Had a great stay at the Comfort Hotel Copenhagen! The room was cozy and clean, and the staff were generally helpful. The location was perfect for a quick night stay before flight the next morning. Able to view sun rise before check out.
The hotel is conveniently located near both the airport and the Metro station. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet there are grocery stores and a few dining options within walking distance.
I arrived early, and although my room wasn’t ready for check-in, the hotel offered locker storage for an additional fee, which was helpful. The room itself was cozy and perfectly fine for a solo traveler, though it might feel a bit tight for two people.
One thing to note—there was no air conditioning in the room. I’m not sure if that’s typical in Denmark, but it did get quite warm during the day. Many guests opened their windows for ventilation, but since I was on the ground floor, I didn’t feel comfortable leaving mine open.
Despite that, I had a pleasant stay overall and would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.
The room was a bit small, but its location was excellent. Parking was convenient, and we could easily walk to the Central Station, Tivoli Gardens, and the surrounding shopping areas in about 10-15 minutes, which made getting around and sightseeing very convenient.
Every time I fly to Japan from Ireland I stop here. Last time I gave 5 stars and basically it still deserves the same rating, but I have lowered it cause I opted for the upgrade offer on the deluxe room.
It is not worth, this is the reason of 4 instead of 5 stars.
Basically you have just a proper bathroom and that’s it.
Still no fridge, still no shampoo or conditioner, still no second choice of pillow. Just the bathroom.
I am a bit disappointed about that. Also wit the deluxe you still have to pay for a machine self made coffee, which I find poor.
Checking in & out are done via the self-check in automat. Didn't try the breakfast. There's an indoor swimming pool which is great. Room is clean & tidy, with some traces of dust though. The hotel looks dated but well-maintained. The bartender is cheerful and staff are friendly. Just a few steps away from Kastrup Airport. Train station connected to the hotel so we simply took the train to Copenhagen city centre ftom the hotel which took about 20 minutes.
The building entrance and the reception areas are impressive. The receptionist is very welcoming.
But the room itself feels like a cheap motel. Neet, but cheap. Not worth the price. Beds sound like a camp bed, but it feels ok. The shower is just in the same area as a toilet, and for the shower you stand right on the floor, the same floor as a toilet. Coffee/tea amenities: two cheap cups, and normal two coffee, sugar, creamer. Interestingly that coffee has a label of the hotel, but not cups.
Lights are not enough in the room, it feels dark. And there is no central turning on/off switch for light in the room. You need to turn on/off each and every light manually.
No hair dryer. There is no separate shampoo. It's just all in one soap+shampoo liquid.
Leaving your luggage/bags after checkout is not for free. They have lockers, which you need to pay for.
The breakfast buffet is nothing fancy, and not a lot of options.
The location is good. Not far away from the center.
And there were no city views from my room, but it said so when booking.
And there is a small gym inside.
This hotel felt like home, bringing back memories of my study abroad days. The staff gave a very detailed explanation during check-in. It's right next to the subway station, and even though it's not in the city center, getting around was very convenient. The area is also very quiet, with two supermarkets nearby where I could buy groceries to cook my own meals. There's also a Chinese supermarket about a 20-minute walk away, which was great for making some simple Chinese dishes. I really liked the room layout; the sleeping area felt very cozy and secure to me.

A friend recommended this hotel, saying it was supposedly the nicest in Copenhagen, so I booked it. Luckily, I wasn't disappointed. The Admiral Hotel, built right on the waterfront, is very close to City Hall and also conveniently located near iconic landmarks. The environment and spaciousness are excellent, and the facilities are quite new. The service, in particular, was top-notch, making me feel very safe and well taken care of. All in all, this is a hotel I would definitely stay at again.
Excellent and very clean! The only downside is that there's no shuttle service on weekends, which makes getting around a bit inconvenient. It would be great if they offered a shuttle on weekends too, especially since Denmark is quite cold and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the hotel.

Locations was very good, surrounded by a lot of restaurants and near to the main attractions such as Nyhavn, Marble Church, Rosenborg castle, Rundetaarn and Stroget, which is possible to go by foot. Staff was very friendly, specially the girl at the reception that made my check in. Room was clean and is not so big but the space is ok for a short stay. Highly recommend.

YYizhikaoquantuIt's indeed close to the airport, but transportation isn't very convenient. Taking a taxi is the best option. The room is clean and relatively new!

TTonmoy22What else to expect when you get a clean bed to sleep. It's very good for both solo and couple. Location is good. Very near to metro and a good shopping mall.
PPypyppyI slept in women tent. The staff is super nice. And super useful guide to explore Copenhagen if you join the WhatsApp group. There’s port on bed for charging. A locker for you to put stuff. And the location is fantastic. Easy to get around the city by transportation nearby. They don’t have a kitchen but you can buy food to eat in the bar and there are many cafes, McDonald’s, street food and bar nearby. They have big washroom and seperate toilet and washroom that you dun have to worry about peeing yourself. And they have a bar.
The room space is not big. And there’s many dust under the charging port on bed. But overall I think it’s fine.
姐姐姐怪美的the location is close to a metro station and room is suitable for friends travel! well, if is everyone with big luggage, the might be not so much space for all. and do remember to bring your own amenities:)
GGuest UserThe place was good, very great for travellers and just looking for a place to rest after a tiring day. The light outside (window side) is a little bit bothering as you thought t is already late afternoon when in fact it is still early in the morning due to the lights. Location wise is great.
GGuest UserOverall nice experience. Stayed in a room for three. Hotel is very close to København H station, just 2 mins walk. There is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to assist us. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, one extra pillow provided. I especially liked the security chain on the door, which made us feel safe.
However, the hotel also had some downsides. Since we visited in January when the weather was very cold, the heating in the room was insufficient, making it extremely chilly inside. I sneezed every morning from the cold.
And, the bathroom door facing the bed, every time when someone goes to the bathroom mid night, the bright light in the bathroom was blinding. The shower space in the bathroom was also small, and there was no waterproof barrier on the floor to prevent water from spilling out, the entire bathroom floor was slippery after showering.
There were three of us, but the hotel only provided two towels and three paper cups, with no toothbrushes or toothpaste. We have to buy it from the front desk for 30dkk. We were also surprised to find that even storing our luggage at the hotel required a fee of 40dkk per hour, so we went to the train station, where we could store our luggage for 24 hours for just 90dkk.
If the hotel could resolve the heating issue, I would still recommend it based on its price and convenient location.
GGuest UserHotel is clean, chic, and modern with nice kitchen utensils, eventhough some spots look a bit dusty. The very minus point is the location is very hard to recognize because it’s located in the middle of tall buildings and I have to go through quite a lot stairs. The hotel location pin point is not accurate and it led me to an old and creepy warehouse which then I realized the hotel located next to it, but the gate wasn’t open at that time (probably because it’s almost midnight). I came at 11pm with a lot of confusion to find the hotel, tried to contact the CS but no reply or solution was given, ended up found the hotel after 1 hour.

AAbaibaibaibai。Everything was great, and if you go in the summer, you can even enjoy coffee outdoors with a sea view. We went in winter, so all we saw was snow. Plus, the wind at night was really strong and cold. Some people were even taking a dip in the sea and using a sauna by the beach!
