Amazing service with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel overall was a great experience. It’s very conveniently located near Lagoi Plaza—within walking distance to plenty of family-friendly activities (ATV, UTV, Banana boat and otehr water sports). The swimming pool is beautiful and just steps away from the beach, with watersports available right by the shore, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A small downside was that the cups from the basement restaurant weren’t very clean, we feedback to the restaurant and they immediately changed for us. Also, there was a mix-up with my booking date at the front desk—they mentioned it would be updated, but the next day I received a call for checkout even though my stay was for another night. It was quickly resolved though. Highly recommended: That said, overall the hotel is still amazing and the staff are all very helpful. Hotel also provides ferry transfer from BBT ferry terminal, a plus point! (To arrange in advance). Four points by Sheraton is definitely worth staying for the location, facilities, and atmosphere. Our family will definitely be back the next time. NOTE: Do always book ur ferry and hotel together especially during peak season. We got the hotel first & struggled to get the ferry tickets. Highlight: Pls check out their signature cocktail Zalacca, smoky and special snake fruit cocktail (bar restaurant near the beach)

Although is an old hotel but the management have tried the best to keep it up to the standard in term of cleanliness and hospitality. We are family of 3 and glad to have booked a spacious room with a king sized bed and a single bed. This made our sleep very comfortable. It was reasonably priced and location is good. Not too far from all the hot tourist spots. The only things for improvement are : 1. Mini bar need time to turn cold 2. Hot water took time to heat up during peak hour

This is my second time here! This time I stayed in a room with a shared pool, which was also good, just a shame I couldn't order a floating breakfast 🥹. Staying here is pretty good, quite comfortable and clean. The location is a bit further out, but it's pretty close to the beach and those popular influencer-spot restaurants.

A really great hotel! The beach was beautiful and uncrowded; since it was off-season, we had the whole beach to ourselves, which was fantastic. The service was also excellent, with staff always greeting us with a smile.

We had a tremendous vacation even for short ones. We booked for 2 nights but the experience was awesome. They arranged my son's birthday with decorating the room.We got to tour the engine rooms and the entire ship hotel Tuti the staff hotel was very helpful . And the restaurant staff too.. And managed to meet the owner of the hotel Mr Eric as we were recommended by his son Daryl. Will definitely come again . Thank you for the experience.

I can't rave enough about the customer service at Holiday Inn. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Mr Sunang. He was prompt, understood our requirements and interacted with my daughter, thereby remembering her name whenever he sees her or ask me about her. The room was spacious, we had a good view overlooking a pond and looking at the beach from a distance. It was great view for fireworks we were lucky to catch that night. We had our 3 connecting rooms as per requested. I like that the showering amenities was Dove. Hubby and I took the complimentary bus to Plaza Lagoi. We just needed 15 min to stock up some snacks for the kids and asked if the transport could wait for us, else we needed to wait an hour for the next bus. The transport coordinator, Edo was most kind. He gave me his number to contact him and when we were done, he came specially to pick us up back to hotel. He really went the special mile for us and we are so grateful. Subsequently, we also arranged for paid transportation to fetch us back from Nirwana Kelong. The hotel again went all out to help us book the table at the Kelong and arranged timing for transport. By Siska through the WhatsApp. Everything was so hassle free given we could communicate through WhatsApp and they were very prompt in replying. The hotel is v kids-friendly. Kids eat free (buffet/ ala carte). There were 3 swimming pools, kids club (2 hours complimentary per day), games room. For adults, there were ping pong tables, table pool, bicycles around free for use. We had a relaxing morning cycling to the beach. Guess the con was the hotel was designed such that must walk a distance to go from one place to another. Will be good if there is more shortcut to take. All in all, will highly recommend for families. Would like to commend the staff for the great service. Bintan has been such a lovely place that we go to again and again.

Very satisfied with the stay. We were greeted with warm and friendly staff. Room was clean and good standards. Gym is huge. Buffet breakfast was a spread. Location is closed to popular places, it's 10mins at most to all the places we went.

We recently stayed at The ANMON Resort Bintan for a short getaway, and honestly it became one of the most memorable and romantic trips my wife and I have had. From the moment we arrived, the whole place felt peaceful, cozy, and completely different from a normal hotel experience. The beautiful white tents, warm lighting, and desert-style ambiance created such a relaxing atmosphere that instantly made us slow down and enjoy the moment together. One thing we actually loved was that there was no TV inside the room. Instead of spending time watching screens, we spent more quality time talking, relaxing, and simply enjoying each other’s company. It made the whole experience feel more personal, peaceful, and romantic — something that is hard to find nowadays. Our glamping tent was spacious, clean, and surprisingly luxurious. At night, the resort became even more magical with the soft lights around the pathways and cool evening air. It honestly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves. One of the highlights of our stay was the BBQ experience right outside our glamp tent. That evening was especially memorable because it was lightly drizzling outside, making the whole atmosphere feel extra cozy and romantic. Grilling food together while listening to the soft rain, enjoying the cool weather, and sitting under the shelter of our tent created such a peaceful and intimate moment for both of us. It is one of those simple memories that we will never forget. We also really enjoyed the outdoor movie night. Sitting on bean bags under the stars with blankets while watching a movie together was such a unique experience. The calm ambiance, cool night breeze, and quiet surroundings made the entire night feel warm and special. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and everything around the resort was well maintained and thoughtfully designed. If you are looking for a unique couple getaway, romantic glamping experience, or peaceful escape from the city, I would definitely recommend The ANMON Resort Bintan. lovely place to getaway and just unwind in your own private space! complimentary pick-up/drop-off from BBT ferry terminal is provided so do drop them a whatsapp message to have it arranged. place is walking distance to Plaza Lagoi which has some food spots, a gelato place, mini mart, and a nice li’l souvenir spot called Cinderamata. picked up a few things there. there’s also an atm (BNI) to withdraw cash without incurring atm fee. also walking distance to the beach. breakfast is also provided daily. bear in mind that if you have rowdy inconsiderate neighbours who makes noise throughout the night, it spoils the experience cause you can’t sleep. encountering insects/wildlife is expected but nothing to be majorly afraid of. overall enjoyed my time there and would return again.

Was given a smoking room while I had requested for a non smoking room in my booking. Had to request for a change of room. Room door was difficult to open despite using two access room cards. Again, had to ask the receptionist to get our room doors settled. So there was some delay before we could really take a rest after a long day. Basic amenities like dental kit, shampoo and body wash were provided. Room was of a pretty decent size. Breakfast was ok and has a Maggie station. It’s just a 5- 10 mins drive to the Batam ferry center.
