GGuest UserAs this is a 5-star hotel, our expectations were quite high. The hotel has an excellent location, beautiful structure, very good cleanliness, and impressive amenities. However, there are a few areas where the overall guest experience could be improved:
1. Luggage service at check-in: Our luggage took more than an hour to reach the room. We had to call the reception twice before it was delivered. At a 5-star property, luggage assistance should ideally be prompt and proactive.
2. Toiletries: The room was prepared with toiletries for only one person, although our booking was for two guests. We received the additional set only after requesting it.
3. Swimming pool service: Towels and drinking water should be readily available or provided when guests arrive at the pool area. We had to request these items separately.
4. In-room dining payment: We were asked to make the payment immediately after the food was delivered, and the staff also took a picture of the payment confirmation. In my opinion, the charges should ideally be added to the room bill and settled conveniently at checkout, as is generally expected at a 5-star hotel.
5. Collection of used utensils: After finishing our meal, we kept the used utensils outside the room for collection. Unfortunately, they remained outside the door overnight and were still there the following day. This should have been noticed and cleared much sooner

Overall, the property itself is very good, but the service and attention to detail need improvement to truly match the standards and expectations associated with a 5-star hotel.

GGuest UserRanchi doesn’t have too ***y top tier hotels. This hotel is actually underrated and for the price per night offers a really comfortable stay. I stayed for 1 night and found the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s located about 20 minutes from the airport. For anyone looking for a decent stay on a budget, this is a great option in Ranchi!

李李There are no mosquitoes in the room, the breakfast is quite rich, the service is well trained, the environment in the hall is very elegant, and the scenery can be seen while eating, listening to the piano accompaniment.

GGuest UserI stayed here in 1st week of jean 2023. The hotel is near the oil india entrance and hence very strategically placed for business purpose. The rooms are very comfortable and in top condition as of now. Swimming pool is in very good condition and so is the gaming arcade. Bar and open air lounge have all great whiskekies. Overall an excellent experience that dibrugarh-duliajn lacked.

GGuest UserIt was a very disappointing experience. Right from the attitude of front desk/reception to cleanliness of the room, the condition of mattresses, poorly maintained closets, bathroom fitting, leaking flush, missing chairs. And lot more. The requests are repeated number of times to get answered. The room allotted has no similarity to what was shown . The operation of the lift(1970 model( is something to be decided. Most of the time, the lift will be held up in one of the floors, because someone has left the door open. We got good exercise climbing uo and down the stairs. In some major portion of the property, maintenence/refurbishing was going in with lot of noise and dust. Only positive thing about the property is the excellent food served in the resturant. This is one of the worst experiences i had so far and i will be doing an injustice if i recommend this property to others. The rates charged are very high when you look at what facilities are provided.
