"Exterior and interior of building was very impressive but stains on couch room outdated couldn’t change TV to English not a great selection to watch English speaking shows. To have a shower we had to climb into the bath which was very high for us at our age 65 plus and slippery trying to get"

Room 1418 in the main building.
Room: large, in a ”count's” style. In reality, it's tired, very dusty, and most importantly, there's a terrible sewage smell in the bathroom. Objectively, the rooms require a thorough cleaning and renovation.
Hotel: large grounds, uniquely designed, with plenty of photo opportunities. Bars, restaurants, swimming pools, including one with sea water.
We were amazed, taking photos, and exploring. Lots of flowers, vegetation, and all sorts of nice touches. It's clear they've been put together with love.
Beach: the hotel has its own, small pebbles. The sea is dirty and littered with trash. We didn't swim, but swapped our time for the sea water pool.
Food: quite mediocre, yes, you won't go hungry, but nothing special. The cocktails in the bars are quite good, both in terms of variety and taste.
There are flies and mosquitoes. Many hotels successfully eliminate them, and you don't even think about them during your vacation.
Public transportation, cafes, and shops are very close by—convenient.
Bottom line: we spent three days there—an interesting experience, memorable, beautiful photos. Would we like to return? Only if for two or three days.
We wish the hotel prosperity and good guests! We highly recommend spending money on a deep cleaning, replacing handles, shower heads, etc.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a solid, clean, comfortable, modest type of a place with all the basic services covered. We liked the atmosphere! We opted for ”all included”, so it covered food and drinks at almost any time (Turkish cuisine). The choice of welcome drinks and snacks in the bar is limited, probably due to the season. So is the choice of TV channels. We would have preferred to watch some movies or international music channels.
As for amenities, the swimming pool is rather small, but the spa area with hammam and sauna is nice. We would have preferred to play some games for free, as it was raining, but unfortunately, they charge for the billiards and other games.
The evening dance show was very uplifting!

MM HoqueOverall the hotel is very good. It has excellent amenities, although the rooms are on the smaller side and the hotel itself is not particularly large, which can actually be a plus depending on your preference. The most frustrating part, however, is that you are not allowed to bring in drinks or snacks from outside. They claim this is for hygiene reasons, which makes little sense as room service is allowed, so the explanation doesn’t hold up. It feels more like a way to push guests into spending money at the hotel’s bars and restaurants. That was the main downside for me and probably the biggest reason I would not return.

MMagnusNice hotel with limited functionality of my aircon. Worked for two hours and then auto switch off. Told staff, no cure. Air con was not able to lower room temp to comfy level but it was hot outside (41C).
Elevators broke down several times during my week. Elevators did not go all the way to second floor
Apart from those troubles, restaurant and pool bar staff are super. Reception staff, kind of ignorant/nonchalant approach to complaints. It was kind of my own fault that temp was not comfy in the room because the room type I had chosen!
Hotel is nice and clean and modern. Pool is great.

The only small drawback is that the soundproofing of the glass windows isn’t perfect, so a bit of outside noise can be heard at times. Still, compared to the price paid, it’s definitely worth it and I would happily stay here again.

Disappointing Experience at this Hotel, Antalya
I recently stayed at here, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations based on the information and images provided online. Here's a detailed review of my stay:
Accommodation (3/5): The room at Spa Hotel was not as advertised. The hotel lacks the amenities shown in the images, such as a pool and beach access. Additionally, the room did not offer any outside views as depicted in the promotional photos. This discrepancy was disappointing and misleading.
Service (3/5): While the staff was polite, the service did not fully compensate for the hotel's shortcomings. Check-in was efficient, but when I raised concerns about the discrepancies, the staff was unable to offer a satisfactory resolution.

GGreen ladyI stayed there 3 nights with my friend. It was nice experience. The location was good.It walked 15 mins to MarkAntalya shopping mall and the old town bazaar just walked 25mins by the hotel. There were so many shops nearby. We felt great there.
The first day the room was small and warm as face to sun after 1pm till to evening. It was too hot inside the room but we requested to change other room. The second room was spacious and cosy. The breakfast was local simple food but it was good and healthy.
Overall it was good, cleaned and staff were very friendly and helpful.
