The place is new and having 3rd party listing in trip. com can get better deal, as if you just walk in will charge you their regular price very pricey as they just next to the wharf marina going to hundred Island, the room is excellent clean and had a nice size bathroom with bedit, hot water and great water pressure, firm comfortable bid and big soft pillow and heavy blanket.  The staff is very helpful and polite accommodating, big size pool not heated but comfortable. I would stay this place again if ever we return to alaminos, its just sad that this war crisis is affecting the business and people livelilyhood.

There aren't many good hotels in this area, and I felt this one wasn't worth the price. The entire La Union coastline faces the South China Sea, so the waves are really strong, making it only suitable for surfing. It's definitely not the right place for snorkeling or diving. The sand on the beach isn't fine either. The section in front of the hotel was okay, but the public beach was overflowing with sewage, which was truly an eyesore.

The hotel and the location is perfect for peaceful and easy access area to go to the Heart of Vigan we stayed 2 nights we did 1 day in ilocos sur travel to ilocos norte the next day and came back to the same hotel.its clean employees have a pleasing personalities restaurant menus is okey food is great. The only issue i have since i am used to stay on a buffet breakfast hotel this place requires you to choose your breakfast on the small option list.and drinks option are weird so if you choose juice thats all you get you cannot get a coffee even if you offer to pay for it very weird way.but overall the hotel is great! Good for group families and kids friendly

The deluxe room was spacious for a family of 4, and take note of the washroom providing a “suite like” feel. Although the cabinets were obviously worn out, one of them had molds and can even smell once you open it. However, room had been kept clean throughout our stay in. There was a limitation on access to amenities. The beach was closed due to soil erosion, hence we only able to use the infinity pool. Prepare cash for the deposit of 2k per night. No lift (south wing, ocean wing) we had to ask assistance from the hotel concierges to bring the luggages all the way up to the3rd floor.

If you come to Vigan, I definitely recommend staying here. The location is great. One step outside and you're on World Heritage Street. There's a pool and rooftop bar on the roof. The breakfast was delicious too.

A little bit disappointed kasi pagpasok mo palang ng room incomplete siya. Wala man lang naka steady na cups , water, sabon, toothpaste, etc. Hindi refreshing ang amoy and the toilet and bathroom is not clean. And medyo napuyat kasi till 12am ata yung music at may kasama pang bata. They did not even consider yung blanket na hndi kasya yun sa isang tao lang so pinabayaran payung extra blanket well infact dapat tig isa naman dapat yun kasi bayad naman yung room as 6 . But the positive side is mabavait yung staff nila at the location of the resort is maganda dahil malalapit siya sa mga tourist spots sa bolinao.

I like this hotel as the location is a plus. Very short distance to Calle Crisologo if you want to eat out. They also have their own resto in the hotel although very small. Over all i like staying in this hotel and this is well recommended!

This is my third time staying at Aureo and I'm satisfied so far. It combines the best of a beautiful and wide natural beach with a combination of pools that will satisfy each member of the family. My only gripe is that the waste bins are too small and some toilet stalls are too tight, i.e. the door is too near the edge, which can be difficult for taller guests. Service is excellent. Congratulations to management and staff!

The Kahuna Beach Resort and Spa is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Kahuna Beach Resort and Spa offers a pleasant stay in San Juan for those traveling for business or leisure. Baguio Loakan Airport is the closest major transportation option, approximately 71km away. Baguio Loakan Airport is approximately 71km away by road. Seeing San Juan's sights from this hotel is easy with Urbiztondo Beach, La Union and Forest Lake Memorial Gardens all close by. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site.

Good -Park like setting, pet friendly, many nice pools to use. Couple villa has own little pool surrounded by plants for privacy. Air-conditioned room. Warm shower water, local drinking water provided. Eating area inside room, ref and sink. Gated entry with gate guard. Provided breakfast, portions are local but quite filling. Plenty of onsite parking (watch out for coconuts above car). Golf cart with driver available but the walk is really short and mostly flat. Toothbrush and amenities provided. Ants and bugs are typical so not an issue (bug spray recommended for foreigners). Employees welcoming and very responsive and well groomed. Room service (took for all meals). Bad -lack of food menu in room with room service offered, housekeeping called Butler but not. Provided cell phone with load, load expired initially. Updates every 6 hours to phone via text message. 80% of time housekeeping could not be reached. Menu once either found on web site or brought to door many things not available and size of portion not clear. Food cold sometimes upon delivery and or not taste very good, food service is slow. Bar soap provided is nice but small (cut down from a larger bar). A bit of a drive to anything else nearby and not much else found to do here. Ugly -Breakfast order lost on last day to check out, was placed 6PM in person at door night before. If had not called would not have been provided (since we had pet with us, opted for room service) Housekeeping light not working at front door to make up room. Ref compressor noise. Sometimes arcing / hum noise coming from electrical panel. Expectation of vacationer not in alignment with profit margin site manager is attempting to generate from each stay. You are left with a feeling of overpaying for a level of service that was lacking and this felt in relation to how the business just seems to be run. Arrival was overwhelming (good) but departure needs improvement.

LLisett GarciaI recently stayed at Spotlight Hotel in Alaminos, Philippines, and while there were some positive aspects, I feel there is room for improvement. The staff and receptionist were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which was the highlight of our stay. They went out of their way to assist us with our luggage and provided helpful services throughout our visit, which we greatly appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing. There were noticeable molds on the walls, and the drainage emitted an unpleasant smell, which impacted our comfort. Additionally, the lack of an elevator made it challenging to move around, especially with heavy luggage. I also found the lost key policy to be a bit strict. We were charged 500 pesos (around $8.58), which felt a bit excessive for the situation. While I appreciate the efforts of the staff, addressing these concerns would significantly enhance the experience for future guests.
