Overall, the experience was great, the itinerary was smoothly arranged, and I highly recommend it to those who don't drive! Since we were staying at a hotel near Lake Toya that night, we were able to get off directly at Lake Toya and head to the hotel after prior communication – it was so convenient being right next to the drop-off point! We could also visit other attractions in the morning, which was much easier than figuring out transportation on our own, and the price was very reasonable!
Furthermore, our tour guide, Zoey, was very friendly, and the online customer service was also very helpful. Pre-trip communication went very smoothly. Thank you for your assistance! 😊★

It's a pity that the viewpoints on the island's Wuyi coast are only open for half an hour at a time. Perhaps adding a little more time or allowing tourists to explore nearby trails would make the trip more enjoyable. Overall, however, the tour leader and itinerary were excellent, especially the use of flip cards to display meeting times at each attraction on the bus – a very good method to avoid misunderstandings among tourists speaking different languages. The itinerary was well-organized and punctual. The tour leader provided insightful explanations and introductions to the attractions in three languages! Fortunately, it was a weekday, so we only had about 30-40 minutes at each attraction. It would have been much faster if there were more people! This day trip was very convenient for families like ours with elderly members or young children!★

Of the local small tours I've taken, this one was relatively professional and punctual. The bus was new, the seating was well-arranged, and the guide was very experienced and could share some local recommendations. While there were some imperfections, ***************** I must specifically point this out, otherwise such sensitive issues could easily cause unpleasantness.
Special thanks to our guide, Oscar! He was enthusiastic, professional, and easy-going, fluent in three languages, and very considerate of tourists of different ages, countries, and regions! He made recommendations and knew what everyone wanted. Although I felt there was some subtle sales pitching involved, I suppose that's part of the travel agency's job; there was no pressure or discomfort. I hope to have the opportunity to meet him again in the future.
