"Il soggiorno al Grand Hotel San Gemini è stato davvero molto piacevole. La struttura è ospitata in uno splendido palazzo storico, magnificamente valorizzato: al primo piano si trova una sala recentemente ristrutturata impreziosita da affreschi straordinari, che da soli valgono la visita e restituiscono tutto il fascino del luogo. A decent hotel but personally not worth the price. The bar was constantly closed and we had to ask the front desk just to make a coffee, even over the weekend when you think they would want to make money. Location is no man’s land with some groceries and a highway next to you VERY far from center. WiFi was ok, some issues going out and in. The pool was the highlight as we had it to ourselves for both days. Room cleaning was nice and prompt, what we would expect. Personally both days we woke up with horrible allergies likely from their poor ventilation system. Could not open windows due to a sign from hotel suggesting Beatles would get in seasonally. Not justified for the price, just ok.

What an amazing experience we had at Borgo Petroro! From the moment we entered in the little hamlet we knew we were in for something special. The quiet location among olive trees makes it a good base to explore the region and the surrounding towns like Todi and Montefalco wineries. The room is beyond comfortable and sparkling clean. We enjoyed the facilities like the pool and the restaurant where we ate delicious food in the courtyard. Service is top notch! We especially loved the breakfast where local products are presented. Next time we are staying more than one night!

Nice structure. nice staff. There are adequate services. However, full outdoor parking Saturday night due to the restaurant's customers so much that they can't park. In addition, when we arrived the room was cold: I think if guests arrive, the environment must be prepared to be comfortable (and this also takes into account the hotel level and the costs). The spa with heated swimming pool, sauna and very nice Turkish bathroom (pay).

Quiet, lovely, relaxing, tranquil. Altarocca is a place for couples looking to get away and spend some quiet time together. The hotel is located atop a lovely hillside overlooking fantastic views of Umbria. The staff is kind, generous, and accommodating and the restaurant on the property has a large variety of exquisite wine and tasteful cuisine.

You can count on a restful and comfortable stay at La Terrazza after exploring Assisi or the surrounding region. The staff are always responsive and helpful. The breakfast had good choices. La Terrazza will be our choice to stay when we return here.

Brilliant hotel, a hidden gem! Wonderful gardens, excellent restaurant on site and a great SPA. Can't fault the hotel/staff in any way. Very tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. A beautiful hotel in a monastery.

We arrived at the station at night, the town was dark, and we walked to the hotel in about 10 minutes. I didn't like it when I first entered, because it's an old hotel and the decoration is made of red wood. It was quite scary when I entered, but I gradually got used to it. The front desk was friendly and the breakfast was rich. If we arrive during the day, the image should be much better. Everything else is OK.

斯納布魯法尼大酒店是意大利千年古城佩魯賈的五星級酒店，位居老城中心區，環境絕對一級棒！尤其三樓露台，各種手繪桌面色彩斑斕！四下望去，新老城區輪廊線分明，早上山上山間山下教堂鐘聲餘音裊裊，令人心靜自然涼，間或有風琴聲若隱若現，不禁令人心馳神往…… 但是，作為佩魯賈國際音樂節的客人、青年施坦威藝術家和家人，對這家酒店的員工對華人（東方人）的“隱性怠慢”表示非常非常不滿！作為攜程鑽石客户，我個人強烈建議攜程採取不推薦不鼓勵國人去受辱的舉措，維護中國人的尊嚴！ 首先，早餐廳中老年女領班對東方面孔（包括參加音樂節的韓日旅客），每早必問房號，而且從不領位！而對同時或隨後進廳的西人白人不僅不問房號，還親自引位，令人對比反差太大！我從1998年至今公、私出國上百次，飛成白金卡，到歐洲幾十次，還是頭一次在不發達的G7山城，見識到一種難以名狀被怠慢、甚至是隱性歧視！無獨有偶，離開佩魯賈前我們想約來自歐美的鋼琴教授好友聚餐，特別到一層露天吧枱定位，問女店員靠窗桌子有無定位，得知無人訂就提出晚上預約，一男店湊上前問了房號，説不能預約靠窗桌？我説：女店員説了那張桌沒人約，況且我們也是酒店客人，可那個男店員非常“固執”，説不能預訂！我説先交預付款，那個男店員揮手錶示拒絕！這種服務態度實話實説，已經不是相互尊重的問題了！這家老酒店老舊了，但對顧客如此惡劣，我覺得是對中國遊客的無理怠慢！因為我們的臉是東方人、華人，因為我們不是看上去“高貴”的白人旅客？！（明年我們若來佩魯賈，絕不會看這些對國人無理的酒店，順便説一句，我們後來一行人去了當地米其林餐廳，非常嗨皮……）
