Very near wanda plaza, many shops and restaurants. Train station and airport are near too. The room is small but comfortable and warm. Service was good, check-in was fast and smooth the staff at the reception helpful and kind.

Simply great place! Excellent value for money, the place is full of beautiful vineyards of grapes, the place looks like in a fairy tale. There is a shuttle that comes quickly and efficiently. The room in the shape of a wine barrel is great and clean, the staff is very nice and efficient, they helped us quite a bit. The breakfast is great and varied and there are also vegetarian options. There is a possibility of free laundry, and the reception is really available 24/7. The winery tour was beautiful and the long canal is very impressive. The shuttle from the train to the hotel and from the hotel to the train worked great. To improve - the pool was dirty throughout our stay, other than that it is just an amazing place! We will be back again in the future

Convenient location, right next to the town square with all the restaurants and also just 50m from the free town public bus stop. The room is surprisingly spacious; my family love it. The service is very good. We got welcome coffee. There were also check out gifts but we didn't have time to get it. The staff came over several times to make sure we are doing OK, that we know how to operate the heaters, etc. They even taught us a strategy to book the pass to 观鱼台. Just to note that I converse in mandarin, so I'm not sure how the staff will manage in another language. .

Clean hotel and good location! The check in process is so easy for foreigner. Easy to communicate with the person in charge at the hotel. Walking distance to go to Kanas Bridge Tower and food area, only 2 traffic lights away from the hostel. They helps me to call for a carpool taxi to go to Kanas National Geopark with the good price, same as local price even you are foreigner! Thats the most i love about travelling around Xinjiang! 10/10 will come again for sure!

A more cost-effective hotel stay (outside the parks) compared to choosing to stay inside the Hemu or Kanas Lake parks. As we went during non-peak periods, hotel was very customer focused. We had a free room upgrade plus a free morning breakfast thrown-in. A good balanced breakfast spread. Good job, front-office.

Excellent hotel with hot spring facilities at the foot of Mount Tianshan. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our white Xmas stay at the wujiang resort and it is only 10 mins walk to the tourist centre for the stunning tianchi and bodega peak of the tianshan range. The only drawback is the limited food choices available in the area. There are not many tourists due to the low tourism season but we are definitely not complaining about it at all. :)
