"We hadden een wat grotere kamer omdat we met 3 personen waren. Dat was prima. De matrassen waren doorgezakt. Wc papier nog op moeten halen was tekort. 1.5 rol. Koffie zakjes waren maar 3 en niet voorradig. Zwembad zou om 07.00 uur open zijn. Was pas om 7.45 na te vragen. Restaurant en bar waren niet open. Moesten 2 avobdrn buiten de deur eten. Hygiëne was goed."

MMierswaIt’s a good hotel regarding location and convenience. If you look for a more traditional/historical style one you will find in the old downtown. Parking is convenient in the neighboring garage, but against additional 10EUR parking fee for 24h.

GGuest UserThe breakfast was good but there is NO air conditioning in the room. It was so hot that I could not get sleep. But even more annoying: There were 5 houseflies in my room! They interrupted my peace - I will never forget this bad experience. I will not come back.

GGuest UserBest way to spend a night before an early flight in the morning. Easy and quick check in, spacious, clean and quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff. This was our second time we used the hotel before a flight, and we will do it again for sure.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the exhibition hall and can be reached on foot. During the exhibition, there are shuttle buses from the hotel to the exhibition hall in the morning and evening. There is a shopping mall near the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and shopping in the supermarket. Breakfast is also OK.

GGuest UserDie Lage ist einfach überragend. Die Betten sind einfach nur schön zum Schlafen. Das Servicepersonal gibt alles. Der Klavierspieler am Freitag & Samstag war wirklich gut.
Das Hotel hatte aber schon bessere Zeiten.
KEIN WLAN VERFÜGBAR. Telekom Internetverbindung: ”E” mit einem Balken.
Frühstück: nicht ausreichend Eierbecher für alle - ungenügende Anzahl Becher für Latte Macchiato (keine da, oder Rückstau beim Abwasch?), Ausfall der beiden Kaffeevollautomaten, Ausfall des Heißwasser Samowars. Übersichtliche Anzahl an Snacks im Glas (nur die ersten 10 Personen bekamen etwas, und es wurde nicht aufgefüllt).
Reparaturstau im Badezimmer, und defekter WC-Deckel der vorübergehend mit Tape dürftig geflickt war. Abgerissenes Equipment, man kann nur erahnen was dort mal hing.
Schade, für diese Übernachtungspreise hatte ich erwartet, dass wenigstens WLAN oder wenigstens Kaffee- und Eierbecher für die Anzahl der gebuchten Zimmer verfügbar gewesen wären.

GGuest UserCleaner than I expected. The place isn't big, but it's very quiet, suitable for business trips. There's a large supermarket a five-minute walk away, which is convenient for shopping. The mattress is also quite firm and comfortable to sleep on.
