"All good overall. Rooms are well-equipped with a ref, microwave, and a shower with adjustable temp. Sink in the CR is a plus too.
Pool is a highlight: great, with long hours 7:00 AM to 12:00 MN, and they play movies via projector there.
Very flexible with outside food — allowed in rooms except strong-smelling dishes.
Parking: First come, first serve. No issue for us with one motorcycle.I think, they have 8-10 motorcycle slots but only 4 were used that day. Fewer guests bring bikes vs cars.
Minor issues: Only 1 keycard per room. No water dispenser per floor, just 4 free bottled waters daily for a 2-queen room.
Bottom line: Solid value, comfy room, awesome pool. Parking’s manageable if you’re on a bike."
MmariascapesLocation wise, it is the best! There wwre hiccups where in (1) there were drillings at the next door room and I must say it was loud (2) there were issues on the toilet I had to fix it myself.
Pro: location.
HHermieNice servie. I request city view when we arrive in the room the view bridge with garbage it’s quite dissatisfied.. but food really good especially the Taho i love the taste
GGuest UserThe place is really nice. It's really clean and comfy. Good for families as well. Sad that we were not able to enjoy the pool during the stay due to bad weather. Hopefully, soon, they will have motorcycle parking and more convenient stores.
GGuest UserI had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating, and every time I requested something, they responded quickly. Their fast and friendly service made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!
AAnonymous UserStayed at Hotel H2O with a 4-year-old and a 1-year-old. Its main advantage is the location inside the park, providing direct access to attractions and making it easy to return to the room for naps and breaks.
Pros
* Excellent location inside the park with easy access to attractions.
* Convenient for families with young children who need rest breaks.
* Staff quickly resolved a minor issue with a broken bidet upon arrival.
* Bed size is king as advertised.
Cons
* Cleanliness was adequate but not exceptional.
* No room service available.
* Restaurants are available on the ground floor and via GrabFood delivery, but in-room dining would be more convenient.
* The hotel’s restaurant feels disconnected from the overall hotel experience.
Recommendation
Hotel H2O is a good choice if your main goal is visiting the attractions, especially with young children. If you do not plan to spend time in the area, other hotels may offer better value.
GGuest UserChecked in for a few nights as a solo staycation and really love this property. The room is very well spaced and incredibly cozy. Lobby always seemed organized and absolutely everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Philippine weather has also been at its hottest ever but the air conditioning inside is very reliable. Dying to arrange another staycation here again soonest.

Very Good
IitsreallyjaineStaying at City Garden Suites Manila turned out to be a great choice for exploring the historic side of Manila.
The location is very convenient — just a short distance from Rizal Park, Intramuros, and shopping areas like Robinsons Place Manila. It made moving around the city easy without long travel time.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for resting after a full day of walking around Manila. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff — they were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help.
If you’re looking for a hotel that balances comfort, location, and affordability, this is definitely a good option when staying in Manila.
GGuest UserMy husband and my 6-month-old son stayed at Acacia Hotel Manila for Mother’s Day, and it was the best decision we made. The staff made sure I truly felt the holiday by preparing a small surprise in our room. What made it even more special was that they also gave me a complimentary Mother’s Day cake!
The room was soooo clean and comfortable. The staff were all very accommodating and respectful, and they made me feel special. Every time they saw me with my son, they greeted me with “Happy Mother’s Day” with big smiles on their faces.
The facilities were also sooo superb! The Tomoko Spa gave one of the best massages I’ve had lately, and it really calmed my postpartum nerves. We (especially my son) also enjoyed the swimming pool with its beautiful city skyline view.
Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and we’ll definitely be back!
SSimagangzaguangguangguangThe hotel's overall facilities are a bit dated. The lobby doesn't really look like a Marriott either, to be honest. However, it's well-maintained, and the cleanliness is excellent. The service is standard Southeast Asian style. During check-in, I had an issue with my credit card and couldn't process the deposit. The front desk lady was decisive and let us check in directly without the deposit, which was very nice. The hotel breakfast, on the other hand, was a pleasant surprise with a wide variety of options.

We had a wonderful stay at Savoy Hotel Manila. The staff were warm, courteous, and accommodating throughout our visit. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel’s convenient location made our trip even more enjoyable.
The only minor issue we encountered was regarding our request for a complimentary birthday cake for my mother. While the request had been made in advance, it appears that it was not properly endorsed to the morning shift on our checkout day, so it was unfortunately missed.
Despite this, the overall experience was excellent, and the quality of service more than made up for this small oversight. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.
