An exceptional stay in Brussels! I highly recommend The Cardo Brussels! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the modern setting and the artistic, welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. · Ideal location: Perfectly situated in the heart of Brussels, with direct access to Rogier metro station and just a 15-minute walk from the Grand-Place. · Spacious and stylish rooms: The rooms are among the largest in the city, very modern, spotless, and tastefully decorated. · Breathtaking view: The view of the city from the rooms and the rooftop is simply stunning. Our stay was pleasant, the hotel is very clean.

The dominican is definitely worth every penny! 1 Street away from the busy shopping area grandplace, 200m away from metro, room is extremely comfort clean and spacious. Delicious breakfast, friendly polite and helpful staff.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with many famous brand stores nearby and situated between two subway stations, offering excellent connectivity. The hotel itself is very clean, and I love that you can communicate with them via WhatsApp – a true blessing for introverts! 🤣

Bed sheet got some black dust. No toothbrush and shaver amenities. Called housekeeping and they said out of stock and will look and deliver to room if available. What kind of reply is this especially from a brand like Pullmen.

The room was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and comfortable, and the hotel was especially suitable for families due to the large room size and practical facilities. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, always ready to help with any questions. One thing to note is that the hotel is about a 10–15 minute walk from Brussels Midi Station. If you are traveling with large or heavy luggage, the walk can be a little inconvenient, especially on uneven pavements.

The room is spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly too ! On this level that we stayed, there is a gym and sauna room too. We really enjoyed our stay here. Will stay in this hotel again if were to travel to Belgium again. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good place to rest and easy travelling to places like Grand Place, Mont des Art, Brussels North Train Station, etc. This hotel is also near to the station Rogier, it is within walking distance. Hence, it is easy to travel to other places. Many shops and eateries nearby. There is a beautiful Starbucks nearby too. Do have a cup of coffee there and enjoy. If you are looking for soup noodles, you must try Pho Pho opposite Thon Hotel. The noodles and soup are very tasty!

I really enjoyed the room's facilities and decor, but the assistance wasn't top-notch. Especially for transit passengers, you'll struggle with your luggage if you're alone. However, everything else was still great. The room service during the stay also wasn't perfect, even though the rooms were very clean upon my arrival.

My experience at the hotel was really below expectations. The hotel doesn’t hv one of the main and basic service (Bellboy) to support guests with their luggages, which is a clear shortcoming that does not align with the basic standards of the hospitality industry! Additionally, the staff’s attitude during the check-in was average and lacked the expected level of professionalism, which negatively impacted the overall experience. In short, 3 star hotel is the Max. they should be classified

Good size modern hotel right next to EU. Beds are comfy. Great amenities with gym room and steam room. Only problem was the shower that was really hot and water flowing out. Good that there is a bathtub option we can use instead.

I was utterly impressed the moment I checked in. The lobby has such a noble, old-money family vibe. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful, assisting you with your luggage and taking it up to your room. Plus, the hotel is right above a station, making it super convenient to get anywhere.
