The itinerary was excellent, a fantastic day trip! Every attraction was wonderful, and we wanted more! The tour guide and driver were both very nice! Especially our guide, Jenny, whose explanations were exceptional and very professional 👍. She seamlessly switched between English and Chinese, was very funny and humorous, took great care of everyone, and even helped us take photos. Thank you so much! 🫶★

I genuinly love the Noboribetsu Jigokudani, I hope they give us more time here and probably should be the first stop. I love the Buddha on the hill but... I am surprised that... That’s it. Well it’s a cemetry turned attraction. What I am disappointed is the lake toya part. They brought us to 3 stops to see the lake... Which is too much.★

The driver, Xiao Qian, was punctual, had a good service attitude, and was polite. He helped plan the itinerary and introduced restaurants and attractions. He was also patient and helped with luggage. The trip was very enjoyable.★

The instructors were absolutely wonderful!! My child tried the beginner and intermediate slopes once and wanted to ski again, so the instructor took him up and skied three or four more times! Back in the car, my child kept saying how great the instructor was, how she taught him how to brake, how to build a snowman, and what to do if he fell. She was so nice! Our own instructor was also very dedicated and responsible, guiding us one by one up and down the slopes. It wasn't easy for him! Thank you all so much for today!
