My stay at the Crown Hotel in Linzhi truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's surroundings were truly stunning. From the window, I could see the mountains and greenery. The lobby and room decor were warm and elegant, reflecting local characteristics. The facilities were impeccable. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. Every detail was meticulously thought out, making my stay truly comfortable. I especially want to commend our housekeeper, Xiao Miao, for her thoughtful and caring attitude throughout the entire stay. She proactively recommended local cuisine and the hotel's amenities. Her warmth and attentiveness, like a friend, made my entire stay even more heartwarming. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Linzhi!

Hampton by Hilton Shannan is a new hotel that only opened at the end of 2024. The bedding is soft enough to relieve the fatigue of the journey and the breakfast is full. The front desk will also help check the follow-up road conditions, clean and intimate, a proper travel charging station!

We called ahead to let the hotel know it was our 5th wedding anniversary and hoped they could decorate the room for us. We were so pleasantly surprised when we entered – red bedding and swans folded from towels really showed the hotel's thoughtfulness. Manager Kuang even gave us a tour of the hotel garden, where we met a cute golden retriever named Zhouzhou! I wasn't dressed appropriately to pet dogs, otherwise I definitely would have played with her. We heard they're planning to build a pet park and organize some parent-child activities soon, which sounds amazing. We hope to see it on our next visit. Special thanks to Aunt Bian Zhen from housekeeping, Manager Kuang from the front desk, and Pubu Zhaxi from security who helped us with our luggage and parking. These three were truly warm, enthusiastic, and responsible. Experiencing such excellent service in the highlands was even better than the St. Regis in Lhasa! Oh, and Miss Baima from the Liao Bar was also very lovely! We had an unforgettable anniversary.

We experienced both the hotel's singing bowl sound therapy and the ******* Six Healing Exercises, both of which were fantastic and helped alleviate our travel fatigue. Plus, you can see the Potala Palace from the 8th floor!

The ”Ping” An Xile welcome gift included fruit. The hotel has an infirmary, which is reassuring for those who come to the plateau on short notice (in case of sudden altitude sickness). However, there was a smell of yak butter in the room, which might be unpleasant for those who don't like that kind of scent. The room was very spacious with a lot of Tibetan-style decor. Breakfast was poor and not recommended.

Whether it is a business trip or a trip, you can have a full-length mirror to see your own wear and tie before going out every day, and sort out your clothes. It is really just needed! Most of the details of the hotel are in place. There is a laundry room on the third floor with two washing and drying machines. There are many charging sockets in the room, and we have brought a lot of electronic products to find a place to charge. Service response was also very prompt, I needed an iron and staff would be delivered to the room soon. Mianyang rice noodles provided for breakfast are more authentic, with full marks 💯. It's also relatively close to the Jokhang Temple and Potala Palace. The second night, I wanted to extend my stay but there were no rooms available. The receptionist kindly helped me get a standard room, which was also very kind of her! The herbal tea in the lobby was also delicious!
