The hotel is located directly on a park, making it possible to walk right outside the hotel. Also the location provides a quiet environment. Parking is free around the area, if there are congestion, you can still escape to the hotel's own parking (18€ per night).
The staff at the reception was very prevalent and crowned our start and the end of the stay.
We'll be happy to come back when we're in town again.

The hotel is relatively quiet, about 2km away from the railway station. There is a bus at the door.
The breakfast is plentiful, but there are not many dining options around. No supermarket.
The room has adequate heating.

Very nice located castle. Just find the reception and other facilities.
Very friendly and helpful staff at both the reception and the restaurant. Rooms were super large and equipped. everything was needed. The heating had to fight with the temperature but 19 degrees of warm were the rooms. A heating air/infrared heating was available to increase the temperature in the bathroom in the short term.
We usually sleep at 18 -19° C therefore no problem. The ordered sect was with 2 glasses on the room as ordered. We had no food pre-ordered in the restaurant, but after consultation there was no problem to get food. The breakfast did not leave any wish open. The spa area is divided into different areas and was perfectly sufficient and beautiful. I can continue to recommend it fully. We will come back in summer.

We chose this hotel because of its central location near the main train station and the old town.
The furnishings are a bit old, but they are perfectly fine, intact and absolutely clean.
We were always given a friendly welcome and advice.
We missed a few more loungers in the sauna area, but that doesn't affect our opinion. We can recommend this hotel and would book it again.

Perfect for staying on a bicycle tour. The wheels are safe on the closed courtyard.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and a cold water was also welcome on the table.
The breakfast is particularly highlighted: everything is prepared deliciously, many bread varieties and everything we need to start the day or the bike tour.
A well-cared covered terrace is also available to smokers! Other hotels are hunted like a dog in front of the door. . . .

The perfect location in central Wernigerode for your stay. An easy walk to the castle, the steam Brockenbahn and the main railway station from here, as well as all the local cafes and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, although little to no English is spoken here, so brush up on your German before travelling. Breakfast is plentiful and first class, the rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms and there is a fridge in each room. WiFi is excellent. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Wernigerode.

What a great hotel! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the rooms are huge with a very nice big bathroom also. The hotel is literally just under 100m away from the train station, about 300m away from a nice supermarket and just under 500m away from the old town. It is a great location! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Quedlinburg!

Affordable price included breakfast with nice window view to the countryside. However a bit difficult to check in, there is no staff at counter, it’s self check in. I was having difficulty to scan collect room card, luckily there was other guests willing to help call and speak German to staff via phone. Wish to come here again to see countryside Mountain View with fresh air.
