This is my third time back, which says how much I love Turi Beach Resort because of the lovely beach view from the room and how the beach feels like a private beach and so quiet. But this time round, I got a room right in front of the pool and near to the reception. The noise from the pool and several events held right beside the pool, with an MC and speaker blasting, really spoiled the tranquil ambience I was looking forward to - an escape from the city and its noise. I requested for a quiet room with a sea view, so I was really surprised with the room given. Perhaps the proximity to the swimming pool and breakfast buffet is a plus for others, but not for me as I don’t swim and I love to walk around the resort.
While I truly am grateful to the staff for the elaborate and time-consuming birthday decoration, I did not really enjoy my stay this time round due to the noisy events held during the weekend. If you’re like me, do state that you would like a room away from the swimming pool in addition to a quiet room to ensure a quiet stay. Or perhaps the hotel could alert guests that there will be events held and what time so I could plan to be away during that time instead.
I chose this hotel because I saw reviews on various platforms stating that sauna facilities were available. I am looking for hotel/s with Sauna !! My real intention. Compared to other hotels with saunas, the price here was very reasonable given the luxurious facilities and surroundings, which made me choose this hotel. However, I was quite disappointed when I arrived and asked the reception, only to find out that the spa and sauna services had long been discontinued / are under renovation. I honestly don’t have any other reason to stay here.
That being said, I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean, 5-star standard, had a bathtub, the TV worked perfectly, and overall I was very excited and happy. The hotel facilities and environment were also beautiful and impressive – the lobby was elegant and exclusive, the lift area leading to the rooms was spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool was large and beautiful, the café was wide with delicious food, and paid spa services were also available.
To sum up, everything was beautiful and luxurious, and I was very satisfied – definitely a stay worth the money. The only downside was not being able to experience the sauna. That’s it. 4/5 stars. Tip top.
Another perfect 3D2N stay! Reni and Andika are stars! 🌟
Just finished my second stay at Montigo (7 Dec - 9 Dec) and I’m already planning my next one!
We stayed in Villa 63, which was incredibly clean with all facilities working perfectly. The transfer from the ferry was easy with the bus waiting for us.
The highlight of this trip was definitely the staff:
Reni (Reception): She has such a ”sunshine vibe”! She made check-in easy and explained everything clearly. She genuinely cared about our experience and checked on us throughout the 3 days.
Andika (The Pub): He gave excellent food and drink recommendations and was very patient with all guests.
Service Note: The WhatsApp service for buggies and activities is super efficient. I got prompt replies even late at night (11 PM).
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free getaway!
The location of the hotel is very near Batam Center and a swing to one Batam mall and some nearby cafes.
The front desk is kind enough to upgrade us to another tier of the room. And earlier check in as we have a baby.
The spa a level 3 is also awesome. Kids room were good enough to keep baby occupied.
Some things to improve :
1) the light system in the room. The switch are either all on or all off. Hard to control with certain parts to be lit up and some to be off.
2) Security system, request for extra keys, however they gave without checking identity 😳 abit scary I can be any Tom dick Harry.
3) not much food options beside the main ambrosia as morning buffet. In room dining menu can be updated too.
4) they are very particular with towels. Can only give 2 at anytime. If you have kids to share room with, you have to advance tell them.
Overall still a new, clean and friendly staff..
Stayed for two nights over the weekend. From the front desk to housekeeping, to the ushers at the breakfast hall, and the concierge and doorman, they were all very friendly. They were full of smiles and never failed to greet. Sadly, only on one occasion at the JAMU booth was the staff really unfriendly. Such a contrast in comparison to the rest of the staff whom I came across. I didn't get her name, but she was dressed in a black uniform and had shoulder-length hair. She was manning the JAMU counter on Sunday, November 16, 2025. She seemed uninterested in entertaining us when asked about the JAMU concoction. When I requested a cup of SUSU JAHE, she handed me a pack instead of asking if I would like to have it there or not. It was only when I told her I would like a drink of SUSU JAHE in a takeaway cup and not a pack of the mix that she made one for me. After preparing the drink, she left it at the counter without saying a single word and left. A petite lady in a kebaya top, who was smiley and friendly, came to man the counter and attended to us.
