"Arrived to a sign in reception “back at 8pm” we had to wait half an hour (24 hour reception) so after a long flight this was not good. Reception area also smelt of smoke. No lift to the second floor so an issue if you have heavy luggage. Hotel was noisy at night with people in the courtyard area very late into the night. Pool looked unmaintained and dirty. Also WiFi only worked in reception.
On the plus side the hotel is in a good location and the rooms were clean and spacious and had clean bedding and towels."

"This hotel offers great value for money in Uluru. The rooms are a bit small but very clean. It's right next to the Sails in the Desert hotel, which is convenient for pick-up and drop-off, and it's also very close to the supermarket, making shopping and dining easy."
"Was expecting more given the price we paid, apparently already considered low season.
The pool lagoon was disappointing and expected higher standards, more staff and cleanliness.
Hotel restaurant food expensive unless gambling and apparently would have great discount.
Room service was good and value for money.
Expected small amenities like free bottled water to be more generous given the heat. Apparently just 2 bottles per check in although we stayed 2 nights .
Bathroom and toiletries reasonable although bathroom door had a drum which made it inconvenient to open as door swung closed automatically .."

"The airport shuttle dropped us right at the hotel entrance. We left our luggage at the front desk for our early morning flight, and it was already in our room when we returned from our sunset tour in the afternoon. In a desert resort where options are limited, this hotel is definitely among the best. The rooms are spacious, featuring two 1.5-meter beds, and the bathrooms are very clean. Ground floor rooms come with outdoor chairs, which are perfect for enjoying afternoon tea and sunbathing. Housekeeping cleans the room and replaces towels daily. If you're not overly fussy, it's a solid choice. Oh, and the sandwiches at the bar are quite good! "Upon first check in, the receptionist confirmed that we paid through Trip.com but after taking the bond payment he then straight away told us he hasn’t received any payment and asked us to show our proof of payments such as trip.com confirmation, bank transfer, & even statement of bank deduction. We showed confirmation, bank transfer, statements as he asked and then the receptionist refused and insisted we haven’t paid. He refused all the proofs and insisted us to make another payment with them. He refused us to talk to the supervisor because he said “they will say the same thing”. Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, so we couldn’t specify who he was. Terrible services."

GGuest UserThis hotel offers great value for money in Uluru. The rooms are a bit small but very clean. It's right next to the Sails in the Desert hotel, which is convenient for pick-up and drop-off, and it's also very close to the supermarket, making shopping and dining easy.
GGuest UserThe hotel is well located to shopping and restaurants, as well as easy vehicular access. Their downside is the limited undercover parking and the need to book a space. Otherwise, you will need to use available, nearby public spaces.
The hotel has automated checking, but staff were on hand to make sure all goes smoothly. If a second key is required, it has to be generated by staff.
Breakfast is not done in the hotel, but a voucher is provided to go to Salvatores Cafe in the same building. You have a choice of dine in or take-away.
Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

DDeborah ElizabethMantra on the Esplanade worked well for us for the three nights we stayed. Close to the main shops and eateries so plenty of choice there, with a free bus to the large out of town shopping centre too. The room was clean and tidy though a little dated. We were at the back of the hotel which meant the music and noise from the pubs and clubs nearby could be heard til quite late though it didn’t keep us awake.
MMeloney FordI had a wonderful short stay,. Clean room aircon was cool and very modern room. Awesome outdoor pool and spa plenty of onsite amenities. Rstaurants and buffet breakfast and room service is a bonus being onsite. ****** and gym onsite, 15min walk to main street and hiring of bikes onsite too. Washing machine and driers available on every floor and a wellness centre. Will return and stay again.
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located right in Darwin's CBD. A Woolworths supermarket is just outside, and Coles along with many dining options are all very close by. The room was very clean, and overall, it was a great stay. While there's a bar nearby that can get a bit noisy at night, it wasn't an issue at all with earplugs.
