The experience was superb! The onsen was good and relaxing. I love that they provide yogurt drink and ice lolly. There is also complimentary soba noodles at 9:30pm. What is more important is that they have free laundry and that the status of the machines can be viewed on TV!

Front desk staffs very rude need more training. Not worth to book room with meal, they put all food in a box, food is cold and taste bad. Waste of money.

Really love the hotel. Its right in front of the train station. Check in was very smooth. The staff helped with the process. Then you are provided with a night gown to use. The room was quite spacious for Japan and it was comfortable. And the breakfast was nice too. It was a small spread but has variety and were all good. We have no complaints about this hotel and wish to stay at other Comfort Inns as well if all are as good as this hotel.

We chose to stay at this hotel because we were going to Appi Plateau for skiing. It only takes about half an hour to drive there, which is very convenient. The hotel is much larger than expected, the staff is very friendly, the most surprising thing is the hot spring, the open-air bath is super comfortable, a lot of skin care products are provided. Free coffee and soda are provided in the lobby, which is very generous. There are also two free bottles of water in the room refrigerator every day. The room rate includes one night and two meals. Breakfast is a buffet and dinner is a Japanese kaiseki cuisine, which is very delicious.

There are shuttle buses to and from Morioka Station, but you must make a reservation and the driver will call out your name. You can go to the official website first and pay attention to the event date. We came on weekdays, and some activities (cable car stargazing, family ski park) were not scheduled. It turned out that they were only available on Saturdays and Sundays. We stayed here on the first day of the ***** New Year, and there happened to be fireworks. Although it was only three minutes long, it was still very atmospheric.

The room is large and the location is good. There are many optional items (shampoo, pillows, etc.) to choose from. The hotel offers discounts on public parking (800 yen/night). If you come back, you will stay at the same hotel.

When I booked, I was worried that such a cheap hotel might not be good. But it exceeded my expectations! There were two completely different styles of hot spring baths, and the quality of the onsen (hot spring water) was excellent; one of them even had a smooth, slippery feel. During my one-night stay, I used the onsen five times in total, which was excellent value for money. Adding dinner cost 5500 yen per person, which was a bit pricey, but I still wanted to support it. If you're visiting Morioka, I highly recommend staying here for a night to wash away the fatigue of your journey with a soak in the onsen!

The hotel is in the same area as the university hospital. It seems that the parking area can be shared. There are some restaurants near the hotel, but not many. We bought food from a convenience store to eat. There is a microwave to use. There is ice to eat. If you don't have chopsticks, you can ask the staff for some. The room is clean and tidy. There is a table suitable for eating. There is enough space to open a big suitcase. The bed is warm and comfortable. The TV can be turned left and right (but I don't know why it has to be turned).

The Resort location can easily access the Appi Kogen slope and rentals. Hotel is generally good but some details could be improved; such as providing towels in the onsen, increase the number of washing machines and dryers. Food options within the hotel is limited. The best part is the sake tasting for 100￥

There are fewer hotels in Pingquan City itself. This is a quite retro and Showa-era hotel. Although the appearance is inconspicuous, the service, meals, interiors, etc. have not changed with the past of the times. The only downside is that Pingquan City itself is inconvenient for transportation, so if the hotel will be a little farther away in a tired situation (about 15 minutes), maybe you can contact the hotel to meet you? However, from the hotel to the station, the hotel has a special car transfer, which is very commendable.
