a strong feeling that I will be back (possibly many times!) in the future. I cannot say enough good things about it, whether it be the beautiful architectural design of the buildings and landscaping of the property, the gorgeous cafe, the zen-like room aesthetic, the calm and nourishing atmosphere of the whole place, the incredibly kind staff, and the nourishing and delicious food (which is made with great attention and care paid to the ingredients (most of which are grown on the farm), and their healing principles according to the elements and Chinese medicine nutrition)). There are free evening healing offerings too, including sound healing, card reading, and other thing, which bring guests together to experience collectively as well, in a beautiful retreat center room. The cafe/lobby building is such a pretty and welcoming space, one could easily spend hours enjoying a conversation or reading a book, or petting one of the many adorable cats that roam the property. Even walking along the meandering path to the hotel from the main road is a beautiful experience, winding through tea fields in this magical valley at the base of steep mountains surrounding it. I have stayed at a number of hotels in China during my travels, but this place is by far my favorite of all of them, for its authentic feel and heartfelt warmth. It truly is a uniquely powerful place for healing and restoration, nestled in such a picturesque, quiet hillside of Wudang mountain!!

LLvluowawaThe entire building is a Hilton property.
The location of the entire building is excellent.
The room I booked offered views of the Yangtze River Bridge and Yellow Crane Tower.
The room type was quite spacious, and the view was fantastic.
I checked in late, and communicated with Huang Rui, the lobby manager. He reserved a room for me, answered all my questions during the process, and tried his best to meet my needs, which was very considerate.
The breakfast was rich and varied.
There were also room type benefits arranged for both the afternoon and evening.
Although the room's decor isn't a modern, new style, you can tell that the materials, craftsmanship, and design used during its original renovation were quite good, and it's also well-maintained.
The cleanliness upon check-in and throughout my stay was also quite good.
The design of the shower valve in the bathroom was a bit odd; it was stiff to use and operated in an unusual way. Fortunately, the water pressure was decent.
The TV in the room was a bit small and outdated. This could be considered an area for improvement.

GGuest UserThe Westin Yichang boasts an excellent location, right in front of Binjiang Park, overlooking the majestic Yangtze River where massive cruise ships slowly pass by on their way to and from the Three Gorges. Across the river, the rolling mountains are often shrouded in mist, resembling a magnificent traditional Chinese ink painting. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and relatively new, and the rooms are decorated in a warm and stylish manner. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is of excellent quality.
The hotel's breakfast restaurant on the second floor also offers fantastic views. The variety of food is rich, and the spicy oil dumplings are a delicious must-try.
The hotel staff are enthusiastic and proactive; there are always service personnel warmly helping with luggage when getting in and out of vehicles. The front desk staff are highly professional and efficient in their service.

GGuest UserThis time I came to Shiyan and stayed at the Vienna Hotel on Dongyue Road for a few days. The experience was great! The location of the hotel is easy to find. It is located in the city center, and it is convenient for eating and shopping around. Walking into the lobby, the decoration style is elegant and atmospheric, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling instantly. The room is clean and tidy, the layout is very warm, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it smells especially good when sleeping.
The service attitude of the hotel staff is particularly good. From the warm reception at the front desk to the smiling greetings of the cleaning aunt when meeting, it makes people feel very warm. And if there is any need, the staff can respond and solve it in time. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is good, which can meet different taste needs. In short, this stay at the Vienna Hotel is full of experience. I will choose here when I come to Shiyan in the future. I strongly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserHuge praise for the concierge team at The Ritz-Carlton Wuhan!
From the moment I arrived, the concierge team exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and attentiveness. As soon as my car pulled up, they greeted me with a warm smile, promptly took my luggage, and handled everything with grace and enthusiasm throughout. While I was checking in, they waited patiently, then proactively guided me to my room, explained the hotel facilities, and even offered local sightseeing tips. Their service was incredibly detailed, genuine, and never felt formulaic or stiff.
During my stay, whether it was luggage storage, arranging transport, or getting travel advice, they were always responsive, efficient, and reliable. They consistently anticipated my needs and took care of every small detail flawlessly. This perfectly embodies The Ritz-Carlton's brand philosophy of 'We are Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen,' making me feel incredibly valued and at ease.
The concierge team's professionalism and sincere attitude truly enhanced my trip to Wuhan. I genuinely experienced the hotel's top-tier service, and my overall experience was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThe bedding in the room was perfectly firm and incredibly comfortable for sleeping.
