Reception bit unorganized, we were waiting for room more than 1 hour (check-in 5:00 pm, we called in advance around 4.15 pm if possible to check-in earlier, no problem, but than waiting more than 1 hour because they were cleaning the room). They had this calling service once room ready, for us they didn't have even papers ready (needed to search, so more time wasted), wifi was not stable at the room (lack of proper coverage for our part of the area of the resort), breakfast not bad, but seems to me like stuck in 1998 when it come to food choices. Room was clean, but bath could be renovated a bit, there was no minibar and there was cigarette left in the candle glass on the balcony, parking was good, location also good.
Esperienza ottima.
A very comfortable stay at the BellaVista. It lives up to its name with superb view of sea on both sides from the room, which was very spacious! Breakfast was a very basic continental one with limited options. Located 200m from the old town area with has Beach of Purity. Plenty of restaurants around making location perfect for a relaxing few days. Didnt check out the rooftop spa.
Photos are of castle which is directly opposite hotel and beach nearby.
Oppure in bici messe a disposizione.

Ci torneremo sicuramente
The hotel was really comfortable and the location is excellent, walking distance to all the attractions. The staff was very friendly.

DDonna ElisabethPhenomenal hotel!! The staff are so lovely, caring and competent. We had an issue trying to book the one and only ferry Bari to Dubrovnik which turned out to be an impossible feat due to demand but the time and energy the reception staff invested in problem solving was astounding. Rosanna even went so far as to call all her travel agency friends … she ensured we could keep our room for another two nights. Her male colleague was just as invested in providing us with multiple options.
The hotel is stylish, immaculate and cleverly laid out. Very easy private parking for only €10 per day. The gym met all my needs while the pool is another massive plus in this great laid back suburb of Bari. The hotel is a €10 cab fare from the Old Town. Free non alcoholic beverages in our room’s mini bar and in the foyer, Free coffee in Italy!!! Never heard of it!! The included in room rate breakfast is a large diverse buffet offering a lot of healthy options.
GGuest UserThe room is wonderful! The spa is excellent!
The breakfast and service in the restaurant are excellent!
The reception staff is different.
There are very nice and pleasant girls, but, unfortunately, not all of them are like that(
When checking in, by mistake, I was given a room without a balcony, when I went down and asked to change it.
They changed it for me, but with such an expression on their face, and I won't even mention the apology for the inconvenience caused..
They also didn't say anything about breakfast at the reception, and about the spa accordingly..
Many people in this hotel really need courses on working with guests
EEduardo J. RamosGood facilities, friendly staff, ample car park, large bedrooms.
It's basically a quality road hotel, next to a petrol station (where entrance is). Privileged location facing the coast but since that's the same side of the busy road it could get noisy.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is an old building with more than 100 years of age, very age-sensitive facilities, breakfast is also very Italian, and the service staff is warm. There is also a particularly large garden. Free parking is perfect
GGuest UserAbbiamo trascorso un weekend molto rilassante, gustando dell’ottimo cibo anche senza glutine. La stanza moderna ha rispecchiato i nostri gusti personali. Ci torneremo volentieri
MMichaelwang81The room was okay, but the service was not good. When we arrived at 11 o'clock in the evening, the front desk clerk was busy with other things and did not let us check in first. After checking in, we were always annoyed when we asked where to go in the elevator. I felt very bad. The breakfast was not good either.
