The hotel selected for this business trip was so pleasant! From getting off the bus to the check-in, the front desk brother took the initiative to carry luggage, and also intimately informed the location of the nearby 24-hour convenience store. Although the room is not big, the layout is very reasonable, the desk is very light, and the overtime processing documents is not depressed. "A good stay experience, the first time I stayed at the hotel in Lan'ou, the room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete (if the shower room could be installed with a non-slip handrail, it would be better), there was a small smart housekeeper, and the cleaning was in place.
Good location, very close to the Yangquan City Museum, next to the Wal-Mart supermarket, convenient for supply. There is a small courtyard behind the hotel to park, but you can't go directly to the lobby on the first floor of the hotel, and you have to pull your luggage around.
The front desk service at the time of check-in was particularly good. We wanted to find a microwave oven to heat up. She was very thoughtful to help heat up and send it to the room. Thank you very much.
However, after checking out and leaving the store, I received a call on the way home and called myself the hotel front desk. I asked if we still stayed, did the room card give the front desk, and said that the cleaning found that the room had our things. Whether there is a problem with the handover of the front desk work or the fraudulent phone call cannot be known, because it is called with a personal mobile phone number and has not passed the privacy protection number of Trip.com .

GGuest UserThe hotel booked during the May Day holiday, I specially looked at the score to choose, but the stay feels average, not as good as expected, the room is OK, the parking lot is very worth complaining, there is no parking space on the ground, and there is no elevator to the hotel directly. You must go out from the place where the car is driven in. Although the scorpion is on the basement floor, it is not very convenient. The breakfast is really not good and the experience is relatively poor.

Sure enough, it was really good. Because I was not familiar with it, the room was small. The front desk manager Yuan Lina was very enthusiastic and gave me a free upgrade to the big room. I also asked if the water was enough. I immediately felt at home.
I asked for dishes and chopsticks for breakfast, and the restaurant master brought them to me. I travel dozens of cities every year, and our restaurant is the second one to bring the cooked dumplings.