Anyway, I would like to express my gratitude to the staffs for their friendly and cheerful demeanor. Hope they continue to maintain their positive attitude.
All was good except for the breakfast buffet
..was cold even when it was open at 7am. Also, they forgot to charge me for something we had in room service and ask me to pay just when I got bk to Ainpore6. How am I going to pay? I told ten.tp deduct from my credit card, but they said it is not possible. Im surprised that they didn't check properly before I left the hotel.

Absolutely incredible hotel experience! Stunning room with balcony overlooking the Singapore Strait. Several activities you can do, from eco golf to fishing and a movie night projected on to the side of the ship. The tour was excellent and all of the staff were great. I hired a motorbike through reception so I could explore the island - all organised very well, although 3x more expensive than say Thailand, Vietnam etc. The restaurant has a limited menu unless you are happy with local, mainly seafood dishes with a couple of western options and pizza. The drinks are expensive already, then they add 21% service and tax, again, significantly higher than what you would pay in similar SE Asian countries but I heard typical for Bintan. Buy your drinks from the convenience store in the ferry terminal - 4x cheaper than the hotel bar restaurant. They did say however that their profits are given to charity. Overall, I had an incredible stay here, excellent value, excellent location if you want to chill or explore the island (not suitable for walking) or just relaxing by the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Highly recommended, will 100% return and no need to look at any other hotel on Bintan!
Group of helpful staff decorated my room on my anniversary celebration, appreciate in their effort to make it a most memorable occasion for us. Thanks to the amazing teamwork 💜

1. Well-equipped apartment. Safe, ironing equipment, umbrella, beach bag, crockery, cutleries, pot and pan and best of all – extremely comfortable bed and pillows and new air-conditioners!
2. Clean and modern interior. A few small flying insects that got into the room (inevitable due to the surrounding garden/forests and opening of doors) but thankfully, didn’t encounter any mosquitoes or ants in the apartment – what a relief! Fogging in the common areas is done twice a week – Tues and Thur late nights. Didn’t detect any unpleasant drainage smell in the toilet/shower so I’m perfectly happy with my assigned Queen Suite apartment!
3. Balcony views:
(i) Block 1 is beach front apartments with full sea view
(ii) Block 2 is made up of two sections: one section faces the Garden and the other section faces the Car-park
(iii) Blocks 3 and 4 have either (i) Garden view - with partial sea view on highest floor) OR, (ii) Forest view – with partial sea view too on highest floor).
(iv) Block 5 on the top floors have distant sea view (this block is on a slope and furthest from the reception and pool)
4. Friendly staff. My requests were attended to swiftly.
5. Private beach (shared among the 3 resorts there) is reasonably clean with fairly clear sea (there’re jelly fish warning signages).
6. Pool at Cassia is smaller but newer and cleaner than at Angsana. A new pool bar construction is currently being carried out in front of Cassia’s pool and the hoarding blocks the beautiful sea view from the infinity pool until mid Nov – what a pity!
7. Adequate breakfast spread but houseflies and birds were spotted in the restaurant – made me worry about the hygiene level
8. Various English movie channels but screen resolution was poor and images often lagged for a few seconds – makes the movie watching experience tiresome and annoying. Only the International news and Singapore channels did not suffer from lags/poor image quality
9. Some of the building and lift direction signs in the different apartment blocks are puzzling and confusing – the signs are probably very clear ONLY to the people who planned/designed them - certainly NOT easily understood by foreign guests! You need to get into the correct lifts in different buildings to reach the blocks furthest from the reception (to avoid climbing any stairs or slopes eg blocks 4 and 5). I only figured out the various sheltered linkways/correct lifts after a few trial and errors, lol!
10. Credit card is needed for room deposit during check in even if room cost was already paid in advance during online booking: 4 Million Indonesian Rupiah per apartment per night
Friendly service from front desk staff. Housekeeping request attended to promptly. Used the pick-up service from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal as I arrived quite late in the evening. Driver punctual and was waiting at arrival gate for me. Room was comfortable and clean. Minor traffic noise from nearby road.

TThomas96My friends and I recently stayed at Nagoya Mansion Hotel and Residence, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walking distance from Nagoya Hill Mall, making it ideal for shopping and dining.
