Guest UserFriendly staff, strategic hotel location, good air conditioning, and clean rooms. The housekeeping team is incredibly efficient – they even folded my clothes before I had a chance to! And when I temporarily left my belongings in the hallway, they were neatly tidied away by the time I returned. 🤭👍 Other staff services were also great; they took plenty of photos when I asked for help. Hehe, love it! ❤️

Had a great stay at this 4 stars property. The facilities are top notch; The gym, sauna, pool, and spa were all well maintained and a highlight of the trip. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff truly stands out for being friendly and attentive.
My only major concern was the bedding. The king size bed, was actually two single beds pushed together. This made the middle of the bed quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Aside from the bed setup, everything else was perfect.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Pros :
+ super good breakfast options. Main courses, local dishes (pempek/model), porridge, soup, cereal, noodle bar, egg bar, waffle, bread & cakes, salad bar, jamu & variety of drinks
+ mini gym with some good equipments for working out
+ sofa on the room
+ comfy beds with large pillows
Cons :
- the room is not soundproofed. Outside noises can be heard
- when I entered the room, there is a certain smell which I don't know where it comes from

There should be option for deposit with Credit Card
Breakfast was good
Staffs number need to be reviewed as it took quite long to deliver our request
We also brought a car and registered that on the receptionist but seems the system is not working properly then we kept paying

The accommodation conditions were just so-so. It's located not far from a market, which makes getting around a bit inconvenient if you're staying there, and the streets are quite narrow.

MerayapJeGreat service from all the staff from front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping. Located just along the main road where there’s a plenty of eateries in the area. There’s even a pool and small gym, and breakfast buffet spread was a good variety. Highly recommended!
