My stay was only for one night. I didn't have a chance to try all the facilities of the hotel. But I'm a frequent traveler so I can understand what you can and can't expect from the hotel quickly. The location of the hotel is perfect. Especially for travelers going to Europe by car, this hotel is at a very good location. You are not within the city's crowd, but city is at your reach within a few minutes by car. But that's all. First impression of the hotel is that it's aged, old. I have stayed at different Ramada Hotels before, none of them was like this one. Receptionist are trying to do their job well. Some staff are wearing shirts which were wrinkled (looks like they are not properly ironed). Breakfast... Terrible. They charge you extra for Omelette. But if they cook it - LOL! I ordered it, accepted the extra fee, waited for 15 minutes, nobody brought me anything. I asked one of the waiters to cancel it if it wasn't prepared. Guess what, it wasn't prepared. It is a small open buffet but everything is available. However, the presentation of the buffet was so bad that I thought they re-service cheese. They were not cut in the same size, they were not cut properly. They serve white cheese in so small pieces that increased my concerns. Hotel room was OK, but bathroom and sink were not well-maintained. This hotel needs some restoration job. Location is great, facility seems OK. But overall look is not to the best, if it is any good. Not suggested; I'm not planning to stay at this hotel in my next visit.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights on a business trip It was supposed to be 5 but we extended over the weekend for SPA/leisure purposes. This Hotel is in quite a remote location in an industrial estate like town- you can easily get to the town centre in a taxi for around 3 euros 10 minute drive. If you rent a car you can get to Istanbul in just over an hour dependant on traffic- to me the facilities in the hotel are worth the commute. Staff are pleasant and helpful and room service is good. The Spa is the main attraction as per pictures you can access a salt room, saunas, Turkish Bath, Gym, swimming pools and very Lux massages- the staff are really nice- I received trea**ents from Uni and Rica who were top class; other staff members were so friendly despite the language barrier. Google translate is a must! Due to the language barrier we were not made aware of all the services until our Beautiful friend a lady who was fluent in English visited the hotel for a night- the spa is really HUGE and the facilities are spread across 2 floors. Despite this I can’t fault the hotel and really enjoyed my stay. I hope to come back even if staying on the other side of Turkey.

Arrived in middle of the night to a very friendly greeting. I have stayed here for ten days and been very comfortable. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and everything in good order. Kettle boiled faster than any hotel kettle I've ever used. Great shower, plenty of towels and space for clothes and storage. Everything is immaculately clean and well, maintained. I was dreading being stuck in an hotel for ten days and actually I have felt very comfortable. There is heating and air conditioning but didn't need it. Room had a mini fridge which was handy because I couldn't eat out and had a very specific dirt (vegetarian and soft foods only for a week). Also fridge wasn't noisy! There is a gym, sauna and swimming pool but not open so early in the season. Lovely Turkish breakfast provided with good variety and everything very fresh. Bed extremely comfortable. Little balcony . Very peaceful at night and generally quiet. A word about the staff though. Everyone was lovely and concerned about my comfort. The hotel arranged a taxi to take me to Istanbul for a day and charged £80 which I think was very reasonable. Through no fault of the taxi driver's I went to the wrong pick up point and missed him. He had offered to accompany me for the day but I said I'd be fine and I would have been if my phone hadn't stopped working which left me without Google maps or able to phone the hotel to find out why driver wasn't there. To be clear he wasn't there because he was at the correct place which he and the hotel checked with me three times before setting off. I was somewhere completely different and neither the hotel nor the poor worried driver were to blame for my space cadet moment. So I got a taxi back to Cerzekoy to find a number of missed calls and texts. The hotel and driver were very worried about me and the driver was still at the pick up point when I got back to the hotel 3 hours later. Phone by then was working again very annoying. But the point is the hotel genuinely cares about people and in UK not sure anyone would have even noticed. So in summary I wholeheartedly recommend City Horel for excellent accommodation, excellent professionalism and genuine care and kindness. WiFi was excellent speed and lots of cafes and restaurants next to the hotel.