The room facilities were average but adequate, and the cleanliness was up to standard. Although the absence of a hairdryer in the room was a minor inconvenience, the friendly and professional staff more than made up for it. They were very accommodating, even arranging for us to check in early without any additional charges, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The hotel’s convenient location and excellent service make it highly recommendable to others. With some improvements to the facilities, it would be perfect!
SSavvytanIt’s our first time and definitely not the last. Everything was great from the buggy in, to the size of the very clean room, to the baby cot that was already provided in the room and room service.
Only thing I’d suggest for improvement is the massage place is too near the restaurant and live bar. There was loud music when we went for our spa retreat and the music dampened the quietness and chill mood we wanted for the spa and massage. I would suggest to move it further away or install sound proofing walls for the tent.
Other than that, quite a perfect stay. We didn’t have enough time to explore the activities centre as it was for kids aged 3 and above.
One last thing, everything is chargeable for rent which I feel certain things could have been provided for less cost or free. Like bicycles to get around the very large lagoon or kick scooters. Their 2/3 wheelers were fully rented out and not cheap to rent too.
LleejieunnnI was genuinely amazed by how spacious the entire property was! It felt like a resort city on its own, so many areas to explore and activities to do. From the lush surroundings to the variety of amenities, everything was thoughtfully designed to make the stay enjoyable. Whether you’re relaxing, dining, or out exploring, there’s always something to do. Truly an exceptional experience. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
RR.SashikumarWe stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and booked 2 rooms it was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish.
🏨 Housekeeping did an excellent job every day they changed the bed sheets and towels daily and even topped up mineral water without us needing to ask. Everything was always clean and fresh.
🍽️ Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and all the staff were very polite and attentive.
☕ At the lounge, the staff were friendly, polite, and always served with a smile it really made us feel at home.
💁♀️ The front desk staff were also professional, polite, and treated us like real valued guests.
Overall, Asialink Hotel Batam by Prasanthi truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batam great service, comfort, and warm hospitality 🌟
GGuest UserThe room was impeccably clean and boasted stunning dual-aspect sea views. Enjoying the breeze on the balcony was incredibly relaxing. The surrounding amenities were excellent; there were plenty of dining options right downstairs, and the local cuisine was particularly delicious. The service was exceptional, with any issues usually resolved promptly.

SSyedmuhammadismailThe residence bintan was hidden gem. Even thought the location a bit off was 90 minutes of journey from ferry terminal but once we into the resort it was like another world.
They provide services pickup and drop off from terminal to resort.
They have a lot of activities inside hotel which means we no need to go out.
The rooms was big, clean and nice it is worth the price we paid.
Food was tastefully but the price at higher side to be honest.
They even provide 2 bicycles per room which convient for us to move around in the resort even thought they provide buggy.
The hospitality from theirs staff was exceptional.
Thanks the residence bintan for their services given to us.
MM302822****This hotel supposedly just opened in May this year. I kept seeing promotions for it on Facebook and Instagram, highlighting that it's very suitable for families with young children. Since it was the end of the year, I decided to take the whole family for a relaxing getaway. I specifically chose a time outside of school holidays, but it was still quite crowded. It seemed like most of the guests were families with kids in kindergarten, so they didn't have school. The rooms are spacious and all come with a balcony. The hotel staff are all very friendly and always smiling. It was quite quiet at night. There's a kids' club with a full schedule of activities every day, led by staff members. If parents feel comfortable, they can leave their children there. We mostly stayed around the hotel, and they offer a free shuttle service for transport. If you want to go further, you'd need to arrange your own private car. There's a beach behind the hotel, and we tried out the free kayaking.
GGuest UserWe recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan for our Crystal Anniversary, and I just want to express our heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
The staff went above and beyond to make our celebration extra special. The thoughtful touches, the warm greetings, and the attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. We could really feel the effort they put into making our anniversary meaningful, and it’s something we deeply appreciate.
The room was comfortable, the surroundings were peaceful, and the service was consistently excellent. The entire experience reminded us why Bintan is such a perfect quick getaway, and why Four Points stands out with its hospitality.
Thank you once again to the entire Four Points Bintan team for making our 15th (Crystal) Anniversary trip unforgettable. We’re leaving with happy hearts and beautiful memories. We’ll definitely be back! 💙✨
