We had a very pleasant stay at Four Points Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, always helpful and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was also very good with a nice variety. We were especially touched and pleasantly surprised when the chef brought a mini cake to our table during breakfast in celebration of Mother’s Day for my mom. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our family trip even more memorable. We also really appreciated the complimentary professional photography service and the A5-sized framed photo provided in each room. Great service by Salsa! Very friendly, patient, and professional. One area that could be improved is room cleanliness. The shampoo and body wash were not properly refilled, and only a very small amount was available.

Although is an old hotel but the management have tried the best to keep it up to the standard in term of cleanliness and hospitality. We are family of 3 and glad to have booked a spacious room with a king sized bed and a single bed. This made our sleep very comfortable. It was reasonably priced and location is good. Not too far from all the hot tourist spots. The only things for improvement are : 1. Mini bar need time to turn cold 2. Hot water took time to heat up during peak hour

Stayed at Woda Villa & Spa Batam and had a generally pleasant experience. Pros: The location is very convenient, as it’s close to the town area, making it easy to access shops and restaurants options. The 2-bedroom villa is spacious and comfortable, great for families or small groups. Toiletries were also well provided, with sufficient amenities for the stay. Cons: The private pool is on the smaller side, which may be a bit limiting if you’re looking to fully relax or swim. There were quite a number of mosquitoes, although the villa does provide repellent which helps. The breakfast buffet spread is also quite limited, so don’t expect a wide variety of options. Overall: A good stay for those looking for a spacious villa in a convenient location, but with some minor drawbacks in facilities and dining variety

A really great hotel! The beach was beautiful and uncrowded; since it was off-season, we had the whole beach to ourselves, which was fantastic. The service was also excellent, with staff always greeting us with a smile.

We had a tremendous vacation even for short ones. We booked for 2 nights but the experience was awesome. They arranged my son's birthday with decorating the room.We got to tour the engine rooms and the entire ship hotel Tuti the staff hotel was very helpful . And the restaurant staff too.. And managed to meet the owner of the hotel Mr Eric as we were recommended by his son Daryl. Will definitely come again . Thank you for the experience.

I can't rave enough about the customer service at Holiday Inn. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Mr Sunang. He was prompt, understood our requirements and interacted with my daughter, thereby remembering her name whenever he sees her or ask me about her. The room was spacious, we had a good view overlooking a pond and looking at the beach from a distance. It was great view for fireworks we were lucky to catch that night. We had our 3 connecting rooms as per requested. I like that the showering amenities was Dove. Hubby and I took the complimentary bus to Plaza Lagoi. We just needed 15 min to stock up some snacks for the kids and asked if the transport could wait for us, else we needed to wait an hour for the next bus. The transport coordinator, Edo was most kind. He gave me his number to contact him and when we were done, he came specially to pick us up back to hotel. He really went the special mile for us and we are so grateful. Subsequently, we also arranged for paid transportation to fetch us back from Nirwana Kelong. The hotel again went all out to help us book the table at the Kelong and arranged timing for transport. By Siska through the WhatsApp. Everything was so hassle free given we could communicate through WhatsApp and they were very prompt in replying. The hotel is v kids-friendly. Kids eat free (buffet/ ala carte). There were 3 swimming pools, kids club (2 hours complimentary per day), games room. For adults, there were ping pong tables, table pool, bicycles around free for use. We had a relaxing morning cycling to the beach. Guess the con was the hotel was designed such that must walk a distance to go from one place to another. Will be good if there is more shortcut to take. All in all, will highly recommend for families. Would like to commend the staff for the great service. Bintan has been such a lovely place that we go to again and again.

Amazing Stay at Aston Hotel Batam Our experience at Aston Hotel Batam was truly amazing. From the moment of arrival, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, always ensuring that every guest felt satisfied and well taken care of. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more memorable. The breakfast food was exceptional, offering a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. From freshly baked pastries and tropical fruits to local Indonesian dishes and international favorites, every item was delicious and beautifully presented. The buffet was well organized, and the staff made sure everything was replenished promptly, creating a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience each morning. The rest of the food throughout the stay was equally impressive, with so many tasty options to explore. Each meal showcased quality ingredients and thoughtful preparation. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing space to unwind after exploring the city. The location of the hotel was also very convenient—close to many popular tourist spots, making it easy to travel around Batam. Overall, Aston Hotel Batam exceeded expectations in every way. It’s an amazing place with amazing people. This hotel will definitely be recommended to friends and family planning to visit Batam, Indonesia

Has some questions after booking, staff responded fast via email, shuttle bus service to and from BBT ferry terminal were taken care off nicely. Decided to book a 2 nights private tent in order to enjoy some quiet moment after reading some review via klook and trips regards to noise pollution from neighboring tent. Glad that we don’t have much noisy neighbors and not full house but the maintenance and housekeeping staff chat sessions can be hear clearly from the inside of our tent, especially when they’re outside the compound, as early as before 8am and as late as 7:45pm, still hearing their voice. At last we can’t stand and feedback on the 3rd day of our stay via WhatsApp’s, to request housekeeping/maintenance staff to lower down their volume, and finally we have a peaceful morning nap before check out on day 3.

lovely place to getaway and just unwind in your own private space! complimentary pick-up/drop-off from BBT ferry terminal is provided so do drop them a whatsapp message to have it arranged. place is walking distance to Plaza Lagoi which has some food spots, a gelato place, mini mart, and a nice li’l souvenir spot called Cinderamata. picked up a few things there. there’s also an atm (BNI) to withdraw cash without incurring atm fee. also walking distance to the beach. breakfast is also provided daily. bear in mind that if you have rowdy inconsiderate neighbours who makes noise throughout the night, it spoils the experience cause you can’t sleep. encountering insects/wildlife is expected but nothing to be majorly afraid of. overall enjoyed my time there and would return again.

Was given a smoking room while I had requested for a non smoking room in my booking. Had to request for a change of room. Room door was difficult to open despite using two access room cards. Again, had to ask the receptionist to get our room doors settled. So there was some delay before we could really take a rest after a long day. Basic amenities like dental kit, shampoo and body wash were provided. Room was of a pretty decent size. Breakfast was ok and has a Maggie station. It’s just a 5- 10 mins drive to the Batam ferry center.
