Special notice for seniors and middle-aged travelers joining the tour

To ensure your travel safety and experience, please be aware of and comply with the following when signing up:

1. Accompanying requirement: Travelers aged 70 and above must be accompanied by a family member under 70 throughout the trip.

2. Health declaration: Middle-aged and senior travelers must proactively and truthfully inform the travel agency of their health conditions and carefully assess whether their physical condition is suitable for the itinerary.

3. Timely communication: If you feel unwell during the itinerary, please immediately inform the guide to receive prompt assistance.

4. Liability notice: The travel agency shall not be responsible for any consequences or liabilities caused by travelers' health conditions or failure to disclose their health status truthfully.

[ID requirements for booking]

· Chinese mainland citizens: Please use your ID card for ticket purchase and entry.

· Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan residents: Please use the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, or Residence Permit for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan Residents for ticket purchase and entry.

· Foreign travelers: Please use a passport or PRC Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card to make an appointment.

The English package is designed for international travelers holding foreign passports and is currently not available to mainland Chinese guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Child ticket policies

· This product "child ticket" is applicable to Chinese citizens (including residents of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) under 18 years old.

· Important note: Foreign children are not eligible for child tickets. Please book adult tickets for them.

· Error correction mechanism: If you accidentally place an order for "children" as foreign children, you need to pay the price difference (CNY 20/person) after the ticket is successfully issued.

Notice on visiting hours for The Palace Museum

To provide a better visiting experience, The Palace Museum implements real-name verification for time-slot admission ticket checks. Please be sure to arrange your itinerary in advance and enter during the time slot specified on your admission ticket.

· Morning session: Ticket inspection and admission time is from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM.

· Afternoon session: Ticket check and admission time is from 11:00 to before the last admission time.

· Last admission time (all visitors must enter before this time):

· Peak season (Apr 1–Oct 31): 16:00

· Off-peak season (Nov 1-Mar 31): 15:30
