This is a fantastic resort! With the dinner and breakfast package, you practically don't need to leave the hotel for meals. The resort offers a wide range of entertainment facilities, including a swimming pool and a mini lazy river. The onsen (hot springs) are also excellent, with each bath providing a different scenic view. It's conveniently located about 1 km (a 15-minute walk) from Aso Station, making it very easy to get to the volcano crater.
The room was very spacious and the bathroom and toilet were clean. We could use the large public bath and guests were given free sorbet. They also provided individual transportation to the airport, which was very helpful.
The onset was good in that hotel as it had both rooftop and open pool and I found that the water healed my painful water. The room looked a bit old to me but I guess I could have chosen a modern look. The hotel receptionist was kind to recommend us where to go for dinner. I think it is one of the best hotels if you stay near Mt Aso.
I had my mother prepare an additional cake on her birthday.
the meal was a plan with dinner in the morning
I thought that dinner was a chicken sleet pot course, so it was not worth the price.
I had you change to kaiseki course at an additional fee.
The staff were very friendly and I was able to spend a good time. It was the first Hitoyoshi Onsen, but the quality of the spring was my favorite and the hot water was lukewarm and my skin was happy. The Kuma River flows in front of me, and I was able to walk around 々 near Sengetsu Shuzo and Hitoyoshi Jo castle. When I arrived, there was a drink service in the lobby and a space to spend a relaxing time drinking alcohol and soft drinks before dinner, so I felt a little better.
I opted for the new building, because it had just been renovated, so the rooms were very new.
But the rest of the facilities of the hot spring ♨️ hostel are yet to be upgraded, then will want to visit again.
Buffet dinner and breakfast average, but considering the location, definitely received.
Also due to the weather, no stargazing 🔭 activities, open-air bath is not so atmospheric, I hope I have better luck next time 👍🏻
The large bath facilities are older
The hotel facilities are good. It’s a small resort hotel. It’s far away. I took the triangle line from Kumamoto to the Delta. I wanted to take a ferry to get to the hotel. But when I asked about the ferry, I had to wait for more than an hour. I called a taxi. The hotel is 4,500 yen. The lounge chairs and hot springs on the balcony of the room are comfortable, the blue sea and blue sky hot springs, I really enjoyed it, and the dinner and breakfast are both Western-style. I like it very much. When I booked, I knew that there were dolphins nearby. However, when I asked Ctrip to ask if I could arrange to watch dolphins at sea, I was told that there was none. When I arrived at the hotel, I found that there are not only discounts, but also hotel guests can also have discounts, but because I was told that I could not arrange them, I had already booked through other channels, so I did not enjoy the discounted fare, which is not satisfactory.

It is a location where you can enjoy Tsuetate's beautiful natural scenery, and I was impressed by the staff's attentive service. The buffet restaurant used for breakfast and dinner offers a variety of high-quality food. The tableware was beautiful, all the food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. It was a truly happy time to be able to enjoy a variety of hot springs, including the hotel's two hot spring facilities and the Kiso-no-yu outdoor hot spring. I was impressed that they gave me a shuttle to the terminal even after I checked out. I had a really satisfying time with my family. thank you

くくまラブThe building itself is old, but it has been well-cleaned and kept clean, the restaurant seems to have been renovated, it has a very stylish space, and all the food was delicious.
Above all, the hospitality of the staff was amazing!
We had a comfortable stay.
The adorable cats were also soothing.
As one of the eight sunset views, we were able to see a big, round, beautiful sunset.
This is an inn that I would like to stay at again.
After checking out, they saw us off, and in the rearview mirror I could see them waving goodbye until we were out of sight.
It was a really wonderful hotel ♡

SSukipigThe hotel is located on the mountain, the scenery is beautiful, there is a swimming pool, but it is not enough time, there is a hot spring, it is best to drive more convenient, the waiter will only speak Japanese when checking in, but it is polite, most of the hotel guests are Japanese, the breakfast is rich and delicious!
