Bir çift kişilik ve bir de tek kişilik yatak beklerken bize verdikleri odaya çıkınca 2 tek yataklı olduğunu görerek şok olduk. Odamızı değiştirmelerini istedik. Çift kişilik ve tek kişilik yatak olan odalarının olmadığını iddia ettiler, tabiki 3 yetişkinin 2 tek kişilikte yatması mümkün olmadığından kabul etmedi. Bize uzunca bire süre zorluk çıkardılar. Biz kabul etmeyince bir kişiye ayrı bir oda açalım demek durumunda kaldılar. Kabul ettik. Ancak epeyce bir bekledikten durumu sorduğumuzda odaya açılır portatif bir yatak eklemeyi önerdiler. Gece müdürünün tutarsız ve sorunlu yaklaşımı ardından ön büro müdür aradı ve benzer tavrı kendisi de sergiledi. Biz ısrarla bu saçma durumu kabul etmeyince size suit odaya alıyoruz dediler. Suit odada iki kişilik yatak var. Yine uzun bekleyişler sonrasında odaya tek kişilik bir yatak getirdiler.
Oda maalesef kirliydi ve standart şekilde olması beklenen saç kurutma makinası gibi bir çok eşya emtialar da eksikti.
1.86 boyundaki oğlum maalesef getirdikleri yatakta yatamadı. Yatak beşik gibi sallanıyordu, sabitlemek için getirdikleri yatağı kanepeye dayadım ve diğer yanına da koltuk koydum. Ama maalesef çözüm olmadı. Zorla artık lanet olsun diyerek uyumaya çalıştığımızda gecenin 03 ü olmuştu. Sabah bitkin çok rahatsız ve dinlenmemiş olarak kalkıp hızla çıktık otelden. En az 50 ülke görmüş ve 500 den fazla otelde kalmış biri olarak 3. sınıf otellerde dahi karşılaşmadığım böylesine berbat bir durumu Wyndham markasında görmek bende büyük şaşkınlık yarattı.
Gece oda servisinden yiyecek bir şeyler istedim, basit bir talep için dahi yaklaşık 45 dakika bekledik.
Wyndham da son derece konforlu bir konaklama hayali ile rezervasyon yaptırmışken ve rezervasyonumuzda herhangi bir hata yokken böylesine kabul edilemez bir olayın başımıza gelmesi inanılır gibi değil.
Bize bu şoku yaşatan ve konuyu çözmek yerine türlü bahanelere sığınan gece müdürü ve ön büro müdürünü kınıyorum.
Her türlü merciye şikayet ederek bu durumu yanlarına bırakmamayı düşünüyorum.

Everything was great, nice and clean hotel. I liked the fact that it was close to the airport in Kayseri. I had a relaxing stay, swimming and using the sauna and steam room as well. I had an early flight, so l wasn’t able to have breakfast. I will stay here again if l ever come back.
The staff were very friendly and they assisted in every request we made. We reported a fridge wasnt working and received a new fridge almost immediately
