This hotel has a great environment with many Instagrammable spots. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It's located right in the center of Kaili, making it super convenient for transportation and perfect for sightseeing itineraries. Next to it, there's an old traditional culture street and a night market with street food. There are also unique local attractions nearby. Every time I come to Southeast Guizhou, I always stay at the Guizhou Cultural Tourism Jiatu Hotel. Maybe it's because of the convenient transportation, or perhaps it's close to the snack street. I'll definitely stay here again next time, haha. During holidays, there are even performances where you can experience traditional ethnic minority culture. The hotel environment and hygiene are excellent. They also have a seafood buffet dinner on the fourth floor, so you don't even need to go out to eat, which is incredibly convenient and fast. The room faces the mountain view. The B&B also thoughtfully prepared welcome gifts💝 and dinner for us, as well as welcome fruits and good night desserts. The service is quite good, thumbs up. We booked a two-night package, which comes with a bathtub. We brought our own mugwort for a hot bath, but the water temperature in the bathtub was not hot enough. It is recommended to check it. The resort has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The dining options include both local and international dishes, which adds to the convenience of staying on-site. While it’s located a little outside the city center, the serene environment and fresh air make it well worth the stay.

The hotel was spotless, and the service was excellent. They offered a wide variety of breakfast options. We picked this hotel because we had an early flight, and it's conveniently located close to the airport. Getting a taxi to the city center for dining is also very easy.

The service from the front desk staff, both male and female, was exceptional. I especially want to commend a young man with glasses. I had sprained my ankle and was having trouble getting around, and he was incredibly helpful. When I first arrived, he was even outside directing guests with parking, which made me think, 'Wow, this hotel's service extends even to what a parking attendant would do!' I say this because I've worked in five-star hotels before and understand job roles and responsibilities. Another female staff member was also very understanding and extended my checkout time by an hour. Despite my injury, I had a very pleasant stay.

The room amenities are top-notch too: a Dyson hairdryer and a full set of Bvlgari toiletries ✨. The personalized expert service and attention to detail are perfect, and there's even red wine 🍷. In the evening, you can order bedtime milk and sesame paste directly to your room. The restaurant also boasts panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, and you can choose between Chinese and Western breakfast, which can also be delivered to your room. This was my first time visiting a Miao village, and I chose this hotel because it's very close to the observation deck. It's only about ten meters from where the sightseeing bus drops you off, and the front desk staff even came out to greet me in advance – excellent service! They also gave me cocktail and handmade batik experience vouchers. I highly recommend this hotel!

Requests are promptly fulfilled upon request, and the staff is very helpful. A few shortcomings: The lobby lounge area is insufficient; there's only one free bench, and other seating areas are mostly occupied by paid areas. The supposedly gym is practically useless; a few treadmills are haphazardly placed near the entrance, and the aerobics room is dirty and disorganized. The hotel's location is isolated; finding food requires ordering takeout or taking a taxi. Although it's close to Wanda Plaza in a straight line, the actual route is circuitous, making taxis the only option.
