Facilities: OK Cleanliness: OK Ambiance: OK The bed was tiny, haha, but that's London for you. Service: OK Very central location, convenient for getting anywhere. Can't complain about the price, London is just that expensive. Breakfast had a good variety. The bed was super small, but it did the job.

Hotel is across the street from the Underground Station. It's very convenient to get to Heathrow airport by public transportation. The rooms are basic but felt modern. The area around the hotel feels safe. There's not a lot of food options and all restaurants nearby are closed by 10pm.

Very good location. The hotel is good but my room was facing to the railway tracks so i could hear the sound of the train. Their weakness point is their staff. I work in hospitality and there are certain standards that you have to follow to provide quality service. Reception is available 24h but i called twice from my room (at midnight) and nobody picked up the phone. Finally, i had to come to the reception to inform them something was going on with my phone. That two night receptionist looked at me like if i was crazy and told me my phone was working because there was signal (Of course it was working, they just weren't answering my calls and were sitting around doing nothing). I asked them for a bottle opener and their answer was ” we do not have”. That's imposible in a 4 stars hotel so what i take away from this hotel is that they simply didn't want to help me. Also they weren't able to help me connect my device to the TV. The only staff good point was they gave me late check out until 12:30 for free. That's why i give you 2/5.

Good location. DLR less than 5 min walk away and 4 stops away from Canary Wharf (10 mins) or 20min ish walk. Facilities are great, really nice pool cinema room etc. view from 15th floor was really good. Apartment unfortunately let it down - there is no A/C (we knew this before booking but did regret it a bit as it ended up being 24c) would be nice if the rooms had fans. There is also nothing provided in the kitchen, just a kettle and mugs you have to ask for everything, I understand why they do this it just put us off cooking anything as we would’ve had to gone downstairs to ask. Another thing to note is it’s tinyyyy (again we could see that before booking) but hadn’t quite realised how small- it’s definitely more suited for one person and gives more student accommodation vibes than hotel, our apartment was run down in a few places. There isn’t really any photos online of the bathrooms but the shower again is very small- can just about fit one small person. We were given one toilet roll and had to ask reception for more, to which they had to send someone to our apartment for. Also to note- No matter what size apartment you get the beds are all the same size (small double) so just bare that in mind if you’re tall or like to spread out. Overall the stay was good, the price I think was fair for the quality of apartment. I’d stay here again in the winter if the price was right. It could just make some improvements.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Heathrow and had a generally positive experience, though there were a few areas that could be improved. One of the standout aspects of the hotel is its overall atmosphere. The lobby is modern, stylish, and creates a great first impression. I also appreciated the check-in technology, which made the arrival process smooth and efficient. However, I did find the cleanliness of the room to be somewhat disappointing. It wasn’t to a level that caused major concern, but it also didn’t meet the expectations I would have for a four-star hotel. A bit more attention to detail in this area would make a noticeable difference. I was also frustrated to find that the steam room, which had been advertised as an available facility, was not in use during my stay. There was no prior communication about this, which was disappointing as it was something I was looking forward to using. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential and offers a great first impression, but improvements in room cleanliness and better communication regarding unavailable amenities would significantly enhance the guest experience.

The hotel was conveniently located to meet my partner as she had driven and I had flown into Heathrow. I had searched for a hotel with parking, Sauna and breakfast! Great I thought when Radisson was in the list of hotels with my criteria, disappointingly I was met with an additional £20 charge for parking my vehicle however my partner who had been at a conference in a nearby hotel had parking included for 24 hours.

It was my sister’s birthday and the service was beautiful, the staff were very attentive and welcoming especially Sahil. We got a complimentary breakfast and a cake for my sister. The hotel room was nice and clean, the pool and jacuzzi was very well maintained and very relaxing. My sister and l enjoyed our stay and we will surely be back. Shoutout to Sahil and team for making it a memorable experience.

The hotel was nice and clean and the location was perfect. Has great transportation links. I would say the rooms are nice but rather small. Also the hotel does not have room service or a in room phone. If you wish to contact reception you can contact them via WhatsApp. If you wish to order food then you can by ordering from the other kitchen restaurant and it will be brought to your room. This is definitely something to note when booking. However the amenities were good. Overall I would stay there again.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly to Asians, and good conversationalists. The hotel is very close to both the train and metro stations. There's a bus stop right outside that goes directly to lively areas like Soho. It's also quite close to Notting Hill. The room was clean and comfortable, and the surrounding residential area was very quiet.

