GGuest UserWe loved the overall experience as a family of four. It was only a short boat ride from Phuket. Although the beach was small, there was a private pool in our villa which we loved. We swam in the private pool when it was sunset. It was so pretty. The majority of the staff was also incredibly friendly, with almost every service available 24/7. Impressed by the friendliness of the staff at Naka Island Hotel. None of them went past us without smiling and greeting us, and almost everyone we met was ready to engage in little conversation to help us settle into the environment. It was so chilled all around, the surroundings and the accommodation, our nerves were rested for a good few days. Beautiful local excursions also available. We went on a little hike to Tad zoo beach which proved to be a little of an adventure because of the 30-min arduous walk for the kids. Once there, not only did we enjoy the beach chilled atmosphere, we got on jet skis with some discounts to the hotel prices too. Upon return to hotel, we jumped into the private pool overlooking the beach at sunset. An amazing experience hard to forget. Breakfast was exquisite. It had the blend of modern western food and local Thai food. The noodles were delicious, broth was excellent. Got a shoulder and back massage free of charge at the entrance to the veranda restaurant (breakfast restaurant) - knowing how much it would cost, it made my day. Would recommend the Muay Thai to anyone seeking a workout with a touch of Thai culture. The instructor was friendly and funny. He identified my daughter’s talent in the sport. When we go back to HK, I will have another perspective to work on.

AAnonymous UserThe resort isn't very big, a rectangular area, and the villa section takes up a significant portion, so there's limited space for activities. BUT! There's a beautiful, uncrowded beach, haha! The coastline is very long, which is a huge plus. The rooms seem to have been renovated; they're a mix of new and old. For instance, some of the bathroom fixtures are clearly old, but the doors, windows, and furniture look new. At the very least, the grout and wall seams have been redone and look pristine. The air conditioning is incredibly efficient, and the room is well-insulated – even after being out with the power off for half the day, it's still chilly when you come back in. The room provides a clothes drying rack on the balcony for dripping wet clothes and swimsuits, which is a thoughtful touch. However, the BBQ buffet dinner, which costs over 2000 THB per person, doesn't include any basic beverages, only water. The BBQ items are so few you can count them on one finger, non-BBQ items on another finger, and desserts/fruits on a third finger. There were only two or three seafood options. My child is sensitive, so after removing what they couldn't eat, spicy dishes, and disliked flavors, there was almost nothing left! Can you believe we couldn't find two dishes they'd dare to eat from the entire buffet? The breakfast selection is much richer than the dinner buffet, and it's only a quarter of the price... but the dishes were exactly the same every day. After two days, we started missing 7-Eleven. This isn't some isolated island with supply difficulties; would it be so hard to come up with more rotating menus? Please offer more variety for guests staying multiple nights.

The location is perfect—just steps away from Patong Beach, yet peaceful enough to relax away from the crowds. We loved being able to walk to the beach in minutes while still having easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Our room was clean, modern, and had a lovely balcony where we could unwind in the evenings. The housekeeping team did a great job every day, keeping everything spotless. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the pool area. The resort has multiple pools, so it never felt too crowded, and there were always plenty of loungers available. It created a really relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a couple’s getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. Their service really made us feel valued and taken care of. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options—both local Thai dishes and international choices. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was a great way to start each day. Overall, Graceland Resort & Spa exceeded our expectations. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and great service. We had such a memorable stay and would definitely come back again. MMaxDeminWe stayed at Amora Beach Resort Phuket for the second year in a row, this time in the Amora Ocean King room, and once again we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel has a great beachfront location — being on the first line by the sea is a huge advantage for us as a family. We especially enjoyed the hotel’s sun loungers and direct access to the beach, which made our отдых very comfortable and relaxing. The atmosphere is pleasant, the territory is well maintained, and the overall experience was exactly what we were looking for. We are happy to come back here again and would definitely consider staying here in the future.

The hotel was very clean, and the Thai-style gardens and pool were fantastic. Plus, the hotel is right on the beach – just a short walk from our room, which was incredibly convenient. My child loved it so much they didn't want to leave! The only downside is that there's nothing much outside the hotel; it's a bit isolated. So, if you're looking for a relaxing hotel stay with family fun, this place is perfect. There are a few restaurants by the sea, and the prices are quite reasonable. It's really great! I'd definitely come back if I get the chance.

Peacocks and pheasants roam freely, and you can hear birds chirping morning and evening, making it feel like you're staying in a natural botanical garden. There are numerous pools (one for every two buildings), and the water quality is clear (even with fallen leaves, it's generally clean). In the evenings, a DJ spins tunes by the pool, and with the sea breeze and sunset, the atmosphere is just perfect. Excellent Location Direct access to Karon Beach! It's just a 5-minute walk from the lobby to the beach, which is quiet with fewer people, mostly Western tourists. There are 7-Eleven convenience stores on both sides of the back entrance (a 10-minute walk). To the right, you'll find the popular ice cream shop Sweet Talk and the massage parlor Let's Relax, making daily life very convenient. Attentive Service Details Upon check-in, the front desk provides a map and detailed information about the facilities. Luggage is delivered directly to your room, and some staff even take off their shoes before entering, showing great enthusiasm. The complimentary shuttle service within the hotel grounds is on-call, solving any transportation issues within the large property.

GGedouThis is my third stay at this hotel, and it's truly fantastic. The hotel grounds are like a beautiful garden, absolutely lovely. Even though it's not in the bustling Patong Beach area, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from Patong. It's about a 20-30 minute ride one way. Taxis there and back would cost around 80 baht, so it saved me some meal money! If you don't want to venture out, you can just relax on the hotel's beach, feel the sand between your toes, and do some simple snorkeling. If I ever come back to Phuket, this hotel will definitely be my first choice again. Highly recommended!

HHeleneHouThe hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the entire resort's tropical landscaping is very well-designed and spacious, with plenty of recreational areas that the kids loved. The sinks, showers, and toilets all drained smoothly; we didn't encounter the common problems often found in older hotels. For the soaring hotel prices in Phuket, this place offers pretty good value for money. If you turn right out of the hotel, there's a 7-Eleven about 200 meters away, and just a bit further past the 7-Eleven, there's a restaurant on the second floor called Surin Beach Restaurant, which serves decent food. It's only a 5-minute walk from the hotel to Surin Beach. On the far left of the beach, there's a semi-developed natural path. If you follow the signs and climb over the rocks for 15 minutes, you can reach Lion's Head Beach, which has even more beautiful scenery. You can see schools of colorful small fish and sardines without even needing to go on a boat trip.

GGuest UserSpectacular views of the sea from the rooms make this resort a winner for feelings of peace and solitude. My room included a ceiling fan and a separate rain shower next to the bath tub. A massive free breakfast buffet starts the day for most guests, with changing options on a daily basis. Before breakfast I walked down the steep driveway to the private beach to swim either in the sea or the small pool next to it. At 7 am there is nobody around. One morning I took out a kayak (one hour free) which had stunning panoramic views. There are two swimming pools by the resort’s main building and both are delightful for swimming and relaxing. Nothing much to do in the evening and the TV channel selection could be expanded with movie channels (e.g., HBO, Cinemax), educational channels like Discovery Asia, and nature channels like BBC Earth and Love Nature. I partook in a 90 minute herbal pack massage which was a bit pricy but very professional. Both lunch and dinner menus have sufficient variety of dishes and food quality was good. Staff were always helpful. In summary, Supalai Scenic Bay Resort is a wonderfully serene experience at a very reasonable room price.
