The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring sights of Harrogate everything very nearby!
From checking in and our room available early with welcome cookies which were warm and amazing to checkout the staff could not be more helpful!
The room was on the third floor clean, tidy and well presented.
The gym and spa facilities were all good and nice to use and relax especially on a Sunday evening!
The breakfast was buffet with a selection of hot and cold options the parcel machine was my favourite fresh pancakes which were delicious!
This hotel is huge but it's well maintained clean tidy and such an enjoyable experience for our anniversary!
Great place for location for what we needed Harrogate theatre , friendly staff and reasonably priced overnight car parking , 3 rd time stopping here and would do so again
Me and partner stayed at the milner for one evening,
The hotel inside is lovely and very clean
The staff are very helpful and polite.
The room we stayed in was in the sidings and although not in the main part of the hotel it was quite nice for our short stay and the corridor from the main hotel to the sidings is very helpful and protects you from the weather especially in the colder months.
We will definitely stay again and hopefully get to stay in the main hotel building next time round.
The twin room can still meet my family's needs. There is no bottled water in the room, but you can use the hotel's self-service facilities. The garden is very nice and the breakfast is rich. There is a bus stop at the door, which is very convenient to go out. York itself is not big, and it only takes 15 minutes to get anywhere by bus. 😄
A hotel that looks very old, located on the roadside, with convenient transportation, just a short walk to the city center and the train station.
The hotel facilities look very old, quite worthy of this historic ancient city.
The hotel breakfast has a menu to choose from. English is not fluent, you can translate and study slowly. I came to the UK for a 12-day tour and tried the British oatmeal porridge. It is slightly sweet with sweet and sour blueberry jam, and the taste is very good. Other bread, bacon and eggs, similar to sandwiches, are OK. For drinks, since we don't drink coffee, we ordered English black tea. The teabags have no fragrance. It must have been stored for a long time. It is not recommended.
The room is small, the facilities are relatively old, the wooden floor is very old, and the paint is peeling in many places. The walls are decorated with small flowers, which looks quite intentional. There are fences around the bed. I don't understand this design. If you are not careful, you will hit your head, especially when you get up in the middle of the night, but it looks very warm.
Lovely stay, free parking which is rare in Harrogate. Nice stroll into town. Breakfast was served hot and was plentiful. No ques despite having 4 coaches in when we stayed. Our room was big, clean and well positioned. Lovely old building with some nice features. Staff all very pleasant. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Sadly had three rooms due to some issues reguardless how clean they were and a smell coming from the bathroom, third room was ok and had a nice view over looking the sea and Scarborough harbour, pool and spa a nice touch and the staff were all friendly plenty of choice on the menu for food, just needs to address a few issues to make this worthy of it's 4 star rating and that to me should be considered luxury where as this felt more just above average but not luxury 3.5 / 5 location amazing staff amazing let down by the fire alarm going off which steam was to blame air vents were dirty this needs looking at, house keeping need to work more alongside maintenance to ensure issues are addressed. Safe in second room was broken but maintenance did sort this and were very friendly, reception and spa staff all excellent, can't comment on the food but had plenty of choice and had we not made plans we would of considered the curry night the hotel had on. Over all 3.5 / 5
The service is very good, not far from the station beach and supermarket. The breakfast in the hotel is normal, but the extra lunch and afternoon tea are worth the price. The sea view outside the hotel is beautiful. The room I lived in did not have drinking water and a hair dryer. Drinking water can be requested from the counter, but not a hair dryer.
We got a really good rate through the Trip website. Kelsey on reception changed our room because there was no bath in the first room. The staff at the hotel were very smartly dressed. The food at breakfast was excellent. We are two nights in Macleod. Again the food was excellent. We would recommend this hotel. The only negative was if you hadn’t booked a spa break you had to pay £30 each to use the pool.

DDengsilihongzhangI looked up York Hotel on Ctrip and accidentally stayed in this treasure hotel. From the appearance of the entire hotel, the lobby, the corridor, to the room, everything is impeccable. The breakfast is also great. You can choose from a variety of types such as full English breakfast, which is cooked to order. I really love it. I am willing to come to York again for this hotel.
GGuest UserMy experience from entrance to reception was excellent, making me feel instantly at ease. It was clear that all staff members were dedicated and proud of their work, consistently going out of their way to assist guests. The breakfasts were truly wonderful and delicious! I especially want to commend Steve, the breakfast chef, whose outstanding cooking was matched only by his incredibly cheerful smile.

AAnn 5 starOur third stay at The Feversham Arms Hotel. We were allocated a pool suite which was excellent. Apparently the hotel is up for sale, the administrators have been brought in. Hopefully the new owners will be found and after a few tweaks here and there the hotel will be five stars.
