My stay at the Crown Hotel in Linzhi truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's surroundings were truly stunning. From the window, I could see the mountains and greenery. The lobby and room decor were warm and elegant, reflecting local characteristics. The facilities were impeccable. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. Every detail was meticulously thought out, making my stay truly comfortable. I especially want to commend our housekeeper, Xiao Miao, for her thoughtful and caring attitude throughout the entire stay. She proactively recommended local cuisine and the hotel's amenities. Her warmth and attentiveness, like a friend, made my entire stay even more heartwarming. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Linzhi!

Hampton by Hilton Shannan is a new hotel that only opened at the end of 2024. The hotel minibar's Coke Qixi, soda water mineral water is free to drink, breakfast variety is many, taste is also very good, this price is very worth it. And one thing worthy of praise is that the lobby manager also helped me book 5 rooms at Hilton Huiting Hotel Lhasa. The price is 80 yuan cheaper than the above. This service can be praised. I will stay here next time I travel to Shannan.

A hotel worthy of a full 5 stars. Shannan exceeded my expectations and re-examined the Hilton brand. The hotel service, from the moment I arrived, was excellent, attentive, and professional, demonstrating strong brand management. Check-in was prompt, and we were even greeted with warm rhodiola rosea tea. The hotel room was spacious and user-friendly, and I slept very comfortably that night. The breakfast was also exceptional, with a wide selection. The bread was delicious and beautifully presented, and the staff even took the initiative to make local glutinous rice cakes for guests, which were delicious. There are many dining options nearby, including markets, supermarkets, and restaurants, all within walking distance. The hotel also provided evening porridge, milk, and small bread, which I slept soundly after. Due to time constraints, I didn't stay an extra day, which is a shame. I will definitely return to your hotel when I visit Ngari next year, and I'll definitely choose Hilton again if I ever find one.

There’s room for improvement for the check in service. I provide my personal id card for check in but the customer service requested me the booking number which I find it ridiculous. The hotel was booked under my name and they supposed could have checked my booking right away. The customer service replied that it was relatively troublesome if only id is provided. I am clueless as to the standard of customer service provided by this 5 stars hotel. The rest of my stay is pleasant.

The hotel is in a great location. You can directly see the main peak of Nanga Bawa from the room. You can have afternoon tea and watch the sunrise on the golden mountain. The hotel has convenient parking, cleanliness, and the room is very large and comfortable. I stayed another night directly after checking in. It is also convenient to eat and shop around.

The service was excellent! Customer service reached out beforehand and upgraded us to an oxygen-enriched room upon arrival, which was incredibly thoughtful for a high-altitude area! They even helped us set up the oxygen concentrator, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The room was clean and bright, with smart controls, and the breakfast was plentiful! It was a fantastic experience, thank you for your hard work!

Had a wonderful stay here. It's not far from Barkhor Street. The public areas are exceptionally beautiful, with balconies on every floor, and you can even see the Potala Palace from the rooftop. The room was very comfortable, from the soft furnishings to the amenities – having a face towel was a really pleasant surprise! The hotel offers various activities like sound bath meditation and ******* incense making. You can just tell the butler if you need anything. This trip was a bit rushed, so I didn't get to spend much time at the hotel, but I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Lhasa.

Parking at the hotel is very convenient; during the off-season, you can park directly in front of the lobby without even going down to the underground garage. The front desk staff was very professional in helping us check in and thoughtfully reminded us to rest on our first day at high altitude. The room has a traditional and warm ******* decor. When visiting Tibet in the off-season (December), it's essential to stay in a warm hotel to alleviate the discomfort of high altitude. Even in Tibet, Shangri-La's breakfast maintains its usual high standard. Be sure to try the tsampa and homemade yogurt. We also happened to meet Kent, who is in charge of the restaurant, and he provided excellent service and recommended some itineraries for exploring Tibet.

I came to Lhasa to stay in three hotels. The first two were changed for one night. The first one was expensive and the service facilities could not keep up.
