While the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating.
The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags.
The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight.
Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay.
Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

During my recent stay in Torino, I was pleased to spend a weekend at the Belezia Palace Luxury & Spa, an experience that has been far beyond expectations. Situated in the heart of the city, this hotel encarnates a perfect balance between historical elegance and modern comfort, offering a refined and relaxing stay.
One of the hotel's strengths is the wellness area, a real jewel in a suggestive architectural context. The warm indoor pool, with soft lights and marble details, is perfect for relaxing after a day to explore the city. Water is kept at an ideal temperature, and hydromassage seats help dissolve any muscle tension.
The Turkish bathroom is spacious, clean and equipped with a aromaterapy system that makes the experience even more sensory. Heat and covering vapours, combined with natural essences, promote deep purification of the skin and a general sense of regeneration. Even those who are not used to this type of treatment will be pleasantly surprised and reinforced.
The Finnish sauna completes wellness experience in an excellent way. After a few minutes inside it, you feel a feeling of light and wellness hardly describeable. There is also a relaxing area with tisane and fresh fruit, perfect to finish the path.
The staff is always careful and discreet, ready to meet every need with professionalism. In short, the Palace of Belezia is not just a hotel, but a real luxury and quiet home. I strongly advise those who seek exclusive and regenerative experience in the heart of Torino.

Land of HopeI arrived the day all streets where cut for a cyclist event, so I had to park my car 3 km from the Hotel and walk through the forest to reach the Hotel with a 25 KG luggage. They never sent an email or even a call adverting about this. Also the restaurant service was pretty bad, I had dinner and the waiter was visible affected by alcohol compsumption, forgetting orders and even though charging me for a full menu when I just had a course. 30 Euro total. The food was pretty bad also. They also charged me 4.50 Euro for something they called a council tax. So definitely a bad experience, I´´never return to this Hotel

Very nice staff, clean, nothing to complain about, and a great location.
Unfortunately, all this is spoiled by the lack of soundproofing, both between rooms and outside noise. A tram passes nearby, making you feel like you're on the sidewalk. I was in room 234; the parquet floor is extremely noisy, so be careful.
Despite the €25 a night garage, take it as a guide, or you might get a nice surprise when you wake up, like me, with a broken window. Nothing was stolen; I think it was just a fan of French license plates.
Personally, I won't be going back.

My intended booking was at splendid hotel in lugano but once I went there I realised that it was at baveno 😅 ,so I took a taxi for 350 euro to go there . The front desk upgraded my rooms to lake views for 80 euro/night. The gym is for 12 euro /person, the breakfast is about average nothing special. The front desk are nice people but they put an extra service charge for that(optional). The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Perfect location: right between the airport and the city of Turin. The bus station is in front of the hotel entrance and the metro only few minutes away.
Better than staying in an expensive hotel in the city centre.

Safe and Good location. Just take a short tram ride to beautiful old town.
Room is quite basic and small but functionals. Kettle is provided with some tea sachet. No coffee.
But made up by the owner by offering us an appretif before our dinner.
Buffet breakfast is reasonably price @€9.00.
Refer to photos.
Valet parking only €15/day right in front of the hotel. Very good and reasonable.

We booked two rooms: one with a direct lake view, one with a side view. The rooms vary in size. The side room is narrow and smaller. The shower amenities are Comfort Zone tranquility! The restaurant is good. Delicious. The hotel maintains a relaxed resort atmosphere, especially if you have time to soak it up for more than just one or two nights. We stayed for five nights. The views from the room with a direct lake view and from the sky bar are magnificent! Pleasant snacks and cocktails at the sky bar. A small pool is also there. Across the road (not the highway!) is a beach club on the lake with a large pool and various seating areas (now with a table at the bar, further away, sun loungers with and without umbrellas, cabanas), a modern area with restrooms, showers, and a changing room (there are lockers and a hairdryer). The pool itself has two hydromassage zones. There's a pier (you can dive into the lake, but you have to return via the public beach). The atmosphere in the club is pleasant. We (a family of four staying in late August) had no problems finding sun loungers. To the hotel management: The staff at the sky bar requires your guidance and participation. They are pleasant, but not always attentive and consistent during busy hours. I appreciated the human touch (it started raining heavily, and the staff saw and understood my predicament and offered a shortcut under the bar's roof). However, one evening on the roof, I had to remind them about my order and snacks.
Bottom line: a modern hotel, comfortable, and the undeniable advantage of a pool with a view and the opportunity to swim in the lake. We would return. Especially since there's construction nearby on the hotel extension (there was no noise at the end of August). The poster says completion is 2026, but I don't really believe in the deadlines.
