There is a kind of lonely beauty!! It is also very mysterious... There are also deer in the hotel! It’s a pity that I didn’t see the northern lights this time

Bad management during check in. I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM. So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it? Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card. So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!

Good location hotel in rovaniemi town centre, 10 mins walking to malls and tour excursions pick ups. The new rooms in the new wing is far from the reception needing ard 5 mins walking walk, but the facilities are relatively new. Breakfast is decent for the area altho not many hot food options. Staff service varies but seemed staffing level is low for xmas peak

We visited for our honeymoon. The staff, Viljami, welcomed us kindly and provided us with fruit and other services. Thank you. Although the location is a little far from the city center, it was not inconvenient because I took an Uber when I traveled anyway. It's not a top-of-the-line facility, but it's a cost-effective place in Rovaniemi, where the accommodation is expensive. However, breakfast did not meet expectations.

The icebreaker car will pick you up at the hotel and then return you to the hotel. It is very convenient to stay here. Parking is available opposite the hotel. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is quite complete, including fruits, yogurt, and freshly ground coffee. Breakfast is available at 6 o'clock.

The hotel was in a good location and the parking area in the backyard was spacious. There was no individual cooling in the room, but fortunately the room was not too warm. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was average. A small minus regarding the TV channel selection, in the room you could only see channels 1, 2, 3, 4, Ava and Sub.

I like this 40-year-old hotel very much. The service attitude is good. The facilities are worthy of its age. It is not very old to use. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. The bedding is not comfortable.

The room is warm, the spa is fun, the hotel quality is good, the price is cheap, the buffet is also very good, the attitude of the merchants is good, the customer service staff are very service-minded and have a great attitude, the skiing is high-quality and low-priced, the equipment can be rented with confidence, and you are happy to use it, everything I like it and am completely satisfied with it, friends who want to buy it Don't hesitate, place your order as soon as possible, be happy early, and will book again in the future. Ми мали чудовий відпочинок на 3 ночі в цьому готелі. Бронювали будинок з каміном та сауною, щоб насолодитися тишею. Будиночки не новозбудовані але комфортні та затишні, є все необхідне для декількох днів проживання. Сніданки смачні, свіжі. Персонал привітний, доброзичливий. Якщо б була нагода відвідати Лапландію, не задумуючись забронювала б цей готель. Чудовий готель!

It’s quite far from the city and far from the nearest supermarket. It is recommended to buy what you need at a time, but there is a sauna in the room. I like 👍. There are many facilities but I don’t use it. I will stay here next time I go to Rovaniemi.
