I booked via Trip.com — It was out of expectations!Close to Kashi Airport, feels like a 5-star stay at a lower price. The hotel is neat and clean with no cigarette smell. I highly recommend this hotel for international travelers, probably you may need translator app if you don't mind. The most satisfying hotel service and best features I experienced while traveling in Xinjiang. Location: Free airport shuttle (with booking). Taxi to the city or Old Town costs under CNY 10. It is easy and cheap to move around. A convenience store and Muslim restaurant with veggie dishes are just steps away. Environment: Spacious, quiet, with parking and a small garden. Amenities: All that a solo traveler needs. Automatic heated toilet seat is an extra. Voice control for the room (Chinese only) was impressive. I liked the bathroom layout, with anti-slip tiles idea and a separate basin area. Free laundry (washer + dryer). Cozy lobby bar (working station) with coffee, milk tea, and soy milk provided. I saw a printer free to use too.. Personal downsides: I can't find the hotel by the name ”Oriental hotel” (translated by trip.com). At the end, i figured out the name should be GreenTree Eastern Hotel (Kashgar Airport Branch) as in Didi. No fridge in the room, I couldn’t store fruits and cold drinks during my 4-night summer stay. Suggestions: - Add labels to breakfast dishes to avoid waste - English signs would be an extra help - There was once the locals talk loudly at night near the rooms — a reminder sign could help.

The ladies at the front desk provided excellent service. The cleaning staff were on top of daily tidying and proactively replenished drinking water and supplies, showing great attention to detail. The common areas were spotless, the Wi-Fi was fast and smooth, and facilities like the TV and air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, it's fantastic value for money; the service, cleanliness, and environment are all top-notch. It's suitable for both business trips and tourism. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely book again next time!

The other front desk staff are all beautiful and cheerful ladies. If you value good looks, you can definitely stay here! They have a great 'no-nonsense' rule at their hotel; interested friends can visit and experience it themselves. Although it was only a one-night stay, many last-minute requests were handled very well. For example, asking the front desk to help send a package or coordinating a late check-out. Definitely on the posh side, and the service was very good. Felt upscale without being over the top. What really stood out was the location there's a convenience store right next door, plus a whole shopping mall attached, and Chagee is in the same complex. Made everything super convenient. Solid stay.

Five-star praise for Ms. Gulzhanur Maimaiti at the front desk. A perfect trip often comes down to meeting the right people. She truly showed me what exceptional 'ownership' and reliable, follow-through work look like. Even before we checked in, she proactively sent a video, meticulously asking about all our needs and arranging everything perfectly, making us feel at ease before we even arrived. During our stay, she keenly noticed our travel fatigue, not only thoughtfully offering warm water but also, upon learning of our tight schedule, proactively helped us arrange a late check-out, which was a huge relief. Even when we left, she specially prepared a parting gift, extending that warmth until the very last moment. From the concern before check-in to the reluctance to leave, she treated every guest like family. Ms. Nur deeply impressed me with her sincere follow-through and full sense of ownership. She provided service that truly touched the guests' hearts. I look forward to staying again during the snowy season. The hotel's own food is also excellent, available at the main entrance at 6 PM.

The hotel's location is very convenient, and we received a free room upgrade. There's a food court a few hundred meters behind the hotel, and a bus stop right at the intersection. As we were about to drive out, the concierge kindly reminded us that we could leave our car at the hotel, as the visitor center had no parking available for the next two days. When we arrived at the visitor center and saw '0 parking spaces' everywhere, we were so glad we listened to the advice. The concierge also knew we missed breakfast and packed some pastries for us to take away. Thumbs up for the hotel's warm service!

The hotel exterior is a bit unassuming, but the LOFT room was quite spacious and comfortable, although the shower had a moldy smell. Breakfast offered a decent variety. It's not far from the train station and airport, but a bit of a distance from the Grand Bazaar. It's a good option for a transit hotel, as there aren't many better choices for five-star hotels with good value in Urumqi. Thanks to Yemulan Hairati for the complimentary souvenir! The nearby Huijia Times Square is pretty good; the naan at its supermarket is much tastier than what they sell at the Grand Bazaar – crispy outside, soft inside, very fragrant, and cheap at 5 yuan each. The scallion pancake with savory sauce next door was also delicious!

This is a new hotel with great overall ambiance and facilities. The smart room features are very convenient! Most importantly, for women who often have a lot of small belongings, the hotel's independent ground-level parking is incredibly handy!~ The gym and laundry room on the second floor are fully equipped, even with laundry detergent. Plus, there's a robot delivery service for food straight to your door, so introverts like me don't have to open the door to pick up orders anymore. It was a fantastic experience~

The room size was good and clean. The WiFi speed could be improved because it's one of the slowest that we've had at any hotel. Their AC was under maintenance on our first night so it was quite hot and uncomfortable. But it was fixed the next day. The location is quite far from downtown but quiet enough. There's only one nice restaurant behind it. Otherwise, there's some street food stalls nearby. The service was good. The ladies are polite and always greet us every time we go in and out. The security guard was really nice to help us with our luggage bags. Breakfast had a good selection. Overall, it's a good place to stay with a reasonable price.

The hotel service was excellent; every front desk and shuttle staff member was polite and enthusiastic. I had booked three separate nights and couldn't get the same room type, but the front desk upgraded my room for all three nights and even helped me extend my stay in the original room, saving me a lot of hassle. They were very considerate of the customer. The breakfast hours were very generous, from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Although the restaurant isn't huge, the food selection is very rich. On the first day, I went at 7:30 AM before breakfast started, but they still kindly packed me a few small breads, which was very thoughtful. The restaurant staff were also very polite and provided great service. The hotel offers airport shuttle service, and the shuttle driver was also very polite and proactively helped with my luggage. On the last day, I scheduled an airport transfer for 6 PM, and the hotel even allowed me to extend my room stay until then. It's the first time I've encountered a hotel that lets you extend your stay until 6 PM, which is fantastic. The hotel is close to Dongcheng Wanda but a bit far from the ancient city, about a 30-minute taxi ride. However, given this level of service, I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Kashgar.
