Environment: Mombasa is extremely hot, but there was no air conditioning in the rooms. The noise from the boats outside the windows was quite loud, which was a minor drawback. Service: The hotel offers the option to charter a boat with a local boat owner. Two night cruises for stargazing and sunset viewing were particularly memorable.
