A very smooth and pleasant experience. Booking through Trip.com was easy, and the ferry itself was very quiet and comfortable. First class was clean and well maintained, and we received a snack and a drink during the journey. The staff were friendly and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Very satisfied!

Took few minutes to book and confirm my Ticket via Trip.com. Getting in was easy and smooth, friendly staff, the Terminal was clean. The waiting area was comfortable, boarding was fast. when inside the boat, i got to my alowed seat number. very comfortable seats even i bought the second class one. The ride took around 1 hour. definitely the smoothest way to go Hong Kong from Shenzhen.
