Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable, sheets and towels good quality, AC works well and is quiet, breakfast absolutely great with excellent coffee and outstanding offerings, check-in fast and friendly. I wish we were staying at Novotel Salvador longer. We had Seafood Risotto at the restaurant and it was very generous with the seafood, but took about an hour so bring a book if you plan to eat dinner here.

Excellent service, exceptional breakfast buffet, cleanliness, laser area. You have to pay R$5.00 for the pool towel. My son cut his foot on the beach, they carefully bandaged it. I loved my stay and I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is close to the airport (15min), there are great restaurants in the region, we recommend ”The Lôro Pedra do Sol”. The staff at the hotel is excellent, congratulations! Negative points are that the beach area next to the hotel is not preserved, people who frequently discharge waste inappropriately. I recommend the hotel very much. It's beautiful and the service is wonderful!

The location is good, but the bed is not a double bed. The two single beds are put together. It is noisy and uncomfortable. The bathroom is very small. A cockroach was also found. The breakfast is very simple. And the location of the room is not the best, just in front of the hotel services.

Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento. Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

All perfect. Note 9.5. If you want to be note 10 you need to have a better blackout in the rooms because the balcony is super clear when the sun is born. We had only one problem with the lock, because the card failed to open about three times and we had to return to the gateway.

Great hotel, very good room, TV programming, great bed and bath linen.... Good coffee, variety, quality, very good yogurts, I just didn't like the orange juice, it seemed artificial, I didn't try other flavors... very good cakes, there was even a pie, I believe in honor of mothers... At first it was just a problem with the hot water, which didn't work and they didn't solve it and as always the bathroom floor cloth wasn't there, I had to go and ask reception, but it was resolved, it's really worth the cost-benefit... I really liked the hotel, I hope the hot water is working during the test....
