A very good experience. They picked us up from the hotel in the morning, and the boat's facilities were excellent, far superior to the monohull speedboats we rode on over a decade ago. The tour guide was also helpful and humorous, and the crew was very friendly. A truly wonderful experience.

This day trip to Racha Island exceeded my expectations. The entire itinerary was well-planned and comfortable, and I must give it a shout-out! They responded promptly to any questions, giving me peace of mind before the trip. On the day of the trip, they picked us up from the hotel on time. The car was clean and tidy, and the driver was very punctual. Once on the boat, the guide was enthusiastic and professional, communicating fluently in Chinese. He patiently explained the key points of the island's activities and thoughtfully reminded us about sun protection and keeping our belongings safe. He didn't push any activities, making the entire experience very comfortable. The waters around Racha Island are absolutely stunning, crystal clear and layered, a truly captivating sight. The snorkeling area had excellent water quality, with many colorful fish and corals. The guide was incredibly kind and helpful, adjusting our equipment as needed. Drinking water and simple snacks were provided on the boat, showing thoughtful attention to detail and avoiding a rushed or rushed pace. There were no hidden costs throughout the trip. All pre-arranged activities were fulfilled without any additional charges or forced shopping. The return transfer was also smooth and efficient, ensuring a safe return to the hotel. Whether you're a couple or traveling with friends, this Racha Island tour is highly recommended! The scenery is soothing, and the service is attentive. Our hotel was quite far from the pier, so we paid CNY 70 for a shuttle service. The driver was very professional, and although we didn't speak the language, communication was exceptionally smooth. The boat trip was well-organized. Racha Island is absolutely beautiful. The activities are definitely worth trying. The beach and beach bar/restaurant on Coral Island had excellent service. Even though it was the off-season, it was still quite crowded, making it very good value for money. They even provided fruit on the return trip, and everyone had a life jacket. The boat was good quality and new, highly recommended. I'll definitely come again.

The crew members were warm and kind, providing detailed explanations of the sights. Snacks, drinks, and fruit were promptly distributed, and they even helped organize life jackets and other items on each island. The boat was nice, the seats were spacious, and the floor was made of non-slip foam, so you could walk barefoot without slipping. The water slides were a bit short, so if you wanted to try them, you had to queue up several times. Lunch was delicious, but be aware that the restaurant was very busy and had time limits for dining. The restaurant was clean, and the restrooms were also very hygienic. Overall, a very enjoyable trip!

Fantastic! June is supposed to be the rainy season in Phuket, so I had little expectation for a boat trip. But surprisingly, the weather was great for all four days! The driver arrived at the hotel at the pre-arranged time to pick us up and take us to the pier. The tour company at the pier provided a simple breakfast followed by a route briefing. They provided seasickness medication before departure, and everyone had a very pleasant and fulfilling day! The weather was great, and the sea was absolutely beautiful! There were no hidden charges, and the tour guide spoke both English and Chinese, and was very humorous and enthusiastic! Our boat was called the Double Mirror, Kelly 1. The waves were a bit big, but it was very stable! Each activity lasted about 30-45 minutes, which was a little rushed. We gave a 100฿ tip at the end. The tour guide and staff were truly dedicated and enthusiastic – excellent!

I booked through Ctrip, and I've always trusted them. This time was no exception. The itinerary was perfectly arranged; no need to get up early, and the driver arrived on time for pick-up and drop-off. The pirate ship ride was breathtaking, with stunning scenery all around. The staff were knowledgeable and responsible, providing explanations of the attractions in both Chinese and English – very attentive. There were quite a few foreigners on the ship, and everyone was very polite and friendly. We had a great time, laughing and getting along harmoniously. It was a very enjoyable day, with beautiful scenery that lifted my spirits. I'll definitely choose Ctrip again for future trips!
