Genuine review, absolutely no ads! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It was my first time in Dunhuang, and I arrived at 11 PM. The driver who picked us up was incredibly enthusiastic, and his commentary along the way gave us a great impression of the simplicity and hospitality of Gansu people. After check-in, every staff member was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. The hotel's pillows and toiletries were also excellent. The breakfast and coffee at the Stargazer Pavilion were unique experiences too. Mogao Grottoes were breathtakingly beautiful. I'll definitely visit Dunhuang again, and I'll continue to choose this hotel.

IIvan KandevWe are impressed with the hotel. Whatever we write, it will still be not enough, because it is a real jewel in every aspect. The room was luxuriously furnished and extremely cozy. Inside there is everything you need for a perfect and comfortable stay and rest. Even the smallest details, both functional and aesthetic, have been considered. There were snacks and water in the room as a compliment from the hotel. On the 5th floor there is a self-service laundry room and dryer available to guests. The cleanliness is perfect. The breakfast is rich and has both European and Asian offerings. The location is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, and the beautiful central part is also within walking distance. We are grateful to the entire staff for the excellent service and kind attitude. Every single person of the team does his job perfectly well. The only thing we regret is that we did not have more time to enjoy this wonderful place. We wish the entire team health and good luck. Always be so kind and keep this high level service.

MMsJoyceHighly recommend! This hotel offers airport or railway station pickup free service. The hotel location is excellent and not so far for Mogaocave, the dunhuang night market, Mingsha Mountains.. The hotel room is super clean, wide, and has comfy.beds. Also, the hotel provided everything necessary Especially the hotel staff are very friendly and responsible for guests. We stayed there for 3 nights 4 days and the staff always helped us for traveling. They called a taxi for us to travel to tourist spots Even if they don't speak English , we communicate by translation application on the phone. They also bring us to pharmacy and supermarket. How they are wonderful and thankful. If we go there again, we will definitely stay there again. I traveled all over the world for 20 years, but I never met like the hotel and staff. Totally never forgetable hotel and staff. God bless forever! Thanks again!!!

GGuest UserThis hotel has a real warmth to it. As a businessman, I'm constantly on the road, booking and paying on the spot. I'm not very tech-savvy, so the online stuff confuses me. Xiao Li, the lobby manager, was incredibly enthusiastic. After patiently listening to my situation, she told me that booking through the platform would be more cost-effective than an on-the-spot reservation and even walked me through how to do it. The young lady who checked me in, Xiao Ya, was not only beautiful but also very professional. She upgraded my room for free and even gave me a sand-proof neck gaiter and a mask, which was incredibly thoughtful given the current season of flying catkins. They also offered a complimentary breakfast. Even though I'm Muslim and couldn't eat it, the gesture itself was heartwarming enough.

GGuest UserHoliday Inn Express has been my default hotel whenever I travel in the US Or in china. I was impressed by the Holiday Inn Express at Zhangye for their excellent customer services, delicious breakfast, and room facilities. Their room rate was also surprisely friendly. This low rate may not last once the hotel completes its renovation.

The hotel is decorated in a high-end atmosphere, full of art, and blockbuster movies can be made in every corner. The room was spotless, the bathroom was dry and wet, and the toiletries were all well-known brands with a sense of quality. The service is impeccable, whether it is the front desk, cleaning or security staff, the attitude is particularly good, responsive, and the response speed is very fast. In the evening, I also sent warm desserts, this intimate is really moving. The price is super high, whether it is business travel or leisure travel, here is a great choice, giving five stars is too little!

HHamugeA friend recommended this hotel, and it certainly didn't disappoint. We made a last-minute decision to visit Zhangye, and after booking, we made a phone call and the check-in was smooth and worry-free. The service was incredibly heartwarming: the man who opened the door greeted us with a smile, the front desk lady offered us hot tea, and even helped us check the high-speed rail schedule. Even the cleaning lady we passed in the hallway offered to help us press the elevator button. The friendly smiles throughout the entire journey made the fatigue of going out so much less. The facilities were complete, clean, and the location was very convenient, about a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station. The newly opened Aegean Sea Mall is also nearby. An evening stroll there was just in time for the night market, where we could grab a milk tea and slowly walk back to the hotel. It was the perfect place for a relaxing trip. It was a last-minute stay, but the experience was surprisingly comfortable. I've already recommended this hotel to colleagues planning to visit Zhangye, and I'll definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserDunhuang, I've longed to visit, and finally, I'm here! Service: Although I landed after 10 PM, the hotel still provided airport pickup. I added a staff member on WeChat in the car, booked the Western Route tour for the next day, and they even helped me buy tickets. The driver for the Western Route had to drive for so long and double as a tour guide – truly not easy. The lobby staff were efficient and had a great attitude. They proactively offered tea and gave me sand-proof scarves, which were incredibly practical! Environment: The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. It was very clean and excellent value for money. Every day when I returned to the hotel, there were fruits and yogurt, plus heated eye masks. Before heading to the Western Route, I even took several bottles of water. This hotel truly provides exceptional service. If any friends come to Dunhuang, I will definitely recommend they stay at the Metropark. Also, the road outside is almost finished with repairs, so it won't affect anyone's travel. At least for me, getting a taxi or anything felt perfectly convenient. And there's a 24-hour Deyuan restaurant downstairs! I was too rushed and didn't have time to eat there. Next time, I definitely need to go back and try it properly.

They patiently helped me get to know Dunhuang better. The rooms are spacious and bright, with all the necessary amenities. I particularly loved the mattress – it was just the right balance of soft and firm, ensuring a super comfortable sleep. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to transportation, and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Plus, the breakfast spread was varied and delicious. This will definitely be my top choice again when I return to Dunhuang! 👍👍