Great stay as expected Heathrow airport, we’ve been here before and chose to stay again travelling with family before the flight. The beds are comfortable, staff were nice. It’s just that the swimming pool was not heated enough (quite cold), steam room lack steam and jacuzzi wasn’t working at the time of our stay. Executive lounge was a good thing to have, really enjoyed the refreshments and evening canapés. Cheers

GGuest UserAmazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.

CchristiatheoMy stay at Novotel London Canary Wharf was overall very solid, with a few standout moments that made it memorable. The first thing that struck me was the hotel’s modern feel. Everything from the reception area to the corridors had a clean, stylish look. Check-in was quick, and the staff were polite and professional, though not overly personal. It felt efficient rather than warm—but still perfectly pleasant. The room itself was comfortable and well thought out. The bed was great for a good night’s sleep, and the blackout curtains worked really well—ideal if you want to fully rest after a busy day. The room wasn’t huge, but it made smart use of space, and everything felt practical. The view was definitely a highlight, especially if you’re on a higher floor—you get a great look at the surrounding Canary Wharf skyline. Facilities were another plus. The gym was well-equipped for a hotel, and the swimming pool was a nice bonus, especially for unwinding in the evening. However, it can get a bit busy at peak times, which slightly takes away from the relaxing vibe. The rooftop bar is probably the hotel’s best feature. The views are genuinely impressive, and it has a more premium feel compared to the rest of the hotel. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but that’s expected given the location and setting. Location-wise, it’s ideal if you’re staying in Canary Wharf for work or prefer a quieter part of London. It’s not as lively as central areas like Soho or Shoreditch, but transport links are excellent, so getting around isn’t an issue. On the downside, the lifts were occasionally slow, especially during busy hours, and the breakfast area could feel crowded. The breakfast itself was decent, though not particularly memorable. Overall, Novotel London Canary Wharf offers a reliable, comfortable stay with great views and solid amenities. It may not feel ultra-luxurious, but it delivers good value and a pleasant experience in one of London’s most modern districts.

RRafsana ChoudhuryCheck in experience is very chaotic. Full booking details were missing in hotel system. I.e. number of child or adult guests, number of breakfasts paid for, etc. Prepare for gbp50 deposit per room. Room was nice with two double beds and pretty view of IFS Cloud cable cars. Location is beautiful. Local trains and buses provide easy access to all of east London. Complicated parking. Driving here is not recommended, like most of London, unfortunately. Local dining options are expensive. Breakfast is beans on toast and repetitive every single morning. No salads prepared. Busy and chaotic dining room almost every morning. Recommend poached eggs. Service is an area this hotel really needs to improve. Especially concierge. No help with suitcases and bags. Staff won't even bring a bucket of nice to the rooms. Guests must bring buckets from the room to the bar to collect ice cubes. Not well suited for Muslim guests. No ladies only timings in the Spa facilities. Also overpriced. Local beauty salons in Upton Park are much more affordable and comprehensive. Overall, an nice, clean, safe hotel, but not good value for money.

KKimI do like the location although I did need my car or a taxi to go out. I really like being able to wander outside in the lovely grounds from ground floor room. The lovely wild flower borders to entry's is very inspiring. Even with a large wedding party it was very quiet at night. That was impressive as there were cars everywhere and still room for my little car. I could have done with a shower cap as I was soaked in rain shower and normal shower combination. I can't quite see the point of that but if you have the knack of switching them both off I guess it's a thing nowaday.

BBafuluofusijiThe location is fantastic, right next to St. Paul's Cathedral, truly in the heart of the city. The hotel itself is generally good and convenient. Facilities: The hotel has most of what you'd expect, though the room is a bit small. But that's pretty standard for UK hotels; this king-size room is about 25 square meters. The air conditioning was a little noisy at night, but it didn't really bother me overall. Ambiance: The atmosphere is nice. They have a rooftop bar on the 7th floor where you can enjoy night views of St. Paul's, but there's a dress code – no casual wear allowed.

HhuzzmundoWas an issue at check in with my reservation which they finally sorted after an hour. Perfect location right opposite Lambeth North station as well. Breakfast could have been better with more variety for a 4 star hotel. Spa was okay shame pool was so cold! Not sure I’d stay again would depend on the price! Staff seemed really nice. Not any amenities in the room.
