### Location: Excellent! Just a few hundred meters from the Potala Palace, our 180-degree view room faced the east side of the palace directly. We enjoyed watching the Potala Palace enveloped in morning mist and its brilliant lights at night. ### Restaurant: The 6th-floor restaurant offers unobstructed views with large floor-to-ceiling windows, perfect for photos. We enjoyed the scenery during both breakfast and afternoon tea. The breakfast selection was simple but delicious; there was always something to our liking. ### Amenities: The room was equipped with a scenic lounge chair and a tea set, making tea time with a view very pleasant. Mineral water was generously provided, and guests could also grab extra from the common area. The keyless entry made coming and going very convenient. ### Service: The staff were warm and attentive, proactively guiding us and helping with luggage. I accidentally stained the duvet, and they completely replaced the bedding, which I greatly appreciated 🙏. ### Dining & Shopping: Located in the city center, dining and shopping were very convenient. There are many scenic restaurants nearby, such as Youjian Mountain and Windsor Manor. Before leaving, we easily purchased local specialties like yak jerky and yak milk powder. ### Small Suggestions: It would be great to add a towel basket under the sink and upgrade to smart toilets. When first arriving at high altitude, showering can be difficult, so a smart bidet would be a thoughtful touch.

I stayed at this hotel after visiting Lulang Village to see the peach blossoms, and the service was excellent. I heard it's considered the best hotel in Bayi Town. It's about a 20-minute drive from Linzhi High-Speed Rail Station. I chose it because I was taking the high-speed rail to Lhasa the next day. The breakfast was very good, and for dinner, we had the stone pot chicken set. The ******* chicken was quite tough, so we mainly just drank the soup. The hotel provides a full range of toiletries, including body lotion. I took a good oxygen-infused shower and washed my hair; I wouldn't dare wash it so easily the next day when heading to Lhasa.

The hotel is very close to the Lhasa River, just a 2-minute walk away. The hotel is relatively new, with large, clean rooms and advanced facilities. On my first day, as soon as I got out of the taxi, about ten meters from the hotel entrance, a hotel staff member named Losang quickly came out to help me with my luggage. I was feeling unwell due to altitude sickness at the time, and I was very grateful for Losang's kind assistance. The hotel receptionist was also very thoughtful, providing us with disposable oxygen tubes during check-in. The hotel has 24-hour diffused oxygen supply, and nasal inhalation is also available. The hotel breakfast was also good; I especially enjoyed the sweet tea. Because of Losang's professional and helpful staff, I'll remember the name Yishang Hotel, and I'll definitely choose Yishang Hotel again if I have the chance to visit other cities. My first day in Lhasa, thanks to my stay at Yishang Hotel, left me with wonderful memories of my trip.

The hotel environment is excellent, and it's very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely have stayed a few more days if I hadn't already booked my flight. The hotel activities are also great. However, I was quite disappointed with the front desk service. We had two rooms in our party, and one of them was upgraded, but we weren't informed. When I called the front desk, the first time they said they were busy with check-ins. The second time I called, they told me the room card was incorrect. A little later, they said it was an upgrade. I'm not sure how credible the front desk's statements are. Then, the next day, when I inquired about the deposit refund, they initially told me the deposit for room 501 had been returned. I told them I paid 1000 for both rooms together, and then they said room 507 hadn't been inspected yet. I'm not sure if the hotel front desk has proper systematic training. I booked for one night, and both explanations from the front desk felt deceptive. I hope the hotel can provide more training for their front desk staff. Although the front desk's actions made me uncomfortable, I'm very satisfied with how the hotel manager handled the situation. He went back and forth several times to resolve it for me and kept apologizing. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Lhasa next time, but I sincerely hope they can thoroughly and systematically train their front desk staff. After all, it's a high-end hotel, but the front desk's communication style doesn't seem to match that standard.

It is super convenient to travel and play. It is all available for eating and shopping around. You don't need to travel long distances. It saves time and worry about visiting attractions. The overall facilities of the hotel are very new, the decoration is simple and light and luxurious with a strong Tibetan scenery, the room is spacious and bright, warm and comfortable. The bedding is soft and clean, the sleep experience is very good, the bedside atmosphere lighting design is very exquisite, with the plateau beauty hanging paintings, the atmosphere is full. The room has a large screen TV, desk and seating facilities, whether it is a rest and relaxation or a simple office is very suitable. The bathroom is very good for dry and wet separation, clean and tidy without odor, smart toilet, large top spray, light dressing mirror, hair dryer, bathroom decoration is high-end atmosphere, sanitation is particularly meticulous, and the corners are spotless. The front desk staff was warm and caring, the attitude was gentle and thoughtful, and the stay was comfortable. The plateau accommodation is clean and not humid, the overall experience is far beyond expectations, the price is super high, come to Lhasa to travel and close your eyes and stay without stepping on thunder, next time you come to Lhasa, you will definitely choose this one!

I have to give a huge thumbs-up to the Vienna Hotel Shigatse Railway Station store; I was extremely satisfied with every step from booking to check-out. 1. The front desk was very patient when I called to book, answering all my questions in detail. 2. They gave us a free room upgrade when we checked in. 3. When we got to the room, there were complimentary snacks, a fruit platter, and lots of drinks. 4. My husband had a cold, and the hotel even brought him ginger tea. 5. The bed was incredibly comfortable. 6. Breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious. 7. When we checked out, they proactively offered us bottled water for our journey. The hotel's male manager is very generous, and the female front desk supervisor is very beautiful.
